Dear sir
I have purchased mediclaim policy from pnb otiental royal mediclaim in march2017. The same was renewed in march2018. But it is matter of regreat that till date the insurance company has not sent me the health card as assured at the time of purchase of policy. I was also told that the list of hospitals will be sent to you where you alongwith yr family members can go for treatment in case of any ailment. Kindly take up the matter with the concerned qurter and conveyed any action in this regard to me at the earliest.

Till date my complaint regarding issue of health card and list of hospitals empannled by pnb oriental royal mediclaim policy has not been addressed. Kindly take up the matter with the concernef company and give me rellef accordingly.

I purchased mediclaim policy from oriental insurence company ltd and the policy is named as pnb oriental royal mediclaim pplicy in the year 2017 and further renewed on 26 march 2018. At the time of purchase i was told that i will get health card mentioning name of me and my family members. But it is regreted that till date the health card is awaited. And the list of hospitals which are empanelled under this policy is also not made available to me. Kindly take up the mattet with the concerned company and conveyed me the action taken in this regard by the company.

    They are not receiving my call even they dont have time to reply my mail..
    Its about to be 10 months of that... Kindly help me to settle the claim of my car..

      I have have insured above vehicle online through policy bazar vide policy no -200211/31/2018/95819 which is effective from 5/11/17 to 4/11/18, that is cashless, bonut to bonut. My vehicle got damaged on 21 jan 2018 and for that i have rang up to all four telephone numbers given on the said policy ie no[protected], 28758823, 28753268, 28750844 but nobody has responded even phone was continuously ringing for 2 days. Then on 22 jan 2018 one no was picked up and nobody was ready to carry vehicle from place of accident to nearest show room of nissan terrano, ranchi and i was asked to carry vehicle to nissan workshop ranchi at my own cost though it was cashless with road side assistance and bonut to bonut coverage. They gave me mob no of mr ak singh regional manager oriental ranchi. My vehicle was repaired and invoice was sent to oriental coy delhi by mr ak singh after survey on 31 jan 2018. But for next 10-15 days, neither i received any payment on my account no (Cancelled check enclosed) nor any response from any above phone nos. I am continuously contacting to toll free no -[protected] given in policy and they have given three more phone numbers of claim nodal officers ie [protected] (Sanam mariam), [protected] (Shushma singhal), [protected] (Vp gupta). I have continuously called all above officers but nobody picked my phone. I was also given phone no of anita kalra[protected] claim officer, but she has responded and replied that claim is under process but it was not received yet for last three months. I have become almost mad in contacting your branch employee and everybody is giving no of other officer who is not responding. This is the state of affairs of oriental insurance company. If person dies in accident i don’t think that any claim will be given by the coy to the next of kin of owner. Mr ak singh ranchi replied that because i have taken insurance on line through policy bazar so he can not help in any way. As asked by anita kalara to send old policy on email of mr virender dahiya, the same was sent twice on his email but no reply was given by mr dahiya nor said amount was sent to my account no till date. I think that i have committed a great mistake by insuring my vehicle from oriental insurance company through policy bazar which has no relation with cashless, bonut to bonut, roadside assistance to customer.

      Requested to reply immdly. I have already sent all documents as asked by mr virender dahiya and madam balodhi through registered post as well as on email of virender dahiya but could not receive claim till date.

        Team of all executives are so irresponsible in replying back to emails sent.
        I was planning to renew insurance policy.
        Date : March Last week - I was getting quote for Rs. 27757 and wanted to know more details, hence I wrote email.
        Date March 27th I got email from Oriental quoting Rs 29053. When asked for explanation none had answer and now online quote shows as Rs. 34464. Not sure what they did, however no response from Oriental

          Hi,

          I had taken insurance from oriental insurance company for my car for the year[protected]. I was not given any ncb for the that year and subsequently i had to pay more premium due to my lack of knowledge in this area. I got to know about this issue only when i received quotation from various vendor for this year 2018 and got to know that oriental has not provided any ncb in the mentioned year.

          On sending email i was told that as it was not mentioned (Not sure my whom??) they have not provided any ncb.

          I would like to know is it responsibility of a customer to point out such this or the agent who is assigned to help the customer needs to mention such things and make the customer aware.

