This has reference to the annual maintenance contract for subject elevator effective from 1st october 2018 at our premises and discussion along with your area officer & area manager.
We were called area officer as well as area manager also, because of we want to clear some points with your officers & negotiations regarding reducing in annual maintenance contract rate.
Please note that your area officer or area manager not yet come to our building for discussion. We are ready to renew annual maintenance contract for the lift with your esteemed organization.
You are kindly requested to send your officers at the earliest to renew annual maintenance contract of the lift.

Lift Stuck in 3 rd floor, not moving to other floor.
Sir, we are a society named SAMARPAN C & D WING CO-OP HSG. SOCTY LTD., situated at Off-Western Express Highway, Borivali (E) Mumbai 400 066 having AMC with your organization from last 8 to 9 years. Current AMC we are paying around Rs. 767000/- inclusive of taxes for four lifts. In a last week your officer visisted our society office and madea discussions with Society Treasurer regarding reduction in the rate of AMC for 3 years combined. In reply, we sent our poposal to them but till date no reply made from officers concerned. Please note that as per your offer for three years, you have made an increase of 10% every years, which will come to 30% and on it given discount of 17, 85%, which was increased to 26% after a discussions with your officer, which is not fair. As your company normally increase 3 to 5% on the current AMC rate at the time of renewal of AMC, which was not offered to us. So please go through all the mails both from our side and your side and also Your Revised Offer for Three Years combined AMC and please send us the revised offer immediately so that we can carry on AMC with you without any delay. Your immediate and favourable response is appreciated, thanks,

    This is specifically about otis staff mr. Balaji from bangalore branch who was very disrespectful and impolite wen asked about handing over of the lift and cleaning it after installation. His attitude was the worst. Bi think as service providers it is very essential for the staff to have courteous attitude. I would demand necessary action be taken against this person or atleast train him to talk to customers.

      Placed orderfor1elevator. My construction labour has been sitting idle since last 4 days awaiting your technical person to attend for marking hook at construction site ba 142 new town. Kolkata 700156. There is no concrete response from otis kolkata. Salt lake sec v even after my repeated request. I have to bear loss for making payment to labourers for so many days.         We have placed an order for G+2 lift since 2 years with 90% advance and the necessary installation process is not yet completed at Jyote Motors (BBSR) Pvt Ltd, A/62, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswa-751003 against Contract No- 52NT5620 and we are totally fed up of your service and in spite of repeated reminder, no one is responding nor resolving the issue. So we are expecting this installation within 10 days otherwise we will go for consumer forum regarding...

        We brought otis lift with refer no : 52nw0473 and provided cabin trusted,
        As per communication with your technical team, they arrange painting for that. Still now no one is responding from your team.

        The following items not provided as per agreement.

        1. Lift model cheat us and not woring on high/low voltages.
        2. Cabin colour also not provide as per arrangement.
        3. Cabin floor also not provided as per agreement.

        They given false commitments and not providing services to us

          2nd reminder
          Regarding installation lift in hotel kanji palace inv no. Rj/17000695 dt 22.02.2018.
          We have no any response of previous complaint of installation. As per your guideline we compete our basic installation work on time but till date your installation work did not complete. We are running a hotel and our business is badly suffered due to lift. Everyday we loose our business minimum 30 to 40 thousand rs. Kindly do needful otherwise we take legal action of this matter

            We purchase a lift on 22.02.2018 gst inv no. Rj/1700695. Company said installation will complete within 30 days from date of delivery. But till date there is no installation. Company engineer said that any part of lift is not proper and part will be come some days. We are suffering from our hotel business due to lift.
            Kindly do needful as soon as possible.

            This is to inform you that our lift not working vide Unit no. L005891 although we have registered the complaint yesterday in this regard & your engineer has visited to the lift but he went on saying that there is problem in the software card & It will take 3-4 days to resolve the problem.               Myself a. Ranjith, currently working with danfoss industries pvt. Ltd., india.

              Prior to danfoss, i was working with otis elevator company
              (India) limited, bangalore works.

