I have order product On 2nd April 2016 that is London Looks 3 Multi Colour Cotton Blend Checks Shirts but received product is different from my order with reference to color and texture hence i want to replace that product with what i am ordered or return it by repayment of my order

Please do needful as early as possible

I ordered combo of 3 London jeans.When i received the product, the quality is very bad.Return my product and refund money . My OID is CIN886437 .online clues.com is a very fake and cheap site. Earlier they wrote that return policy is very easy but now there is no option for returning the product. It's already been 8 days while i got the jeans. plzz i request you to refund my money as soon as possible....

I have retruned the item which was weighing aroung 1.5kgs and in the governmen couries they didnt accept and even if i have to send through speed post they informed it would take more than 15 days. So i sent through the private courier which costed me 330/- . I can share my receipt with you. This is more annoying to me, , , Confirm me whether it will be refundable or not. First time i used this website. I am not at all happy with this website....
