Dear sir,

I have called on your tollfree number for my claim issue & i have discussed for claim but in a second he said i cant understand you & he threat me that give my complaint to redressal, i dont care, please take serious action immediately, this is my first & last mail otherwise i will go through consumer court tommorrow.

      Delay In claim settlement of my Car Insurance

      My car, Honda City bearing registration number GJ5CF 2865 met with an accident and was repaired under information to the insurance company in Sep 2015. While all appraisal was done and promise made that the requisite money shall be reimbursed to me after due approval, I have not been paid yet. Matter pertains to Bhubaneswar in the State of Odisha. I wish to know why the same is delayed for so long and also whether the rightful receivable is forthcoming.

        Ub;non receipt of my oritental insurance policy bond and id card

        I am balan. K, kunnumal house, (Po) moozhikkara, koppalam, thaslsssery. My a/c no.[protected] in punjab national bank. I have not yet received my oritental insurance policy bond and id card. I enquired about my policy to the bank manager, he replied and show me the amount of rs3500/- (Two lakh policy) was debited by dd on 06/10/2016. But the calicut circle office planning department no t taken any appropriate action in this regard. The manager of punjab national bank kuthuparambha show me the mailed documents of my policy. Kindly send my policy document to my address please.

          Sir, I have claimed For a motor accident At motor accident claim tribunal Darrang. And same has been settled by the tribunal Darrang Mangaldai on dated 2/6/2015 .The case number is that Mac 186/12. But the authority has not yet paid the awarded money.             My car was hit at red light on 22/11/16. At 10 pm.the claim department did not give full claim.the surveyor left one rear light in the claim.i have called so many times.but no action is taken by oriental.
            I was standing at the red light.the delhi police bus hit my car from backside.and dragged my car also.i have properly mentioned in the claim form

                My complaint id no 1428454 dt 16112016.
                Urther to my talk i had yesterday with u and mr rajesh on
                his mobile no [protected] and request u to credit rs 27281
                minus rs 932 deductions made by u. To my sb a/c.
                Contrary to the mediclaim rules u have denied me the
                cashless facility and requested to submit bills for
                settlemnt to ur office, which i properly did. Till date u
                have not credited rs 26349 to my sb a/c stated in my claim
                form, as per the advice of my physician i got admitted to
                hospital as i could not move due to back pain and
                hardening of one leg, even now after taking so many
                medicines injections i am unable to walk without
                assistance and still in medication, due to ur non credit
                of amount i have gone on mental agony and hardship,
                inconvenience hence kindly compensate me with rs 8 lakhs
                compensation within 48 hours plus credit the claimed
                amount immediatly
                in ur claim details received by me there is no denial
                reasons, nor there is any missing documents. Hence i am
                legally and phisically empovered to receive the claim
                amount for the treatment of my disease/hospitalisation

                  My name is Omkar Reddy and I am working in Accenture, USA and my company has taken a Group Health Policy No: 421300/48/2015/P2_Ex with Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd, which covers me and my family including my parents. My Emp.ID No: is 10865397, joining date: 15/04/2013, policy period: 17/10/15 to 16/10/16. My father was hospitalized and operated for Heart problem. the total hospital expense came to approx: Rs.3.75 lakhs. My younger brother who is working in HCL Company, has covered him in his Health policy also taken from Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. He had already claimed Rs.2.83 lakhs from Vidhal(formerly TTK TPA). As his Sum insured was exhausted, I had applied for reimbursement from my company as I too have covered my father in the Policy. I gave all the bills and discharge summary copy(as original was already submitted to Vidhal TPA), totalling to Rs.83, 500-approx, but till date even though after many teletalk and request the claim has not been settled, though I had contacted both the Oriental Insurance Co, who has taken the insurance and also MediAssist who is the TPA. Their response was really very unsatisfactory and not what a customer expects from PSU which boldly claims that they are always there for customers needs. As the policy is expired and not renewed with them the company and the TPA is not at all interested to take up the matter and settle the claim. I feel being a public sector company their duty is to first attend to the customer's need and settle the claim at the earliest.                     I am one of your insurance policy holder name sreemon.s, from Kerala. I already claimed my vehicle in case of accidental claim to oriental insurance alappuzha branch Kerala.I have taken the insurance from another branch in oriental Kottarakkara.I did not get my fund till today.it's been a long time since I claimed. And I here noticing you that it's very very disappointing approaches from your satffs from each branches I have noticed early. Nobody taking the responsibility of this issue and I already tried to contact those branches by phone since I can't able to present there by myself. And nobody is taking my phone calls since a week ago.And once again am telling you that your customer service is very very poor as compared to other insurance companies. And kindly request you to make an arrangements to contact them at the earliest.

                      This is to inform you that I, Barun Kumar Pal, am a mediclaim policyholder of Oriental Insurance Company. My policy details are mentioned below. This email is regarding an issue, which I seem to have no solution for and am bound to reach you with hope. My wife, Mrs. Lipika Pal, who is also mentioned on my Mediclaim policy, was admitted to the hospital unexpectedly due to bad health conditions. Being a senior citizen, I was advised to claim the hospitalization bill for a better helping hand in such delicate situations. With god’s grace and the love and support of my family, my wife has been discharged and is recovering well and fast.

