I have paid through online my motor insurance for my Scooty pep plus TN 22 BD 1648 on 9th Feb 2016. My account was debited and insurance policy did not generated and I received a email stating my amount will be reversed on 10th Feb 2016 but I have not received my credit till date, .     Dear Sir on Last thrusday i .e 4th Feb, I got admitted in KIIMS, Bhubaneswar and undergone a surgery in my left leg.
    As per process we first intimate your branch with details and after chasing 4 days finally
    initial 30000 approval from Heritage was released.
    But very sadly at the the final discharge time you just reject our final bill settlement at 8 pm and pull me in a very difficult situation where I need to pay total amount Rs 140000 from my pocket to go back to my home so KIMS detain me till 2AM midnight till I am clearing the total bill amount.
    Did we take cash less cards for these situation?
    why we take these mediclaim policy these are totally waste of money.
    We take policy from Government Bank as we think we are safe with you but in my case the harassment what I face starting from initial Approval time to discharge time is unpredictable and unbearable.

    KIMS DOCTOR made a mistake which later they rectified by giving apologize letter to you about the injury period which was mistake (in place of 5month they write it 5 yrs)

    So I need detail clarification from your end about the reason of rejecting my claim, as my policy was running 4th yr and the surgery which was done in my left leg is to protect my knee is a injury base operation .

    As per your customers service representative this was canceled as my knee was replaced but I have the proof that this is not a knee replacement surgery. This surgery was done to protect my knee
    This accidental injury generate pain when I walk and this was identified in month Nov 15 by Dr. Debashis Mishra and as per his advice one tee rod was fitted just under my knee to protect this.

    This is my final request to you that please send me the details clarification about the rejection of my application so that I will get my money back from the insurance company.

      Patient was admitted in St Stephenes Hospital on 26/08/2015 and incurred exp. Rs.22450.00calim submitted on 5/9/2015 which was acknowledged on 8/09/2015 since than it was in process .In the month of Nov we received aletter for query which I was submitted on 04/12/2015 at noida office.without considering the submission TPA deducted amount and paid Rs.[protected]%co payment)=Rs.12312.00.When we have provided all the papers why this much amount is deducted. Why long delay of processing was taken.
      Further Patient baby is againn admitted in the same hospital which is renowed hospital on 07/10/2015 and claim was submitted on 16/10/2015.Query recived on 27/11/2015 reply submitted with required documents on 04/12/2015 at noida office .The same claim is still in process .Let me know how much time be taken for processing where documents according to query raised submitted in time.kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.

        My vehicle got accident ( Swift LXI KA01 ME 2086) on 21-Dec 2015 in NH 75. After police complaint and RTO work i get back my vehicle on 24-Dec 2015. I dropped my car to Suraksha Maruthi ( Bommanahalli- Bangalore) Show room on date .25-Dec 2015.
        And i applied insurance for Oriental by filling necessary documents and surveyor ( from insurance company)came after two days to servery and then show room taken my car for service. |From show room i get the delivery on 8-Jan 2016.When i taken the delivery all the documents was filled which is needed to claim the insurance. My bill amount was 75K. and paid i from my pocket by considering get the claim amount within 10 days. I taken the money from some other person by paying 5% extra per month.
        But til today 12-Feb 2016 i was not get any call from insurance company by what is the status on my file . Hope if any documents or details required they may call or send details to my mail id. All my person details phone numbers, mail id given in insurance claim form.
        I am getting continuous call from whom i taken money to pay the bill of Maruthi Show room. I am getting frustrated and unable to concentrate on my work .
        pls help to resolve this..

            I have exteended policy for another 40 days by paying more premium and inspite of repeated reminder and phone calls they did not send copy by mail as their internet was not working.all are lazy people and never reads mails and harassing customers.

