I have submitted the claim - mdi3024474 at MD india healthcare services pvt ltd on 2nd of Feb 2017 with all the original reports and supportive documents . after 15 days of submitting the claim i have called everyday and they told me it is under progress. And all the sudden they told me that the claim cant be processed. The insurance company or the broker did not inform me about the policy details. like what would get covered and what not...