              I have two queries regarding my pf contribution
              1. Epf withdraw cheque - requested for re issue of cheque
              2. Eps amount - need status of my form 10c submitted 8 months back.

              And my pf account mh/4154/10083

              1. Epf withdraw cheque - requested for re issue of cheque :-

              I have submitted form 19 & form 10-c along with required documents to hr manager, bangalore works on june 2017 and also for the same i received cheque for my pf amount but cheque got stale since it was dropped after its valid dates.

              I have submitted requested for re issuing same cheque along with stale cheque to hr manager, bangalore works but still i haven't received new cheque.

              Please help me to get my pf amount.
              Note :
              I received pf cheque on 10th oct 2017 but cheque was issued with date 21/07/2017.
              And since i was on business travel, couldn't pass that cheque on time.
              Also i was given only two weeks time to exchange that cheque.

              2. Eps amount - need status of my form 10c submitted 8 months back:-

              Also i haven' t received my pension fund till now. I submitted from 10c 8 months back

              Please let me know the status for the same.

                I am owner of a lift in the name Mrs.Vasantha udaiyappa in 204 MTH road Ambattur OT Chennai 600053 India.

                Around 15 days back one person identified himself as Otis service technician came in person informed me ( more looked like threatening) that our AMC to Otis is over that I have pay immediately AMC or Lift will breakdown soon and every spare part in this lift cost Rs 3 Lakhs and I have to renew it immediately .

                I replied to him that I dont know who he is I asked him to send proper representative from Otis service side who usually collects renewal cheque from me.

                On 24th January 2018 morning Lift stopped working (Mysteriously lift running for years stops withing 10 days last visit of Otis technician).

                So I called Otis complaint No registered a complaint (no : 21916). I was informed that a person will come within 3 hrs. But No body turned up. We were given phone number of the area incharge. Which we tried calling on next day. On our call to area incharge we were informed from that they are analysing why no body turned up in 3hrs and will informs us.

                Around 7:30pm One Mr.Abdul called my clinic (my work place) and informed my assistant that "They can not come for breakdown call, if they send some person the bill will come around Rs 3lakhs, so ask your owner ( that is me)to pay the AMC".

                Till today this minutes no body turned up

                In this situation I like to request few answers from OTIS:

                1. If my AMC is over why AMC incharge or no body cared send me reminder or call me.

                2. ‎Why Mr Abdul informed my employee instead of me about AMC when he has my personal number. Is Otis agenda to Humiliate me before my employees or blackmail me to pay the AMC.

                3. ‎What is procedure followed in Otis for reminding AMC renewal.

                4. Regarding ‎Mr.Abdul statement that AMC is compulsory for Emergency breakdown service. ( For which I have phone call recording) . Is it true AMC is compulsory to attend Emergency Breakdown call .

                5. ‎How does Mr.Abdul know that breakdown call repair will cost me Rs.3 lakh even before visiting or checking the lift once.

                6. ‎Isnt OTIS policy a Dangerous one ( Informed by Mr.Abdul) that Otis will not remind us about AMC when it is over and will not attend Emergency breakdown call without AMC renewal . Because our lift is used for PUBLIC purpose for a Bank and and a Hospital.

                I regret why i choosed OTIS for thrice the cost of competitors options I had.

                I wish I could dismantle your lift return to you opt someone instead going through this humiliation and mental agony.

                  I am using otis lift at s-477 greater kailash-1, new delhi-110048.

                  Everytime lift breaks down we r at the mercy o[censored]re super unprofessional customer care.
                  Latest complaint no. 2841232. I have been calling ure customer care repeatedly u can check the records. False promises of sending executive in a hour has crossed 12hours. Ure customer care himself accepts that ure engineers r not receiving the calls. Their supervisor mr. Puri keeps giving false promises.

                  Please answer this after which il be putting up the complaint on social media n will never never recommend otis to anybody -

                  1. For amc u come running in a minute. Do u tell us we r going to trouble u like this after taking money???
                  2. I[censored] need more money please take it but emergency services like lift has such a pathetic customer care god save people stuck in ure otis lift.

