Hi Team, My name is Pinky Tripathi My PACL Regstration no is-U[protected] and date of commencement is[protected], from around six month I am not able to do the payment to my policy due to some problem is going on in PACL company, So I want to withdraw my amount as ideal I don't want to leave my money without any problem from my side. requesting to you guy please suggest me how to process? I am mrs.Kirti patil i invested money in ur policy but i did not get the refund yet even though policy is matured long ago. Date of policy matured- 24/7/2014

Mani Ram, VPO Shahpur, District Hisar, Haryana deposited Buy Back Registration No. U[protected] on dated 07.01.2014 in PACL Branch Hisar, By back Registration No. U[protected] on dated 21.02.2015 in PACL Hisar Branch. maturity amount is Rs 22, 000/- & 96250 is still awaited more than one and half year. I requested that kindly paid my maturity amount alongwith penal interest as per direction of SEBI order. I also stated that my mother and my brother also invested in your company and documents have been deposited in your Hisar Branch, but your branch manager is refused that payment order can not be received in Branch. please intimate me for payment on my cell no. Hello, I and my sister had investment policies with PACL limited and the policy is over a year back. But still we didn't receive the final settlement and no proper response from the agent. Also I heard a fraud case is filled against this company and I am not aware of it and agent didn't inform anything.
