I was started the insurance scheme with pacl ltd. Dt.[protected] at monthly rs. 650/- each month for five year boundation amount rupees 37500/- i am live in distt kangra teh. Jawali office (Himachal pardesh). They commit me to return rs. 54000/- after paid rs 37500/- in five year. I was paid all installment upt[protected] and maturity date is same may 2015. But till the day i am not receive my money. Kindly help me to out off this situation..

I have deposited Rs.20000 for a FD in your company on 30th April, 2007. It's maturity date is 30th April, 2017. But I have been receiving information about the company that it's closed and not functioning in Chennai. So kindly look over the issue and help me in getting my maturity amount as promised.

I am bijesh my mother and her sister is holding policy of PACL.Policy no of my mother is U[protected] dated 19 oct 2010 is going to be matured on 19 oct 2016.And policy no U[protected] dated 19 oct 2010 of Padmavathi K has already matured on 19 apr 2016.please provide the current status of the above mentioned polices.and please provide the procedure for final settlement.kindly take necessary action please.

I have invested in pacl since last 7 years date to receive the amount back was february 2015 but the agent is telling that 2013 date investors also not received. They will get first then i will. When i was gone in 2015 to receive the amount the officials said that the case is pending after the hearing u will receive ur amount. And now the office is locked

What should i do to receive the amount back. Please inform me

I have intested Rs.20000/- in PACL India Ltd. on 29.10.2009 and the maturity date is 29.10.2016 and the maturity amount is Rs.45600/-. But now there is no contact of the company. Now I have not received my money Rs.45600/- in time. You are requeseted to arrange my money back alongwith interest and do the neeful. I also request you to arrange the interest of Rs.45600/- because the same maturity amount was on 29.10.2016 but still I have not recd. any money.

My self Brajesh Pandit S/o Ganauri Pandit resident of village sikandrapur, post office ashadhi, district Nawada, Bihar - 805110.

I have been issued a policy by PACL INDIA LIMITED with the registration no U[protected] ON 15TH MAY 2008 WHERE I HAVE DEPOSITED Rs. 5000 PER YEAR TILL 2014 IN total amounting to R.s 30000.

Realisable value of this policy was rs. 46200 and i was supposed to get this fund on 15th may 2014.

But till date i have not received a single penny against this policy.

Request you to please remburse the money.

Dear team, my policy matured this year, but I am unable to submit the form as the office in Thane is closed...plz help me with the branch details so that I can submit the form...and also update will I receive the money that I have paid.. This company took my 10, 000 rupees and promksed me either a plot or other fixed deposit.
But now I am getting no response from the company side since starting time which presets me to make opinion that the company is a fraud.

Bought a policy of PACL India through a agent in 2009 and paid quarterly installments for around 3 years. After that the agent who sold us the policy went ran away. Didn't take our calls and we couldn't contact him after that. So I would request to kindly look into this and return us the money we paid at least.

I have submitted required documents for refund of maturity amount to the branch manager, Rajahmundry in Andhra pradesh on 04.09.2014. He asked me to contact him in the month of August 2016 to know the status.But Now the branch office is closed without intimation to anybody and the where abouts of the concerned is not known.please help me to get the amount deposited back .

Pacl is not returning my money. for details of my complaint see my previous post. its posted on 9th july 2015. current post is my reply to pacl msg that i received at that time which i saw today.

see below picture, in their long reply he didn't mention anything about returning my money. and for your kind information i should tell you that i have already visited pacl office in delhi 3 times. you just tells everyone that we will get our money in next month.

and yes our money is safe with you and we will not get it back ever.

I rajendra dagu ghule, address : - at post eklahare tah. Sinnar dist. Nashik maharashtra 422103 (Contract no. [protected]) wish to register complaint against pacl india ltd.

As on 26.02.2018 ms. Maya somnath date (Address :- jalgaon neur, mob. No. [protected]) agent of pacl india ltd visited at my residence and told an investment plan of company and promised that if i invest amount in company's investment plan, it will be more than double within a time period of 7 years. Accordingly i invested rs. 1, 00, 000/- on 26.02.2008 and received investment certificate of company with maturity date 26.02.2015.

I visited company office at sathe bag, m. G. Road, nashik maharashtra on 26.02.2015 for refund of my investment amount. (I. E. Rs. 2, 00, 000/-) i was told that refund of investment is in process and it will take some time. Since 26.02.2016 i visited several times company's office, but neighter my amount nor correct answer i received from company.

I had deposited amount and my all family members are deposited more tha 2lacs amount too. Now i am unable to contact to pacl office and also not getting customer care support. The contact number are having out of coverage.

So i request you to help me to take reverse this amount from pacl.

Other wise please support how to put a crime case on this company.
