My name is yogesh gupta. My motorcycle dl6saj5246 was stolen on 28th may 2016. I have filed my fir in the police station & submitted my non traceable report to the insurance company.

I am not getting any kind of feed back from anyone. My case file is on mrs anita chawla's table. She said the chassis no. & name is wrong on the insurance and she has sent the mail to the agent who did the insurance and asked me to go and meet that agent.
I went to the agent & he was so rude, said its not his work.
That agent is sitting over their to do his duties and he is refusing from his duties & being rude & said is this my father's company.

      I am prabir ghosh working in acc cement we have mediclaim of oriental insurance and tpa is mediassist. After admitted in bhilai sector hospital, they deducted tumor in cervical spine tumor and referred to vellore hospital for operation

      My operation took place in vellore and now i have claimed as per mediclaim but they have deducted rs 20000 for non submit of reports where as vellore has given in writing that these required reports are in discharge summary, but still they are not clearing the matter

      Secondly they have not paid rs 25000 against expenses in bhilai sector hospital telling that there is no line of treatment

      I filed in irda and irda token no. [protected] dated 6.7.2016 still no result

      Please take care of my non payment amount of rs 45000

          Since the said vehicle's engine all parts in the engine room, dash, frond part & frond tires were fully damaged.
          After submitting all the papers including the reports from police & fire force, the company is not agreeing to settle my genuine claim.
          They are insisting for repair - which will double my loss more than the insured amount.
          Kindly do the needful to settle claim.

            Respected sir/ madam
            The claim was registered in jan 2016. The original documents were sent to mediassist - mohali office and were received by mr. Shashi kant and mr. Sarabjit singh. Further original scan films were required, the same were sent on 17 feb, 2016, which were received by mr. Satnam, having no reply. I again enquired about the status, the information was that the documents have not reached. On producing pod's of the same, another query came, that was certificate from the doctor required to show treatment, it could be done in outdoor, why admitted. The same was sent to noida office. He knows about the disease, but not the history of the patient.
            The treatment could have been done in outdoor, but as the patient is suffering from maysthenia for the last three years, and is diabetic, hypertensive and has cardiac problem, with the injection - the sugar level rises, he is anaemic, to monitor any complication, the patient was admitted. Last month also, the patient had to be administered two units of blood and the treatment was done by m. C. H. (Neurologist), not a quake.
            Again having the discussion with the office bearers at mohali. The xerox papers were sent on 31 may 2016. After enquiry, the customer services department again asked for original documents. The same letter is sent till 15 july 2016. Sir, more than 20 mails and six letters have been sent to

            On 15 july 2016, iwas told by the mohali office, about the denial of the claim, and at the same time, customer service department asked for the original documents, which is lack of cooordination. It shows here that "justice delayed is justice denied please review the case and give the justice.

              My husband late sh. chhajju ram have taken a policy no.271700/48/2011/1038 (scanned copy enclosed) before death my husband has submitted the original document of bond of policy and other document but after till today i have received no payment against my policy. so please take a suitable action against the company...

              It is humbly requested my hard earned money may kindly be got released from the company as early as possible, as my husband late sh. chhajju ram have expired on 15/02/2013 & i have no source of income.

                As on 07.07.2016, i was applied on line for renewal of sector insurance policy no.215400/31/2016/2116 dated 14.08.2015 in my name, mr. Yogender kumar garg
                During demand of payment rs.1091/-, i made payment rs.1091/- through my sbi credit card. When opt number post in system and run the system. The connectivity was disconnected. And my sbi credit card account was debited but insurance policy was not issued and nor my sbi credit card credited by rs.1091/- till date.
                You are requested to check and refund my rs.1091/- in my credit card no.[protected] due to my sector policy was not renewed. My renewal of scooter policy is pending.

                      I have a car insurance policy and a mediclaim policy 9in my grandsons name) with your company. The date of renewal is every year 6th june, i have been calling the concerned person. Mr sanjiv gupta agent ba[protected] since so many days telling him to give me the renewed policy. He either does not pick up the phone and when he does. He says he is going to come and needless to say till date he has not. The policies have lapsed and he is not bothered.
                      It is sad to see such gross unprofessional behavior of your agent. This will surely bring a very bad impression of your company. I am surprised that you have such careless and inefficient agents.
                      Hoping for some actio from your side sson otherwise i will have to take insurance from some other company.