          Taking advantage over customers knowledge is also cheating!!

            Hi all,
            I have already mail and call for the claim submitted for an accident of my eeco car.
            But from last three months they have not given any satish feedback for my claim resolution.
            I call several times on customer service representative and emails but they weren't giving me any feedback for further information.
            Can anybody help me in this case.

              I PURCHASED BHAVISHYA AROGYA POLICY No. 1169 IN YEAR 2004 FROM YOUR BRANCH DAB, BHOPAL DURING MY POSTING IN BHOPAL. THE POLICY WAS ISSUED WITH BENEFIT OF Rs.1, 10, 000/- DUE ON COMPLETION OF AGE OF 59. I ATTAINED THE AGE OF 59 ON 02/01/2011 AND RETIRED ON 31.12.2012 AFTER ATTAINING age of 60 years.

              I visited your branch of sector 17 chandigarh and later on your branch at Ludhiana and I was told that there is no such policies...

              Dear sir,

              I have insured my car up53 bc 7011 (Policy no. 211200/31/2018/101581) with the oriental insurance company limited. The car met an accident in january and the right door and rear bumper was damaged. I obtained the cost for repairing value from maruti dealer and submitted this to the local office of the oriental insurance company limited, gorakhpur. The surveyor was appointed and he allowed repairing cost for rs. 27543. After getting approval from the surveyor the maruti company has repaired the car and asked me to pay rs. 27543 and i paid it to the maruti company and get my car from there.

              After this i attempted several times to hand over the receipt documents to the surveyor so that i could get my spent money back. But after 4-5 times visit to the local office (Gorakhpur) i could not find the person in office.in my next visit i handed over the receipt documents to the manager of local office — the oriental insurance company limited and asked him to give this to the person concerned.

              Again i visited office many times but could not succeeded in meeting the person. One day i met the person then he told me that as yu have got insured from online then you have to get the claim from there. Also he is asking me rs. 2600 as surveyor charge and telling me that after getting this amount only then i would send the documents to delhi office.

              Could you please help me in replying what to do now. I have insured my car with the the oriental insurance company limited and i think that all over india this is valid. Then why the local office at gorakhpur is not making me payment?

              Hope to have a reply at earliest as almost two months have passed submitting my documents to local office.

                The policy no. Of my vehicle is 271702/31/2018/26833. I met with an accident on[protected]. I contacted the bo shahdara for claim on[protected] and got all the relevant proforma by the bo shahdara. I submitted them in my vehicle company and though the vehicle company submitted via mail all my relevant documents along with the estimate in the bo on[protected] itself but it is[protected] today but till now no surveyor visited the vehicle service centre for approval of the estimate. Please help.

                  I am following these ppl, nobody picks up the call and its difficult to coordinate at 2 places. Its should be their responsibilty to get it done

                    This is to inform you that I had taken a cashless policy from your company for my Maruti Swift Dzire Car No. HR51BB1318 vide Policy No. 211200/31/2018/73483- insured code 81538341 on 19/09/2017. I met with an accident on 16/2/2018 and the car was got repaired from Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad after inspection of the car by your surveyor. The car was delivered to me by Vipul Motors on 28/02/2018 against cash payment. As asked by the surveyor I had sent a copy of cancelled cheque to him.

                    It is a matter of great regret that despite my cashless policy I had to make cash payment of repairs to the tune of Rs.36295/- to Vipul Motors. Despite having telephonic conversation with Mr Luthra, Surveyor many times I am still waiting for the payment from your company, although a period of more than 21 days has since expired after delivery of the car to me and making cash payment to the repairing company.

                    This is altogether contrary to the claims made by the representative of your company while doing policy of my car on 19/09/2017.

                    I woud request you to look into the matter and get my payment released without further loss of time.

                        I have paid rs.1, 301 on march 6th via tez but the policy has not been renewed, when wrote to customer care i have got an revert from one of the executives ([protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in) that the amount will be refunded but failed to respond to my question as when. The concerned person has then included two more executives to revert on the refund status (Abhishek. [protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in & [protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in) and that is the last communication from the team. I have wrote multiple emails to above mentioned contact and no revert yet, tried calling to the customer care but its not connecting. Its been two weeks now and this is one of the worst experience i have faced with any customer care. If oriental team is not cared to revert for such simple issues, its alarming that that there will be no response for issues related to claiming.

