Plan - Family Floater – Sliver Plan -17/11/16 to 16/11/17

The above policy was renewed on 15th Nov 2016 for a period one year and paid premium of Rs. 13159/- ( Premium– Rs. 11, 443/- & S Tax- Rs. 1716/-). I am holding the above plan since 2010 & first policy no. 271500/48/2010/1656.

Further, till date I have not claimed any medical benefit / claim since inception. I am regularly getting no claim bonus and adjusted in my annual premium till last year. But, this year you have not given “ No claim bonus” in the annual premium working. You have charged 100% premium from me.

I had informed to your branch thru our agent Mrs. Indu Chawla
(BA[protected]) along-with all necessary documents like request letter, previous policies copy & cancelled cheque. I am following with my agent since Dec, 16 but the refund is not received till date even-after expiry six months.

Kindly look into and release the refund at the earliest.

    Dear sir, this is regarding a car insurance with insurance no 263201/31/2016/4525 of vehicle tata indigo 2008 model with vehicle no hp53c 0114. My above said vehicle got burnt on june, 11, 2016 at nagoya bagwan (Himachal pradesh) whose insurance claim is pending since then. I knock the door of company office many times but company is delaying my claim because o[censored]nknown reasons. Sir, company has not even cleared the status of claim whether they are giving total loss or not. My completely burn out car is getting corroded standing there since then and is in condition not to get repaired now. Sir, i want to ask when company will pay me claim amount? What is the maximum time limit according to citizen charter to pay claim? Who will be responsible for lost condition of car due to standing still waiting for decision by company for so long (11months)? Why shouldn't i go to court to see justice for insurance claim and a lot mental harassment done to me? I am seeking your reply failing which i will be bound to go to court for sake of justice.

      In reference to subject I would like to bring to your notice that i had proposed for a oriental insurance medical policy through Oriental bank of Commerce Deesa Branch & amount also debited from my account on 8 june 2016.

      Till date i had not received the policy nor any information in this regard from bank or the insurance company.

      Kindly revert back for the same matter as waiting for medical insurance document from 8th june 2016 or else give me the tentative date on which I will receive my oriental insurance documents.

            Pathetic service given by mg road branch team leaders (Mr raghavendra and mr krishna) fast 5month am waiting for my claim... Basically i will not drink... But simply you people are blaming me like that day i drunk and drive... Plz show me the evidence for drunk and drive... I have submitted alcohol certificate... It's clearly mentioned like "as per our records at the time of examination, he was not under influence of alcohol"

But hospital authority many time apply case less and there's no respond at the end of discharged 1, 37, 000 nearly, after i am re embracement that time i safer tomich harassment and money time of query, where as my policy is allow pre-existing element if any, and and tpo told all preexisting discs, and they will not pay, after my mother admit 12/04/2017 -14/04/17, that's 3 yer, again my classless is hold un known resen, this time i'll pay 50000 around, and go for re embracement, sir i applied my clame.                 My Bike whose registration number is BR-01BE-5531 has been thieved on 26th December 2015. I filed a complaint​ related to it in the nearest police station with the Case number - 869/15 on the very same day. It has now been 16 months, since that incident took place, and I've still not got my insurance money. Your office staff says that it's not their responsibility to help me for the same and when I go to police station, where I filed my complaint, they say it's not the right time to do such works. Please help me out as I've been a loyal insurance consumer of Oriental, but in the return I'm getting such horrible & stressful outcomes.
                Resolve my issues!

                    I have submitted the claim - mdi3024474 at MD india healthcare services pvt ltd on 2nd of Feb 2017 with all the original reports and supportive documents . after 15 days of submitting the claim i have called everyday and they told me it is under progress. And all the sudden they told me that the claim cant be processed. The insurance company or the broker did not inform me about the policy details. like what would get covered and what not .Policy no :- 182000/48/2016/3064. ( The orientel insurance company )

                    All health policies are having permanent exclusions for few diseases& specific & personal waiting periods of, 48/36/24 months of waiting period for pre existing diseases depending on policy variant issued. You may check the policy for detailed infmn. If your claim is out of these clauses, insurer has to accept your claim otherwise insurer has to notify you in writing specific reasons for denial of claim.
                    Due to 4.8 clauses my claim was not settled this reason insurance company has told me but same disease another person has paid .why I should not get .?

