    Too much rough behavior of mr. Harish. He was saying if we will say for work he will slept to us in front of all costumer and staff.
    We were went for bank statement and we have gone up to 7 times for 7 days. But it is not received to till now.

          The employee of obc bank meerpur rewari haryana branch misbehave with my mother and said her a paralyzed lady after that when I ask him for this then he come out from branch and shouting on me and my mother and said go from here and close your account from here, the senior staff ask him for silent but he come again and again with angry look from her seat there is also cctv 9f bank
          Plz go for a disciplinary action with him and he have to sorry to my mother with a apology letter

              Since march 2020 follow but no satisfaction reply from oriental insurance company, no one understand my concern, issue with obc bank & oriental insurance company please support in this our issue
              My self check with obc bank burari branch, branch manager told me the document send by hand to karol bagh branch on 9-2-2018. But i don't know about the karol bagh branch which is sent to oriental insurance janpath delhi office.
              In case the responsible karol bagh branch for delay provides a document to you, why is it suffering me..

              If it was my fault, delay from obc & oriental insurance company...
              I wanted to draw your attention on one of the unethical rejection of my claim by one of the well known prestigious insurance company i. E. The oriental insurance co ltd.

              I have availed one insurance policy wide policy no - 272900/48/2018/27553 where the premium was paid by self dated on 08-feb-18 through dd (Bank statement is enclosed for your kind reference showing the debit entries on the premium amount on the same date in my account) however the policy was issued by the company dated on 19-feb-18.

              About three months back dated on 17th feb 2020 when i'll have to admit my wife to the hospital for some treatment related to hypthyroidim, endometrial hyperplasia with polyp i have applied for cashless claim which has been rejected by giving the reason of 2 years waiting period which is not over as was short of just 2 days but parallel they have mentioned in their mail i. E. "cashless can't be entertained, please come for reimbursement with proper documents" (Mail communication is enclosed for your kind reference).

              Now when i have submitted all the documents for reimbursement of my claim it has again rejected by giving the same reason i. E. "2 years waiting period was not served in the policy".

              Here i am not satisfied with their ground of rejection considering:
              If i have completed all my formalities and made payments on 8-feb-18 then is it my fault as they have taken time of around 11 days in issuing the policy to me??
              If that 2 years waiting is that must condition then they would have told me clearly in the mail instead of giving me the option of coming through reimbursement. if that will be communicated well before me then i must have look for some other option of treatment or might have postpone that treatment for two more days.
              It is all look like they have to reject the claim so they are rejecting without understanding all the facts and circumstances.
              The amount might not be a big amount for the company but will be a very huge amount for me and i am sure with your intervention and support the insurance company would have to clear my claim.

                  I harendra singh s/o sri khacher singh village & post - beman, tehsil - kiraoli, district - agra (U p) submit this complain, my father applied for kisaan credit card in obc branch jaingara (Orbc0100352) approx jun 2019 but kcc file pending till date (23 july 2020) and bank staff is not replying satisfied answer. Please take favourable action.

                    Seems post the issue with the neft/rtgs not visible on the internet banking link, seems the otp also stopped working and for any transactions being done we are not receiving the otp which is impacting the timely payment
                    Appreciate if we can expediate in resolving this issue

                    Thanks, it seems post reporting for couple of days this had been working fine but then again the issue has cropped up and intermittently now and then the OTP is not being received by SMS which is hampering for the timely payment
                    Appreciate if we can look into this issue on priority and provide the permanent resolution for the same

                        I have made imps transaction on 17th JULY 2020 for the amount Rs.50, 000/- from my Oriental Bank of Commerce Account to SBI account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

As per customer care they told that your all digital chanell are blocked visit your branch. But i visited three times at branch but they cant accept that all digitalls chanell are blocked and do not solve my problem. Kindly check the problem and solved it as early as possible. Thanking you.

                              My account number is [protected]... Unfortunately, i received a message that an amount of rs.799/- has been recovered for netflix. As i have no netflix connection, why the subscription without getting consent from me was recovered.

                                    Dear concern,

                                    I submitted my application for my new atm card dated on 20/6/22 at my branch as my old card has been broken and till now i dont have any massage from anywhere that what is the status? Bank has told me that it will come to my home address by post while the post office but till today no status. I visited 4 times in branch and 4 times to my post office in corona times but hopeless from everywhere. So many times i called to customer care but not a single right response from them. They always says contact to branch and branch is not able to answer it. So where should i go?

                                    Also my phone number is attached with multiple ids and all account closed from my side as you can check, so many calls and messages done to branch and customer care and again they says contact to vice versa. This is making a difficulty to fetch my account with online apps. This problem is with me since 2 years.