                I made payment of Rs 5374.00 for motor insurance policy on 6th of January 2016 for renewal of policy no 222104/31/2015/10927 through SBI net banking . The amount of Rs 5374 is deducted but error shown on oriental insurance website.
                .When I contact to SBI, they confirmed that transaction is successful. I made on complaint on Oicl website and complaint number is 223300/2016/15/19477. I also wrote to all email Id's told by customer care They asked to wait for few days and amount will be refunded if transaction fails. As my policy expires still my amount not refunded .My policy is expired on 31st Jan 2016 . As Sbi has confirmed that my transaction was successful. I have sent at least 15 to 20 emails to all concerned persons for generation of policy .

                  This mail is regarding the medical insurance of my mother for which no one has bothered to reply for last 6.5 months (please refer to the trailing mails).

                  I have been waiting for my mediclaim cheque for last 6 months but am very disappointed with the ignorant behavior of Oriental Insurance Company and its agents like Mr Naresh Oberoi ('nk.[protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in') who have been collecting premium from me for last 20 years. Suddenly, they all have gone dumb when it’s the time to pay the claim. Instead of giving us the clear status of our claim, Naresh Oberoi has been misguiding us about the proceedings and telling us that he is coordinating for the status which he had received long time back from the company.

                  To my discontent, I registered a complaint with IRDA on grievance complaint cell (phone number –[protected] with token number[protected] on 30th December but even that was not able to get any reply from Oriental.

                  As, I have mentioned I my previous mails that I have borrowed the money for the treatment of my mother, I need your help in getting the claim money recovered as many doctors have suggested us that this illness is covered under insurance claim and we must get this claim.

                  Kindly let me know if you need any more details.

                      This is to inform you that I Rahul Aggarwal holding Policy no : 271900/48/2016/1009 issued by The Oriental Insurance Company Limited. And their TPA is Good Health Plan. This is further to inform you that I have submitted my claim (20387) and the same was approved 2 month ago and it was told to me that the claim amount will be transferred in my account in a weeks time. Despite of continuous reminders the amount has not been credited or transferred in my account till date. Every time it was assured to me that the same will be done very soon.
                      Mr. Gaurav Gaba of Good Health Plan, Patel Nagar branch is holding my claim for the last 2 months and each and every time he is saying that we cannot process your claim and you have to approach the insurance company i.e. The oriental insurance company limited. I am sorry to inform you once again that I am already following Insurance Company also for the last 2 months ( copies of e mails enclosed ) but all in vein.
                      You are requested to please look it into the matter as lots of water has already been flown.

                                  I have kept my Car roadside were heavy vehicle has hit my car and got damaged -

                                  When requested for Oriental Insurance they declared it is holiday- Pongal holiday - how come Insurance personnel can say on the same

                                  later we informed we are not intersted in FIR or GD but process Insurance claim without the same

                                  They refused the same -

                                  It become a thought what is necessary for a insurance when it is not been used for our purposes and holiday was not good reply

                                    I Renewed my Motor Vehicle Policy with the Oriental Insurance on 4th of Jan, However the money was deducted and no soft copy was sent to me, When I reached out to helpdesk they asked me to reach out to Baliram Arya on 6th Jan, After repeatedly following up everyday on the issue I still have no update from the team till 12th of Jan, Ajaya Kandpal(Customer Services Manager) replied on 12th to reach out to accounts team Mr. Nandakumaran( who does not even bother to reply or provide any update on the refund) Till date i have no update nor any response from the entire team. Which is the worst service ever seen by this organization. I have no hopes that there will ever be a refund or is this team a legitimate one. I call the toll free number everyday with no response even after half an hour. This is total waste of time as a customer & my policy will be expiring in next two days Transaction ID:EHCC[protected]

                                      Policy no. 215601/31/2015/2970 Transaction ID- ESBI[protected]IG0AYOZVUS (06-Nov-2015) Amount- Rs. 797/- Mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com Renewal Date- 06/11/2015 Mobile No. [protected] against the above said policy, I renewed this online on the due date 06.11.2015 at after 6 PM. The abovesaid amount had deducted from account. But it did not generate my policy. I renewed my policy by paid cash amount with late fine on 9.11.2015. so, pl. refund the abovesaid amount at the earliest.

Neither confirmation SMS nor email have been recd in this regards. please provide renewed policy No to download and print out the same for our record. thank you.
