Respected sir,

I nageen chand sharma have a savings account in your bank[protected]. Recently i tried to deposit (43000) from an atm (Chikamberpur) 5/11/2019 around 9.45 am. However transaction was not completed and not received money back from the atm.
Bank employees told me we raise your mail.
I have not received single msg last one month

I have brought up the issue with you in your bank (Chikamberpur branch) but nothing was done to look into the matter or reimburse money to my account.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that it was a substantial amount and i would be obliged if you take some necessary actions as soon as possible.

    Sir i am unable to login to my netbanking obc account last 10days although i have deleted cookies and temporary files from my mobile phone as shown in troubleshooting. My login id and password are active and i can login in my pc. Kindly peruse the problems and details and rectify so i can continue to use netbanking as most of my work and transactions are completed online.

      I opened ixed deposit on 19/11/2019 for 275000/- in sector-28 vashi branch. The cheque cleared on 20/11/2019. I visited branch on 22/11/2019 for fd collection. It was informed that printer is not working and can collect fd next day. I vistied on 25 and 26/11/2019 but fd was not made and told that fd will be made from 26/11/2019 with reduced interest rate.

        A cheque no. 465730 amounting rs. 17, 000.00 dated 25.10.2019 was given to ms kavita (Account is in obc account). The amount has been deducted from my account and that amount is not credited in the account of ms. Kavita. There is no any problem in the cheque. Due to your system error till date amount rs. 17000 has not been credited in kavita's account (A/c no. [protected]). I am regularly following up with both the banks but no one is reply. It is the responsibility of both banks that the amount should be credited in the valid account. Due to this server problem the additional service amount is also deducted from my account. So kindly arrange to return my amount - rs. 17, 000 in my account or ms. Kavita's account immediately.
        I have gone to syndicate & obc bank (Where cheque was deposited) but their representatives are not giving proper response. They are not even ready to see the problem. I have taken the account statement. Almost 20 days are over but till date i have not received the proper reply from any branch.
        It is requested to kindly resolve the problem on urgent basis, otherwise i will now send the compliant to rbi.

            Hello sir,
            Today I have added 1000rs to paytm wallet but the trasnaction failed. Amount was not credited in pagtm and amount was deducted from account . . how i will get refund ? I got a message from paytm that they didnt received amount so refund is beyond their control and i should ask bank for refund. But from bank i got message amount is credited into paytm. No further update by once bank. I have account in obc bank malerkotla jarg chowk branch.

                I have registered to internet banking 3 days ago and then the bank asked for security questions but after submitting the answers i am unable to to log in my account the same error message is displayed there and im sharing the screen shoot of that error message kindly resolve this issue i have also contacted to the customer support executive of obc bank they told me to raise a complaint to resolve the issue

                  Yesterday on 2 november i tried to add rs 9000 to dine out app wallet. They money was deducted from my account but it wasn't added to dine out wallet and the transaction status in dine out was failed. Please refund my money as soon as possible. How long will it take to refund my money to my account. Dine out customer care said they didnt receive any payment.

                    I have Bad experience from OBC branch 17.12.2018 I have same prob. but you have not taking necessary action for 7 month then I move to RBI same complain and you have accepted the prob and charge back my money. So please check this matter on urgent basis.

                      I'm account holder of obc bank warisaliganj branch

                      I opened account long ago when i was living in my native place. But as i got job in mumbai so i shifted here and i have not been home for many years. I had to open account in mumbai so i didn't do any transaction with obc account.

                      Now when i check my balance it shows-1624 (Negaive 1624).

                      Last year it was also negative around -500 or something.

                      This is against rbi ruling.

                      Kindly solve the issue. My balance can't be negaive when it has already crossed zero as per rbi regulation.

                        I m rohit wadhwa having saving account by the name of rohit wadhwa ([protected]) and current account ([protected]) by the name of asian organics. I would like to bring in your attention that your employee mrs. Shant goyal (Currently at court complex bhatinda) is using its id and password to access my personal information and using that information for a case related to me in which her daughter (My wife) is involved. There is a maintains case going on in court complex by the name of shweta goyal vs rohit wadhwa in which shant goyal has given my information. I would like you to please transfer mrs shant goyal from that branch as she use her influence to effect my case and also she has told me earlier that she has some contacts with circle head due to which she has not been transferred outside bhatinda from past 10-15 years. Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

I wanted to withdrew 10, 000/- from SBI ATM, Rajouri Garden Metro Station on 13th Sep 2019 but I have received only 2500/- from that ATM. I complained on 14th Sep 2019 whose complaint id is[protected]. But on 24th September 2019 I have received a message that my complaint got rejected. I want the reason.Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

                                    I have made international transaction through western union to oriental bank of commerce in india of rs 20337.42 on 24th sept 2019. I received sms regarding amount credited in bank account but when i check the balance it does not appear in bank statement.

                                    As told by bank these transaction is imps transfer as it is through western union.

                                    I have contacted both western union and oriental bank of commerce.
                                    Western union is telling that the transaction is completed and amount is deposited in bank but when i check with bank they told me that amount is not deposited as there was an issue in transaction and amount is refund to western union.

                                    Please help me in this regard.

                                      We have a retail shop & we are using credit card machine of oriental bank of commerce. Our machine is not working from last 4 days. We are trying to lodge a complaint thru your customer care contact no from last 4 days and were able to register the complaint on 3rd day. The officer committed that they will visit our shop within 24 hours, but nobody turned up. Its a peak sale period between friday to sunday & we are loosing our customers.

                                        Today visited obc khekra branch for dormant activation/re-kyc of my mother (Senior citizen) deactivated account ([protected]) but bank staff mr. R c garg not intended to do their job toward customer even after recommendation of bank manager mr. Rajiv sagar i required a action against mr. R c garg else it is very bad to be a customer of obc their misbehave and not done the job we required our money and we cant get this.
