I have taken a policy in pacl india ltd in trichur branch

And i have paid the regular premiums and my policy was completed on 2014. I have visited the company branch many times and no response, keep saying the case in the court so what should i do to get my policy amount? I have visited many times on their office and no one is giving correct picture also this time i can see the office is closed and they...

Dear sir/madam, I'm a customer of pacl ltd. I paid quarterly instalment of 1400 till 5.6 years. Now it's already finished in March 2015. I already submitted the documents for refund as per company instructions. Almost one n half year passed but there is no action for refund. I belong to a middle class family . If I didn't get that money I'd like to die .please help me...

PACL india ltd. commited us that you pay us Rs. 22500.00 and PACL will give you 450sq. yard land near jaipur ( Rajasthan), or PACL will return your Rs. 34650.00 I Mr. Premchand Pandey paid to PACL Rs.22500.00. but still i am waiting for my land 450sq. yard or Rs. 34650.00, PACL not giving us any information, for more information i am sending you documents given by PACL . please find attached Doc.

My policy was in running condition till the shut down by concerned authority with PACL India Limited.Now as the company has been shut down how can I return the invested money as early as possible as my financial condition is not very good.I am from Guwahati Assam.What is the advice for us in this regards

I myself papitha had registered with pacl india ltd (pearls). head person was mr. rao. the person who was agent who collected is divyamani. we paid 10000 at a shot for 7 yrs maturity period. after 7 yrs when we was searching for the company the office relocated to safaire theatre, we went there and they again gave a slip and sent everyone. now the office is not there. dont know what to do???. we lost our money. please help....

Hi my relative mrs. Kalpana nagnath chudamani had invested r's.15840 for the period of 6 years and she was promised she will get r's.23000/-. We have every thing documented. Policy number is u[protected]/02/2008). Payment plan and term are i2 and 06 years. They haven't received a single penny after 3 long years moreover your office is closed.