                          The contact person is not receiving the call and it comes busy maximum time.
                          These guys are least bothered about the customer.

Papers have been submitted by surveyer on 20th january to mall road kanpur branch of oriental insurance... I was supposed to received the payment before 5th of february but not got.. When i contacted kanpur branch they had shown me papers that they have couriered to karol bagh branch on 29th jan 2018... When i contacted karol bagh branch delhi they told to contact barakhamba road claim cell delhi.. When i contacted barakhamba branch i have not got any positive response.. They had misguided me and not solved my query from last 8 days... Need your help to kindly get it resolve as its paining now...

                              Dear Sir/Mam.
                              I have taken claim for my car repairing as it met with an accident.. Papers have been submitted by Surveyer on 20th January to Mall road Kanpur Branch of Oriental Insurance...i was supposed to received the payment before 5th of February but not got.. When I contacted Kanpur branch they had shown me papers that they have couriered to Karol Bagh Branch on 29th Jan 2018...when I contacted Karol Bagh Branch Delhi they told to contact Barakhamba Road Claim cell Delhi.. When I contacted Barakhamba Branch I have not got any positive response.. They had misguided me and not solved my query from last 8 days... Need your help to kindly get it resolve as its paining now...

                                On 11.03.2017, i paid mediclaim premium through online rs.27061/- and the same was debited from my bank a/c with sbi of bauria branch vide transaction no. Sbipg iu[protected]oicl neither the policy certificate issued nor the money refunded. Perhapes, it is kept in the suspense a/c. I could find the policy of 2014-15 bearing no. 31140/48/2014/7276 and my insured code is 41243845
                                Of 2014-15. I will be very much grateful if the certificate is issued or money is refunded. Thanks and regards.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I would like to inform you that I am having a Oriental Insurance Mediclaim Health Insurance policy - (Vipul MedCorp Insurance TPA Private Limited) for the last more than 7/8 years and for the first time I had to visit hospital for my son's knee surgery (ACL Reconstruction).

                                  The mediclaim department of Medicare Hospital, Indore sought an approval as per my mediclaim facility and Vipul MedCorp Insurance TPA Private Limited sanctioned approval mentioning that I am eligilble for a private room. Accordingly, the package was given by the hospital as approved by Vipul MedCorp Insurance TPA Private Limited. Unfortunately, at the time of discharge, when final bill was submitted for approval, to my surprise, Vipul MedCorp Insurance TPA Private Limited raised a query and said that I was eligible for a semi-private room package and not for a private room package. When contacted their executives and informed them about their sanction letter wherein it was clearly mentioned 'Private Room', they told that it was mentioned by mistake and they would approve amount as per semi-private room only. I told them that if they had informed me in the beginning at the time of booking room / package in the hospital, I would have booked semi-private room only. On this they could not give any satisfactory reply. Finally, I had to end up paying a hefty amount being the difference of both the packages for no fault of mine. Moreover, Vipul MedCorp Insurance TPA Private Limited took more than 6 hours to settle the claim which created unnecessary anguish and inconvenience.

                                  I would request you to kindly appropriate action against Vipul MedCorp Insurance TPA Private Limited for this negligence on their part and advise them to reimburse me the difference amount of Rs.19, 881/- immediately along with penalty for causing unnessary mental agony.

                                  The scanned copies of the initial sanction letter and final settlement letter are attached herewith, which are self-explanatory.

                                    I had my car maruti 800 insured by oriental insurance at shimla in 2017 my car met an accident in april 2017 i remained in bed for two month ihad reported to oriental office well in time. They had sent a surveyor who assesed the losses and asked me to get the car repaired at badog solan at himachal automobile. I had paid the whole amount myself as workshop owner said and also the surveyor said that claim will come to my acount. Ihad asked the office at shimla somany times but they says they have not recieved the case but surveyor says he had sent the case. My policy no is 263102/31/2017/814 code 62006365.
