Dear sir,
I rajendra dagu ghule, address : - at post eklahare tah. Sinnar dist. Nashik maharashtra 422103 (Contract no. [protected]) wish to register complaint against pacl india ltd.

As on 26.02.2018 ms. Maya somnath date (Address :- jalgaon neur, mob. No. [protected]) agent of pacl india ltd visited at my residence and told an investment plan of company and promised that if i invest amount in company's investment plan, it will be more than double within a time period of 7 years. Accordingly i invested rs. 1, 00, 000/- on 26.02.2008 and received investment certificate of company with maturity date 26.02.2015.

I visited company office at sathe bag, m. G. Road, nashik maharashtra on 26.02.2015 for refund of my investment amount. (I. E. Rs. 2, 00, 000/-) i was told that refund of investment is in process and it will take some time. Since 26.02.2016 i visited several times company's office, but neighter my amount nor correct answer i received from company.

I had deposited amount and my all family members are deposited more tha 2lacs amount too. Now i am unable to contact to pacl office and also not getting customer care support. The contact number are having out of coverage.

So i request you to help me to take reverse this amount from pacl.

Other wise please support how to put a crime case on this company.

I am from tamil nadu trichy. I have acted as an agent and collected around rs 5, 00, 000 from the customers. Now the customers are asking me money. But i really dont know what to do whether we will get the money or not.
Where should i contact. I have already submitted the original documents to the pacl (Trichy) office during the year 2015. Please do some needful. Thank you

Please give me feedback as soon as possible. I have start my policy in 2012. Now august 2016 my policy period is complete so please give me proper feedback and give me my money as soon as possible. I have lot of sadness of your company. Please give me my money and interest of the period which i have spend investment of my money. Your company is like chit fund type

Till today i had not received the mail or complaince report from the company sir where i should submit my deposited amount bonds please send address and correct directions for submitting bonds plz and cooperate this matter becasue the pacl india ltd office in gulbarga had closed now i am suffering where i should submit the bonds plz refund my deposit amount

I have submitted required documents for refund of maturity amount to the branch manager, tumkur in karnataka on 11.08.2016. He asked me to contact him in the month of August 2016 to know the status.But Now the branch office is closed without intimation to anybody and the whereabouts of the concerned is not known.please help me to get the amount deposited back .

Sir, we are financially backward, to help my further education my father had opted a plan in PACL Ltd. Now they have been caught for their illegal activity and i just need a confirmation about return of at least principal amount.
Will we get back our money?
If not, is their any process to contact them and ask for refund?

PACL india ltd. commited us that you pay us Rs. 50, 000 and PACL will give you 1000 sq. yard land near jaipur ( Rajasthan), or PACL will return your Rs. 92900. but still i am waiting for my land 1000sq. yard or Rs. 92900 PACL not giving us any information, for more information i am sending you documents given by PACL . please find attached Doc.

And i have paid the regular premiums and my policy was completed on 2014. I have visited the company branch many times and no response, keep saying the case in the court so what should i do to get my policy amount? I have visited many times on their office and no one is giving correct picture also this time i can see the office is closed and they have moved somewhre but as per their mentioned number i called several times no one is answering and i have checked the telephone register information and i came to know it is registered to someone else page 1 of 1

Dear sir/madam, I'm a customer of pacl ltd. I paid quarterly instalment of 1400 till 5.6 years. Now it's already finished in March 2015. I already submitted the documents for refund as per company instructions. Almost one n half year passed but there is no action for refund. I belong to a middle class family . If I didn't get that money I'd like to die .please help me

My policy was in running condition till the shut down by concerned authority with PACL India Limited.Now as the company has been shut down how can I return the invested money as early as possible as my financial condition is not very good.I am from Guwahati Assam.What is the advice for us in this regards