                        i rajesh gangar sending this complaint on behalf of Mr. Ravji vadhan (patient kasturben vadhan ) ., there is a claim of cataract operation done on 01/02/2017 at Amber eye care micro surgery, naupada Thane west. which is also on your cashless panel hospital list.
                        Mr. vadhan has ask amber hosp. for cashless but the hosp deny and told him to go for reimbursement.
                        now total bill of one eye cataract surgery is 52500/- but MD india has settled for 24000/-, it shows that this is a package. if it is a package then amber hosp could have manage in 24000/-because it is in the cashless panel list., if amber hospital is not interested in doing cashless claim then why dont you remove it from cashless list, because one is in the understanding that the hospital is in the MD indias panel then there wont be problem of reduction of claim in settlement.
                        who is going to bare the extra money 28500/- which is paid, and also there is another eye cataract claim done on 08/02/2017 in same amber hosp of same amount, it is yet to settle.
                        now for both eyes if mr vadhan is paying 105000/- and settling 48000/- this is not fare to the customer who is paying 45000/ yearly premium.
                        please look into this matter and make justice.

                              Kindly refer to my appeal dated 02/02/2017 against above insurance company on the subject cited above which was forwarded by your good self to the concerned company. After a long time of more than one Month needful is not done by the Oriental Insurance.

                                I cheena vyas existing customer mediassist tpa(Axis bank ltd emp id 48709) having assist id [protected], policy no 124500/48/2016/6734_ex. four month ago my mother (Mrs Sadhana vyas)was admitted in PN Desai eye hospital ahemdabad on dtd 22 oct 2016 for retinopathy in left eye.. She already lost her right eye. Due to prolonged illness and blindness of the patient the bill could not be sent on the stipulated time.. Please consider the appended trail mail.
                                Currently i am working in axis bank ltd udaipur branch 097 sol id my home town is banswara rajasthan. I am on subbatical leave till my mother get better health. For delay i would like to say something.We were in ahemdabad for approximately 1month because of her crucial eye condition. . She was not able to see anything because of retina dispatchment. Being her daughter i was with her and cannot leave her alone. On 22nov mid night we reached to our home town banswara... So on 23 nov 2016 i sent original documents to Mumbai office branch address as given in mediassist site having pod no [protected] . After sending courier i marked first mail to [protected]@mediassist.com on 7dec2016 asking about claim status for the same. On 9 dec i got return courier marking as address shifted.. same day we have flight for chennai as my mother has an appointment with Dr vikas khaitan at sankara nethralaya Chennai. After return back from chennai i again marked a mail to [protected]@mediassist.com and customer care executive . i received a mail form one of executive having address of TPA. So i resend the same on given address on 20 dec2016 having pod no [protected] pushapak courier. On 26 dec i received first message form Mbuddy having tracking number and claim no. After date on 28 dec i got a mail regarding clarification letter required. .same day i mail the reason for late reply and physical letter through pod no [protected] on 30 dec16 And so on im marking mail to mediassit tpa.. My mother eye treatment is still going on.. we have to travel ahemdabd and chennai frequently. Whe she got operated her health was so critical and i have to be with her only.. hope u understand the same..

                                    Sir,

                                    I submitted the claim personally to the Insurance Company at Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat Branch. Since the cheque details was missing, sent the scanned copy of cheque on mail on the same date i.e.[protected] copy of the mail attached)

                                    Still the settlement of the claim is not done. Today, on Inquiry through toll free number (MD India), I was told that some query relating to the holding of policy duration is pending with the Insurance Company.

