Atm card also not working

R sir,
Sir my name Manphool S/o Shree Ram VPO KHORRA Ac no. [protected] Withdraw Rs. 10000 /- from PNB ATM Charkhi Dadri through my OBC ATM debit card the money is dedit my account but not received the Cash due to network disconnected on dated 30.06.2020. Please help me regards this matter.

it is to state that I am an account holder in the Oriental Bank of Commerce at dhikauli branch situated in district baghpat having pin code number 250615. After Covid-19 Pandemic printing and generating of new passbooks is prohibited by the banking personnels in my branch but at present this has become habitual. in current scenario the situation is that the banking personals are still not printing nor generating new passbooks and other banking branches are fully functioning in regards to this situation. it is pertinent to mention here that the area covered under this branch does not come under a containment zone or buffer zone. Only single entry has been made in the bank premises and all the customers are waiting at the entry of the bank in high sunlight because there is no facility of token number distributed to customers. After several times asking about enquiry guards of the bank are not allowed to enter the bank premises nor an official comes out to reach the entry point of the bank to listen to the customer problem.
It is requested to look into this matter at the earliest as we also believe that ObC provide his best services all the times to his customer

I have applied for moratorium for my ongoing vehicle loan.
I have got a confirmation message that, my next loan emi would be debited on 31st august.
But there is an emi debit from my obc account on 30/06/2020.

Please check this and try to refund the money that has been debited.

I did a credit card payment on 26 june 2020 at clubfactory but it showed payment faliur but the money was widrawed

I did not received the message for atm delivery date and card dispatch details. Also i am not able to track the delivery details.
When i went to post office for asking about my atm card, they asked me the tracking no. And delivery details as i have not received any message from you.
So i request you to provide me the details for my atm card delivery and when it will be delivered because i am having trouble to do online transactions as soon as possible.

100 deducted from my account when i will get my money back?

I have paid an electric bill (Wbsedcl) on 29th march using amazon pay qr scan and the amount was deducted from this account and the bank reference id was[protected]. But it was showing failure on wbsedcl official website. The i have contacted the branch, they told me that my amount will be returned to my account. But till now it's pending. Then i registered two complaints to the obc complaint portal but my complaints were closed automatically without solving my issue. I called too many times to the branch but didn't give me any proper response.
So, i am requesting you to please solve my issue because it's pending from 29th march, 2020.

Sir my name is ashit kumar i am a subscriber of atal pension yojana. My premium of atal pension yojana scheme for the month of may and june has not been debited from my account please do needful

For tax purposes when i went to obc bank, karamsad branch, anand for asking balance in my wife account (Opened at morena, madhya pradesh), bank manager and other staff refused to tell the balance and asked me to bring a signed letter from my wife. When i brought the permission they told we are not able to tell balance from here, we have to mail that particular branch and ask for statement. For this you have to write an application for statement. After i had given the application they told they will deduct ~118 rupees for statement (Which i had never asked for, i asked for only balance to complete balance sheet for income ta purpose).
What is the advantage of having an nationalized bank which during lockdown period is unnecessarily deducting money and not able to tell the balance. I am a doctor by profession and recently got shifted here at karamsad so my wife also moved with me. Please do needful.

I had apply for my education loan in obc bank branch rewa since november 2019, as per bank what they asked and demand for documents provided after all this my father visited 3-4 times to bank in a month, and bank member all time assuring sir it's about to pass, after this that madam of bank finally submitted online application form on 31 of march 2020, and from where application number generated,,,,,, and after that all bank merge to pnb bank,,,,,, and she's still excusing that its not her fault,,,,, and loan not passed till date,,,, last date of fee submittion is the 31may 2020, sir it's a huge amount for me and my family how would we pay,,,, this is last hope and option for us, after talking to bank.
Kindly help us regarding this 31 may is last date sir/madam.

I bought product from amazon which got cancelled and refund money to my obc account.They gave me the refund refrence number and asked to call bank costumer care but bank costumer care didn't listen to me properly.

I have opened a bank account in Oriential Bank Of Commerce Jadaul Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh) IFSC Code: ORBC0100422 on 11/03/2020. For passbook receive, they told me that come to bank after 2 days and receive passbook. I am doing my job in Delhi, so i permitted to receive my passbook thru my father. He visited bank after 2 days for passbook and bank staff given an another date of after 2 days.
Again he visited bank after 2 days and again given a date.
I talked with dear bank manager and he advised me to send my father after 2 days and also told that definitely passbook will be provide.
But till today (12-May) did not receive my passbook and other baking stuffs like ATM card, Check book etc.
Today i visited bank branch and i discussed with concerned person for my passbook status and he is shouting on me.i complaint about this to other bank persons and same answer, we dont have your passbook. i replied that i am going to complaint this and they continuous shouting and told go anywhere and raise a complaint.
Pls look into this matter.

I am having account with obc in the name of kanika handa whose account no is [protected] in meerapur branch civil lines from this account i have done transaction of rs 10000 from my debit card for the purpose of doing transaction for indusind bank online fixed deposite while doing this my amount has been deducted from my sb account and fd has not been made.

Please take it serious and do the needfull asap.

As per the rules imposed by the bank due to covid-19, i was supposed to fill the form outside the bank and i followed that. But for submitting my from in the bank when i knocked on the gate the guard came out and started to misbehave. The banks need to understand that if the customers are lead to stand out there must be someone who can attend those customers. The incident was so disgusting and disrespectful for a person who is following all the rules.
I also want to mention in that entire incident i didn't say any proving words but the guard as in his own kingdom of disrespectfulness.

On 8th april, i did recharge of 399rs of my jio no by online bank transaction through jio.com. I got massage of amount deduction (08/04/20 at 10.32am) but my internet connection is not activated till yet. I called on toll free numbers but i did get any response from your employee. Please help me to recover my deducted amount.
