I have raised many complaints but no one has resolved the issue. It's been more than 3 months, but still the issue remains same, After technician visit lift will work only one/two days.

- Old and second hand type lift installed
- Lift making a lot of noise since installation
- Display board shows incorrect numbers
- Numbers do not match inside and outside of the lift...

There a problem in side lift and there is no any workers present in my field so kindly send some workers to inspection of lift..I last 2months have completed the fittings works bit no body have visited for inspection...
it's our humble request please send some workers for inspection

We have 21 no's OTIS lifts.But since last 4years very poor and delay Service provide by OTIS. Our ARD is unserviceable since last two months but no response. Lift no-52MY1019 is unserviceable since 05/07/2022. Very poor and waste service by Otis .It has been hamper the good will of Company brand .OTIS is Frist elevator company but I don't understand why are the staff not look after it..Nobody positive response.
You are requested to service able the lift on urgent basis.

Post sale service is worst service
We paid nearly 10 Lakhs in Advance
Installation looks like very old parts been fixed with lot of scratches and loose fixing of parts
It’s already been above 1 yr they didn’t even handed over the lift to us
not even care how many times we call & complain, lift is not working properly up till now when we raise a complaint about this issue to
Service persons they were like this is not our issue because the lift is not been handed over so that will not cover our service
few days back 2 service guys came by that time the lift was working fine but don’t know what that fellow ruined something and again started the new problem the lift is not at all working
We installed the lift because of my grandparents due to this issue we are facing many mental tension for not responding to this problem and we don’t want this lift or replace it with another lift or else refund our money with interest …..otherwise
we want to file a complaint against this issue in consumer court

We have a service agreement valid from January 2022 to December 2022.
It is seen that the AMC is not carried out at proper intervals as per the contract.

We have two lifts of Otis running at RamRaj towers, Rednam Gardens, Ramnagar, Visakhapatnam 530002.
After retirement of earlier incharge Mr Varma last month or so, the acting supervisor is not attending our complaints. Please ask your representative to repair our lift 1 probably fuse gone immediately .

We have a lift of above mode for which we paid 60 percent advance 4 months back still we have not received material and niether the team is replying apprpriately. Being peak season in hills we have been suffering very badly and are shocked by replies received from Otis team.
an early action in this regard will be highly appreciated

Company’s local representative Sh Subhendu Bose convinced us to upgrade existing lifts of Apartment for better performance, made an offer and took 50% advance amounting to approx.. Rs.3.0 lkahs in Dec’2020 with an assurance to complete the job by the financial year end i.e. March’21. Now even after another financial year has ended, he remains as elusive as ever. Despite repeated follow-up he is not undertaking the job except for giving false promises. Meanwhile, the existing lifts are in bad shape causing serious safety concerns for the residents.
No one in OTIS is monitoring the job nor giving any timeline to complete it without further loss of time. It’s unimaginable that a company like OTIS & its staff could be so brazen and carry utter disdain for customer service and their own image.
We are contemplating appropriate action against the irresponsible company & its staff if the service is not provided immediately.

It is observed that on 2nd floor, flat owners could not use the elevator since last 4 days due collapsible door stuck tightly.

Please resolve the issue urgent

We repeat and reiterate that OTIS have installed the old refurbishing Motor by violating the contract which has specified that you shall have to provide us the New Motor since we have given you order for modernization of the Lift. At present, no Gearbased Motor are being produced by Siemens. In the era of modernization of the Lift, you do not have any right to install Gearbased Motor and that too also refurbishing one, which was similar to the motor earlier installed in our old Lift before awarding the work order for modernisation. You know it very well that Gearbased motor is obsoleting few years ago. It is needless to mention here that Gearless Motor is consumed less electricity than the Gearbase motor. Since we have given modernization work to OTIS, it is absolutely ridiculous to provide us the Test Certificate indicating the name of third party i.e., Hitech Engineering and not in the name of Calcutta Stock Exchange or OTIS. The same was brought to your notice in our trail mail. It means that you have not only installed the old Motor but it is a refurbishing Motor. You had submitted us a Test Certificate which shows the name of Purchaser Hitech Engineering. Whereas we have given the modernization work order to OTIS but you have done the entire job through third party and that is why you have furnishing us the Test Certificate in the name of Hitech Engineering. You are supposed to install the Gearless Motor with proper test certificate from Siemens in the name of Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited or in the name of OTIS.

You have consumed enough time to modernize the Lift and trying to handed over the Lift by installing old refurbhsing Gearbase Motor and that too in the name of Hitech Engineering beyond the stipulated period of completion fo modermisation work. We have been facing acute problem due to not operation of the Outside Lift of the Exchange only because of your lackadaisical attitude.

In the circumstances, you are requested to install a new Gearless Motor instead of refurbishing Gearbased motor by providing us proper test certificate as well as guarantee card. You are passing over the time silently but not replying our queries properly and you are requested to resolve the matter within a week.

Stuck in ATS Triumph tower 5 lift for 15 minutes

Raised a police complaint as its threat to life

Greetings of the day!

We have an elevator installed at our Hotel in Agra from past 26 years. However, we had requested your organisation to repair the same. Apparently, we were being requested for an amount under repair work. After receiving the amount, as per company officials Mr. Dharmendar Tiwari, Mr. Negi and Mr. Gaurav Salesh that our lift could not be repaired. Surprisingly, after collection of payment our lift was not repaired nor the amount is refunded till yet. We are regularly following up with the above company officials but none of them is able to assist us. Its been past two months and our amount is not being refunded.

In the first 3 months the lift has been stuck at least 3 times and this time people have ben stuck.

We have Otis lift installed at 29/4, east Patel Nagar (Building ID 73240). We are in touch with MR Nikhil sharma but the issue is not getting resolved. Then also sent message to area supervisor and area manage but no response.

A quick brief of the issue:
1. our first AMC 2019-20 was fully paid but your team could not trace payment until July 2021.
2. as a result, your team did not do any AMC for us for year 20-21
3. we made numerous follow ups on point 1 & 2 above and got only 2-3 services done in 12 months (20-21), including complaints made to your call centre.
4. We are being asked to pay for Second Year AMC[protected] with almost no service whereas now it is time for 21-22 contract !

Can you please look into this matter and get it resolved?

My lift is not working so I talk to Mr Nikhil Saxena [protected] because at the time of selling amc to me he assured me that any emergency will be taken care well now he is saying that in this COVID time no employee is available for emergency so we can't send anyone and he speaks very rudely so I request you to take strict action against him to save the goodwill of your co and inform me accordingly what action you have taken against him...

In c block service lift door not closing at minus 1 floor. please look in to this and do the needfull. thanks

In my residence, from the day 1 taking the possession of elevator these problems are present in the elevator,
1. While going to top floor in elevator their will be shaking of the elevator.
2. All the elevator doors will make heavy sound while closing.
3. Their is a rubbing noice and jurk in the elevator.
I used to complain about these problems to service and technicians person several times but they used to tell its new elevator by running or using elevator these problems will be rectified or corrected. Till today these problems are still present. Please do rectify these problems as soon as possible.

ARD of Lift ( machine no. 0345) of Adhikari Bhawan Vidhan Bhawan Lucknow Uttar Pradesh is not working since 5 days.

Unexpected elevator stucked on 8th floor, c block lift, newly installed, with family inside, no intercom working, low alarm sound.

Not expected in newly installed lift, not completed even one month of handing over…