                                    My claim is pending with the Company for more than three months. I am least concern with MD India. I have a contract with the Insurance Company. Delay by the Insurance Company is unacceptable. I submit for the early settlement of the claim along with penal interest.

                                    There was a demand of bank details from MD india, though the same was submitted to the insurance Company. As I was at Vipassana centre and out of any communication there, could not reply immediately. However, the same was sent to MD India on[protected] copy of the mail attached) . I believe the bank details are for the payment of the claim and not the sanction or settlement of the claim. The claim process could have been completed till the details come.

                                    This may be due to delay on part of tpa for not taking any action in spite of all formalities & you may insist he insurer to settle the claim early.

                                      This issue is regarding client id 12603 and filed consumer court case (Docket id/ complaint no.: 178138) with detailed history of incidents mentioned below. As we spoke several times through your customer care regarding damage caused to our water purifier during servicing by your technician and not compliance to fix it since then. We have paid inr 2300/- on 10/07/2016 for annual service/ maintenance of my aqua guard (Classic) and company claimed as the authorized service network for aqua-guard.
                                      In case no resolution and complete fixation of the issue by end of the day, we will go ahead and file case against ion exchange pvt. Limited / the oriental insurance company / aqua care insurance without further waiting period. These complaint will be filed against the above said company and persons mentioned below.
                                      Here is the sequence of incidents:
                                      1. 25th february 2017: i called your company on 25th february 2017 for general service of aqua guard (Periodical filter service/ cleaning). This water filter was working absolutely fine before that. The service request was to clean filter / general service which is the part of amc.
                                      2. 28th february 2017: technician (Mobile no:[protected]) came on 28th february 2017 around 7 pm. While cleaning filter, he damaged the water purifier and not able to fix it.
                                      3. 28th february 2017: around 8.15 pm, he wanted to leave without fixing the water purifier (He wanted to attend another service request). On being asked what happened, he said- this water purifier will automatically start vending water after 30 minutes. On further inquiry he contacted some person from your company named rajesh kumar (Mobile no:[protected]). Rajesh kumar tried to convince us with the same explanation and requested us to leave the technician and with his rajesh kumar’s personal guaranty.
                                      4. 28th february 2017: 8.21 pm: then technician left to attend next service call. We have received an automated sms with text "dear customer, thank you for paying rs 0.00 to iepl. The following product has been installed. For any queries call us [protected]".
                                      Upon enquiry why the sms received without fix, he explained- that is because he attended service, there will be one more sms when service is complete.
                                      5. 1st march 2017: we called customer care ([protected]) multiple times to complain about the same issue happened and every time they simply committed "technician will come to attend service". The same thing repeated for minimum 50 times during the week.
                                      6. 2nd march 2017: we received 2nd sms with text "dear customer, thank you for paying rs 0.00 to iepl. The following product has been installed. For any queries call us [protected]" ; but there was no service on that day.

                                      7. 1st march till 4th march 2017: through help line number, we have spoken to many customer care persons named swati (Mobile :[protected]), subham (Mobile : [protected]), nagarjuna /uday kumar anand (Mobile :[protected]). There is no solution till today. However on 4th march 2017; they said, it is not responsibility of the company to fix it. We may go to file consumer court case or police case. Nobody (Including police/ consumer court/ ceo of the company) can do nothing to them.

                                        On (23/08/2016), tuesday a fire occur in oswal autos (A-20, gtk road, delhi). At the time of fire my motorcycle yamaha (Fz-fi), (Registration no-dl10sr2729), (Chassis no-me1rg0719f0055624), (Engine no-g3c8e0207908) was standing outside the oswal autos. After few days when the conditions become normal i got to know the condition of my motorcycle and it was burnt completely and i lodged the request for claim to the oriental insurance company (Jhandevalan office delhi) on (16/09/2016). From then till now i didn't get my claim. I go to the insurance company almost daily and they did not give any response and just tell your work is in progress and so. They are mentally harassing me i am not able to concentrate on my study, work etc. So please help me regarding my case...
