My 5 years Sovereign gold bond completed in Jan 2021 which was taken by me in Jan 2016.
I went to the home branch in January to collect my money and manger asked me to fill the form, i did the same then from that date to now(Almost August completed) went to bank many times but there is no answer for me from Bank mangers even they are saying that you will get Bond amount of todays rate not the rate of date of completion.

Could I get the clarification on this and get my money credited to my account as soon as possible with interest of 8 months and with the rate of completion date.

We r connected with u since GTB for 21 years, having SB Account connected to my salary with government of Telangana, home loan, car loan, locker and other connected FDs. We r always happy with the offline customer service with the branch. But on 21.08.2021 visited the bank, we met with the new manager over there requesting fr NOC regarding home loan to apply fr change of name from seller to buyer in water & current bills. But he was very rude in receiving n talking to us, it was just tears came out from my eyes of his talking. I am very much hurt.
After this long journey of 21 years i want to close all my and my connected accounts with u and want to leave the bank permanently.

I had done transaction through net banking for electricity bill, amount debited but bill not paid. Transaction was done on 6th august of 6220/-

I deposited the cash in the atm Machine card less. Machine accepted the cash but didnt gave any receipt, also not showing ang credit in my account. All things done easily but at the end machine showed temporarily out of service.

I opened a savings account with your bank. While opening the account, I have mentioned that I want bank statements every month in due time. But I have never received the statements in time till today. I went to the concerned branch, where the bank official asked me to write an application requesting for issue of statements in time.

I am a working man and have other responsibilities too. I do not have time to come to the bank only to file a complaint or fill the applications. It has been a long time. It is very disappointing that the bank is taking so much time to solve this small issue. I request you to look into the matter and solve it soon.

I wanted a loan top up, So I talked to the branch manager, I gone to bank 3-4 times and he never gave me a solid answer, When I visited today, He misbehaved with me and argued to me for just a mere reason, He disagreed to do the loan top up, Such a bad customer service, It really annoyed me. I want you guys to please solve this as soon as possible, I hope this description was enough. This rude and harsh behavior towards a woman at a public bank shouldn't be accepted, The branch manager did all these harsh things and behaved very rudely towards me.

Apropos of the subject, I went to withdraw an amount of Rs. 20, 000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees) from the ATM of my home branch. The time as per my transaction message is 10:46:56 am and the date of transaction is 5th July, 2021. The said amount was deducted from my bank account as per the transaction message I received but the cash didn't dispense out of the machine.The transaction message which I received was at 11:20 am which is almost 30 min after the transaction took place. The said transaction message is attached with this letter. I waited for 10 minutes with an assumption that the money would eventually dispense but it did not happen.
It's been more than 2 days of the transaction at the time of writing this letter. The bank employees of my home branch were non-cooperative and did not let me write or submit a written complaint at the branch.
I hope through this message I will get my money back. For this kind act of yours I shall be ever grateful to you.

A person was about to provide service after paying 3000 rupees but his phone is switched off immediately after paying the amount. Please help me get my money back.

Sir, 28 jun 21 i visited branch of obc bareilly and submitted application for transfer of account from there to nanakmatta branch, they told me tomorrow this will be done. But till 02 july 21 my account was not transfered. I can not go again and again there, because from my home town to this branch is 120 km away.
