I myself papitha had registered with pacl india ltd (pearls). head person was mr. rao. the person who was agent who collected is divyamani. we paid 10000 at a shot for 7 yrs maturity period. after 7 yrs when we was searching for the company the office relocated to safaire theatre, we went there and they again gave a slip and sent everyone. now the office is not there. dont know what to do???. we lost our money. please help.

I am mohit sharma, my father (shri krishna kumar sharma) and my uncle (shri rakesh kumar sharma) invested in your reputed iso certified company and both policy is allready mature but we didnot receieve the maturity amount till now. and the pacl office agra in which we invested is closed since last two years and we tried to contact corporate office barakhamba road, new delhi but the contact number[protected] is out of service because of this both my father and uncle are very sad.
So sir here i am requesting you to please help them to receieve maturity amount and trust in your company as soon as possible.

Hi my relative mrs. Kalpana nagnath chudamani had invested r's.15840 for the period of 6 years and she was promised she will get r's.23000/-. We have every thing documented. I have invested rs. 40, 000 as two separate investments of rs. 20, 000 each in 2012 and 2013. While in goa last week i checked on the pacl limited office in goa just to be informed that the office is closed and the pearls scheme is a fraudulent one that operated without the permission of sebi.
How did the company begin operation with out the necessary approvals - some official must have filled his coffers. My agent to whom i handed over my cash was one mrs. Jennifer who lives in nagao, salcette goa.
As the sebi has now taken over the assets of pacl it is obligatory that investors money is refunded and an assurance of payment is sent to each investor. This is our hard earned money and fraudulent players in the market should be brought to justice. Investors are innocent and in this instance given false promises of earning extra income.