                      I have a motor insurance and a mediclaim policy which lapses on 6th June.I have been reminding the agent Mr Sanjiv Gupta of Oriental Insurance co since so many days to do the needful.Every time he says he is doing it and does not, sometimes he doed not even pick the phone agent no BA[protected].As a result the policies have lapsed.
                      I did not expect such irresponsible and inefficient behavior from a company as big as this.I will now possibly have to take insurance from some other company.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        Kindly note I bought a Tata Nano XT from Berkeley Tata Motors, Chandigarh last year in the month of September bearing registration number WB 24 AE 1720.

                        I opted for Oriental Insurance since it is one of the most trusted and reliable brands in the insurance sector.

                        Within a few days of purchasing my vehicle i got transferred to my home town i.e. Kolkata. In the month of February '16 the rear left hand side door of my vehicle was damaged. The vehicle was taken to BB Motors, Kolkata (Authorized Tata Service Centre) where i was informed they do not have the infrastructure to claim for Oriental Insurance so i would have to pay first and the amount would get reimbursed into my account.

                        I deposited all the required documents at your Kolkata office to Mr.Kishore Kumar Nath (surveyor), who in return assured all the documents have been sent to Chandigarh Office and the amount would be disbursed from there.

                        After following up with him, I Called up the Insurance department at Berkeley Tata Motors where Ms. Latika told me Mr. Abtar Singh is looking into my case from Oriental Insurance.

                        It has been months of rigorous follow ups and i am still awaiting my amount.
                        I am Writing to you after loosing all hope.

                          Issuing Office BO Jagadhri. i took my car insurance from your company. sir i want claim from your company this time so i put claim there but from last one and half month they are harrasing me for NCB even the last policy is related to your company and you gave me no claim bonus for that but after for being to settle i arrange them the NCB letter of the last to previous year on my headache.. after that when i submit that form and go there to confirm they again start harrasing not to passed exact claim as i m having bumper to bumper policy how they deducted the bill i cant understand.. but when i try to convince branch manger Mr. N.K Goel branch and Mr. Narula start misbehaving with me in office premises very badly they also tried to threaten me that go anywhere you want, nothing will be consider. so please make sloution as i m also a govt employee in SBI yamunanagar after that they did that to me.. please take action otherwise i have no option other than to go consumer fourm in this matter as i also complaint to csd but they r not ready to take up this matter thanking you

                            Yesterday, i approached Ernakulam branch office for renewal my policy at 4.45 pm. As per information, i ubderstsnd that, office will work till 5.45. But, they refused to accept my cash. They said, office will work till 4 pm. My point is, then why they showed and misled customer? I was in oriental office.. Had seen that a notice that, " please provide phone number and email id of customer. As per that notice, I requested them to add my details to their system. Their reply was shocked me. They said, they can't add right now. They only can add next time. I don't know what is the problem they have.. Being s customer, I am interested to add my details to my account. But, they are not at all helped me to add my information. And, directly denied my request. This kind of attitude never be give customers to Orie ntal. I have a very good impression about the company. But, this action made me very disappointed. I requested you to take correct action against them. And also, please provide me a chance to add my phone number and email id to my account.

                                  I am associated with your company for past 20+ years and have never applied for a claim. This is the first time I had applied for a genuine complaint as my vehicle was hit by a bus. My Policy # is 272400/7005 (Member ship no. 13498/272400). I was called up Mr. J.K.Sharma I.D ( 23795 Phone no. [protected]) that he will be inspecting my vehicle at the showroom. He told me that people offer money to him for inspecting the vehicles and if the amount is less than Rs 2000/- he refuses. I asked him to be genuine and fair clearance and he he told me that since you own at high position in the company I could help him out by momentary benefits . When I ignored he told me take my residence address too.When I called him back he told me " Do not teach me tables" as ... (I have everything recorded). Please let me know how to proceed.                                     Sir, i would regret to inform you that i have lodged the claim on 25/10/2014 with the oriental insurance co. Ltd., divisional office, 2 rajkot and all the required papers were submitted to the office after that divisional office 2 rajkot has sent all the papers with the claim file to regional office, ahmedabad but still the claim is pending for the settlement and its decision by the regional office, ahmedabad.                                       I took the overseas medical insurance from your company.
                                      Period of insurance was 8/10/2015 to 02/03/2016.

                                      I suffered from high pulse rate so medical tests were done (Cardiac cumulative and fbc test).

Just need to talk some person to give full assistance over all about name transfer and claim.
