My claim pending last 1 year. My claim no any document pending regading health insurance claim. My claim is health insurance regarding my father accidental injury. My claim sumbitted on date of 25 may 2016. My claim all document submitted oriental tpa. Current claim status no claim regarding last 8 month. Personally visted but not answer and not reopen claim process by till date. Please reopen claim process further....

Papers for claim under above policy were submitted on 24.07.2017 to health india tpa pvt. Ltd mumbai but in spite of repeated reminders and followup no claim is paid. The complaint has been sent to oriental head office new delhi but nothing is done. Kindly arrange for payment with penal interest as per irdai rule failing to which complaint to be registered with insurance ombudsman.
