My Deposit Bonds period is over in the year 2015 but when I enquired to Gulbarga PACL Office they not responded now it is closed nobody is helping and I gone to solapur office that is also closed so please help me I am from poor family, I deposited amount very hard work please refund my bond amount I had 5 bonds and the period of bonds is completed in the Year 2014

I have invested rs. 40, 000 as two separate investments of rs. 20, 000 each in 2012 and 2013. While in goa last week i checked on the pacl limited office in goa just to be informed that the office is closed and the pearls scheme is a fraudulent one that operated without the permission of sebi.
How did the company begin operation with out the necessary approvals - some official must have filled his coffers. My agent to whom i handed over my cash was one mrs. Jennifer who lives in nagao, salcette goa.
As the sebi has now taken over the assets of pacl it is obligatory that investors money is refunded and an assurance of payment is sent to each investor. This is our hard earned money and fraudulent players in the market should be brought to justice. Investors are innocent and in this instance given false promises of earning extra income.

I want to surrender my investments certificate to whom...? And where..? Can i get the money back..? No offices no telephone nobody to contact to get clarification...? What we must do...?

I have been invested a sum of ruppies fifty thousands in pacl india limited regn no. 17_011577 corporate office, 7th floor, gopaldas bhawan, 28, barakhamba road, new delhi_110 001. On 02_06_2011, vide their registration certificate s. No. Dl. B 8016834 issued by the branch office 3rd floor, d p plaza, kokkali, trichur _680021, kerala.
As i am at the age of sixtyfive and i'll health i wanted to surrender the above mentioned certificate to get some money. But when i contacted in the telephone numbers mentioned in the certificate and receipts they issued to me, no response i got. I am totally upset of this. At this stage i don't know what to do...?

I beg you to do needful to get back my money as soon as possible.

Ive paid Rs. 62, 500 to PACL India Ltd. over a period of 5&1/2 years and i am to receive a sum of Rs. 90, 900 on maturity, i.e. 08/01/16. The payments were made their Bangalore office. When i went there on the due date and from then on several times, they have disappeared from this place and there is no any trace of the office there. Please act on the matter urgently so that i get my hard earned money back. Thanks.
