                I have received 5 shirts combo now. Totally disappointed, very cheap design shirts, can't even wear outside, cloth quality is also not great. Placing request to replace with checks shirts as shown in the image or refund money as it is clearly mentioned as unconditional return in policy.When I try to call the number to place return request it automatically get disconnected. Anyone experienced the same issue.

                    I had placed an order for london looks women's 3 slim fit mid rise denim.

                    I had placed the order on 11th march and recieved the product on 16th and placed a return request through email on 17th march

                    I want to make a return for the product as the product quality is not as expected.

                    I really do not understand that what is taking so much time to process the return request.
                    I had placed in the request on 17th of march and now it's more than half a month but no action from your side

                    I just receive responses saying the request is in progress but no sign of proper assistance.

                    I need a call back from you guys by tomorrow confirming the return request and further initiative regarding the same.

                    This is not the way you guys deal with customers.

                    Plus, have the courtesy to answer the calls if you have provided the numbers on the website.
