    Dear Sir, my mother Bilchina Minz has invested 10000.00 on 26/11/2008 in PACL india limited. muturity amount is Rs 22807.00 and still we did not get the many back after SEBI order. Registration No - U[protected]. Bilchina Minz has expried and Emmanuel Tirkey is mentioned as nominee name in the PACL certificate. kindly help us to get the money back.

      Hello, I and my sister had investment policies with PACL limited and the policy is over a year back. But still we didn't receive the final settlement and no proper response from the agent. Also I heard a fraud case is filled against this company and I am not aware of it and agent didn't inform anything. Below are the policy details for 5 years plan. b[protected] Soniga A S -- 600 -- 2008 yr -- 5 yrs Policy monthly amount Paid is RS 600 and year of start is 2008 b[protected] Soniga A S 480 Policy monthly amount Paid is RS 480 and year of start is 2008 u[protected] Banu A S Policy monthly amount Paid is RS 1000 and year of start is 2010 Kindly let me know when will we get the settlement of this investment plan.               I have been investing in pearl private limited since 2008. I ended up my installment on Jan 2014.I have submitted all my documents on march 2014 at bathinda office . I have got receipt of my investment . But company is not returning my money .More than a year has been passed but still I am not able to get my money back .                     Pacl ek frod company h.mene 23rd May ko complain not karwai but abhi tk solutions nhi nikla h.ye company sub investors ko gumrah kr rhi h.i am a customer of pacl.my registrationno.U[protected]&U[protected] is matured on 25.9.14&13.11.14 .total maturity amount 46200/&77000/.i submitted my completed documents and bond for my payment on 27.9.14&26.12.14. But when I go in to office of pacl palanpur (gujrat)branch manager but not any answer clearly this matter. My mob.no.[protected]