                  A pathetic unprofessional company with the worst customer care n u should be all ashamed o[censored]reself.

                    We from jungle park resorts, thekkady, kerala installed a lift of otis. Preventive maintenance was perfect to their level but repairs (Replacement of bulbs & lights) is hopeless service.
                    It has been 04th service done after registering the complaint with reference to the above subject. The service man every time when comes for service says they have ordered the lights and running out of stock.

                    Being a reputed company in the field, silly excuses are not acceptable & hence raising the complaint against them. Hope this will be helpful & concern person from the company will take measures.

                      17/11/17 से हमारा लिफ्ट बंद है कम्पनी से आदमी आकर बोलता है केबल कट गया है तो 4 दिन लगेंगे और चला गया ।उसने पूरी तरह से चेक भी नही किया। इतनी लापरवाही करने वालो को कंपनी जॉब में क्यों रखती है ।क्या यही नाम कमाया है कंपनी ने । मेरी प्रॉब्लम तुरन्त साल्व कीजिये। गैरजिम्मेदाराना हरकत करने वाले साहू को तुरंत कॉल करके पूछा जाए कि वो अपना काम ईमानदारी से क्यों नही किया।हाउसिंग बोर्ड में लिफ्ट लगा कर सर्विस का अनुबंध करके हमे धोखा नही दे सकते गैरजिम्मेदार लोगो से कंपनी की छवि खराब हो रही है

                        We have bought 4 lifts of different categories last year.
                        3 lifts were delivered together & 1 later.
                        All first 3 lifts had old parts or manufacturing defects which has given lot of problems throughout the year, almost 2-3 times a week.
                        We had done 100s of emails, complaints, calls, services request which will present a proof against the problems.
                        Problems: vibrations, jerks, sudden stop, no emergency landings, malfunctioning of arriving on specific floor, oil leakage, noise in doors & barrings.
                        Accidents: families/customers got stuck from 10-30mins at different times, lift guards fell down bcoz of sudden jerks, mid landings of lifts (10% to 50% rise above floor).

                        1 lift which was delivered with new parts was not maintained & also no regular service was done during warranty period which has caused faults & repairs at present even under warranty.

                        Now when it is time for ending of warranty period, we do not have any option other than otis to give amc or service to 3rd party.

                        We feel our premise is in extreme trouble & vulnerable to accidents.

                          We are using 3 otis elevators and have been renewing its costly amc (Comprehensive) every year. One of the lifts broke down 45days back and a part needed to be replaced which they would only after charging the association. Before going to consumer court for help,
                          I request for replacement immediately as it falls under comprehensive amc terms.

                            Dear sir

                            Reg: refund of amc amount as the nothing is done from the date of cheque
                            Of amc delivered to otis.

                            Rail vihar welfare association, mdc, panchkula have two lifts under amc since may 2016. Amc was taken in may 2016 for 6 months and renewed for next 6 months (Machine no. 1899 & 1900).

                            On 28.01.2017 otis man visited and mentioned in maintenance card of block 7 lift that "one phase missing and report to customer". After that day we telephoned so many times, talked to the otis chandigarh office and requested them to help us in this matter or give address/tel no. Of any person who remove this fault but all in vain.

                            We sent mail to you on 18.5.2017 also requesting to extend our amc as we are not in position to remove fault without your help but nothing have been done and senior citizen, patients, ladish, school going students are being suffering due to non functioning of lift of block no. 7.

                            In may 2017, we renewed amc of block no. 6 for next 6 months and requested extention of amc of block no. 7 as the same is not functioning since jan 2017.

                            Now, lift of block 6 (Amc in force upto 31.10.2017) was not attended / serviced since date of amc cheque delivered to otis.

                            No help, no visit, no service, no guidance by otis were given to us.