                      Since, my choice for taking a policy from Oriental Insurance company was because of the high quality reputation that everyone was talking about and quick service responses, which were a part of brief given to me before going ahead and taking up the policy. However, this moment seems to look otherwise.

                      To claim the bills I had settled personally to the hospital, I went through the rigorous procedure of collecting all the documents, including those from the TPA desk of the hospital, Doctor’s Signature and details, Discharge Summary, Bills, Detailed Bill, Final Bill etc. (All Original Documents) which the company requires to help me claim the insurance, and submitting it through courier to the Registered Address Mentioned (Same as the one written under your name at the top of this email) (Oriental House, A-25/27, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi 110002) as mentioned in the form. My package had almost 40 sheets of supporting documents, with the claim form attached with my policy and all the other required details, all original documents. There seems to be a major point of concern when I do not receive any kind of acknowledgement for the documents sent to the company at the right time within the time frame mentioned. I stress at this point that all the documents sent were original for which I have all the duplicates with me as I had kept a copy of the same with myself in case of such incidents.

                      I personally tried getting in touch with the company several times, but I was redirected from one person to another constantly. At my age and this time in life, it is getting very difficult to manage such amount of running around for a claim, where as I was told that I would be as easy as slicing a butter, before taking up the policy. I request you to take a look in to this matter with some amount of concern as it has become highly impossible for me to trace my package with all the documents which I will not be able to gather together again as originals for the claim.

                      Having done everything that was required off of me, I feel that someone should at least acknowledge the fact that my package has arrived or we have started the process, we are reviewing it etc. Anything!
                      As the incharge of this well reputed firm, I am sure you will be the only one to help me with this situation and bring some peace in my life with regards to this claim. I am typing all the details below.

[protected]) have deposited a dd of rs. 6960.0 dd no. 3842235 dated 12.05.2016 for issuance of mediclaim policy but neither i have recieved policy documents nor mediclaim card. i am highly disappointed with the dissatisfied treatment. i have been calling the manager of oriental bank of commerce, kirorimal college delhi. i have visited the branch many a times but everytime manager asks me to wait. its a high time now and i want to recieve my money to be refunded so that i can buy a policy from a sensible and customer friendly company.

                              I was provided 2 mediclaim policies by oriental insurance company for my parents. I had the provision to use either or both the policies, depending on the expense incurred. My father was operated on angioplasty and the total expense was around 4lac rs. My each policy cover was 2.5lac rs. I was expecting one policy to cover 2.5 lac and other to cover 1.5 lac.

                              When i submitted the claim, one of the policy reimbursed 1.4 lac rs. So i submitted the claim under another policy for the remainder of the amount. But the claim was rejected, stating that i have already reimbursed my amount from one of the policy.

                              I have been trying to speak to the officers, but they have either been non responsive, or passing the parcel from one office to another.

                              Following are the policy details -

                              124200/48/2016/10929 - policy under which partial claim was approved
                              131401/48/16/00187 - policy under which the claim was rejected

                                With reference to my policy no. I maid a claim for medical treatment of my spouse for femur neck fracture treated with dynamik hip screw fixation by renowned sr. Surgeon.

                                My claim is as per rules and regulation of oriental insurance for madi claim policy.

                                Still the company did not pay full charge of rs.77112/- given to surgeon for his service though all relevant documents and receipts is submitted along with my claim.

                                Further the insurance company did not pay ambulance charge of rs.3000/- which was very much essential for patient with seviour fracture of femur neck. Claim is submitted with original receipts and also confirmation letter from the surgeon for the ambulance service.

                                Kindly look into the matter and advice the company to settel my claim which is with in conpany's terms and condition.

                                We will approach consumer's court if my claim is not setteled and the oriental insurance company will be liable for all the incidental expenses.

In 20/09/2016 i am also complain but till today it is not resolve. Please resolve early as early as possible.

                                      My self is dilip nathani and run automobiles business (aqua automobiles) since last 6 years in veraval. i have given all policy to oicl and given mini. 12-15 lac business/ annul to you. just now my show room toughen glass was broken in dec 2015 and i intimate also given 23/12/15 as per attach policy. at present, my show room, building, stock, house, other firm office with stock and our community policy (nagrik surakasha) is in your company. now our small bill is pending since a long time. your bo asked the surveyor not provide report thus your claim is pending. it is not our mistake. and i have already approved your surveyor (mr. panjwani) after many call. that time our supplier party was agree to work but mr. punjwani was approved very late and than i keep other party for same work. both suppliers quotation are same. i have submitted all document and bill in 10/05/2016. i have many call to your bo and meet personally many times he told always i will arrange within a week. i already discussed this matter mr. ak parmar in junagadh and mr. banga in ahemdabad. nobody is do process yet. second thing your veraval branch manager on leave 12-15 days in every month and other staff is not give proper response.
                                      Now, pl. arrange and approve our pending claim and transfer amount in our (aqua automobiles - central bank) bank account.

                                      I sure you will find this case on urgent basis and need full to us. i attach all necessary paper for your reference.

                                      I have mailed two times regarding renewal but didn't get any response from company.
                                      Even I'm permanent user of this company from many years. As I am using Oriental Bank Of commerce cash credit accounts, saving bank accounts. But this time I am thinking it's worst service which I have taken.