                            Two day before, we requested to your ex employee who attended the fault and restore phase 3 by giving another line and started the lift but we have to spent rs.5000- on wire no.16, main switch etc, pvc pipes, bends, clumps, cement etc our own. Now your ex employee demanding rs.12000- for this small work. Actually he has taken amc of two other lifts of rail vihar, phase-2, so that we have asked him to see our problem also.

                            Now, we request otis to refund our amc amount of rs.18259- as the otis person not visited single time after taking amc cheque dated 10.05.2017 and we want to give this amount to your ex employee or some other person / company to run the lift properly and without breaks.

                            We are giving here under, date wise detail of amc, complaints regarding non functioning of lifts to various offices, dates of otis person visits etc so that you may yourself know the working of your office.

                              Last 4days our manual lift is not working several time i complaint. But no use.

                              Technician is giving silly complaint power fuctulation problem.

                              But that's is not correct.in our area many others high rise towers and apartments is there.in all that schindler lift is there.
                              They are not facing any power fuctulation problem, only otis lift is facing,
                              Automatic lift is working in our wing and manual lift is only problem.

                              This is very serious matter. We all members are fed up from this service.,

                              We are planning to go legal action against otis.
                              To consumer court.

                              Try to solve our problem others wise wil go ahead

                                College of veterinary science, proddatur has commenced annual maintenance contract (Amc) (Classic plan) period from january’2017 to december’2017 for all the 4 (Four) lifts at main college building for use of students and staff from m/s. Otis elevator company india limited, hyderabad. The otis technician is not visit the regular chek-up to lifts and now lifts are not working condition till now. Further i request you to send technician as early as possible.

                                  We residents of the society very much regret to inform you that, since last 6 - 8 months we are facing very bad experiences iterms of services / maintenance of your lift vide machine no. M G 0240 vide user name lalganaga app, mg road raipur.

                                  Since we are of the oldest user of your elevator in our city here with all time AMC holder.

                                  Inspite of regular complaints we are not getting any solution to our below issues. We got fed up with the services rendered by the team here.

                                  We facing tremendous issues while operating the lift machine which are as under :

                                  1. There is heavy alignment issue in the lift box which resulting huge vibration while movement.
                                  2. While moving up-down-up the lift machine cabin is having huge sound which feels that, we are running with much risk and danger and may slip down at any time.
                                  3. The indicators lights are not showing any indication at any floors.
                                  4. There is regular issue in lift locks and gates in each and every floors which results a regular issue o[censored]nlocking of doors in each floors.
                                  5. The lift chain ropes and pulley requires tobe replaced for smooth movement.
                                  6. Due to unavailable of spares and accessories the gates are not being repaired properly by the service engg. visiting monthly.
                                  7. The monthly service activity is carried out but there is no any quality maintenance is served as per the norms of AMC.

                                  Hence we are in very fed up and with no-mood to continue the lift as well as the services provided by the company Unless and untill all our issues got settled as early as possible with out any more delay.

                                  Awaiting for the early action and reply on the same.

                                    Elevator is one year old. the elevator caught fire in the middle of the night filling the house with thick smoke. thanks god no one was heart. otis service came next day and found the ultra drive was burnt beyond repair. such important part should not be damaged in one year.in the end i was asked to pay the price of part which is equivalent to $4300. i paid for the service and the repair started after couple of days the team found that they have to replace some relays which are not found in stock and they have to be shipped. it is now over 6 weeks and the elevator is down. i installed the elevator to serve my disabled son who is now deprived and hassled for the last 6 week.
                                    Now my complaint is
                                    1- why is it taking so long time for the repair
                                    2- why important parts not available in a country so big like saudi arabia
                                    3- why do i have to pay for a part that normally should live the entire life of the elevator. (it is one year old with very light usage and caught fire while the elevator was not used)

                                      Kindly refer to the attached copy of our letter dated 13 05 2016 with copy to otis head office, bombay.
                                      We are still waiting for the lift materials, installation, commissioning and handing over to us.
                                      90% of the payment is already with you. The handing over date was 24th april 2016.
                                      We requested for an installation programme and till now we have not received any response from you.
                                      Please treat this as the 1st reminder and expedite the matter urgently.
