Sir I have submitted the following policies at your Chennai Office during the month of Jan to April 2014, but till date, we have not received any feedback and we couldn't even communicate with them. Name: - vidya yadav. My both policies are completed after 6 years on june 2014, and i submitted complete documentation and bond for my payment. I visit to pacl branch kasia, padarauna (Up) , they clearly say we are unable to pay your payment this time, one year has gone, why i wait so long. So i submit my complaint about this. I am a resident and sr. Citizen residing at of chennai and i have invested rs. 1 lakh in the year 2007. On cumulative basis. It was matured on december 2013. I have submitted the relevant deposit receipt in the december 2013. My deposit number is u[protected] for rs. 50000/- and u[protected] for another rs. 50000/-. They assured to wait till may 2014 to get the payment. The will also pay the nominal interest for the delay. But they went on extending the date . I have received the payment till now july 2015. I am Abdul rab Shaikh From Mumbai My Policy have been matured in jan 2014 & OCt 2014 but Money have not been refunded till date. Dear Sir, I Kulbir Singh s/o Sh. Mani Ram, VPO Shahpur, District Hisar, Haryana deposited Buy Back Registration No. U[protected] on dated 07.01.2014 in PACL Branch Hisar, By back Registration No. U[protected] on dated 21.02.2015 in PACL Hisar Branch. maturity amount is Rs 22, 000/- & 96250 is still awaited more than one and half year. I requested that kindly paid my maturity amount alongwith penal interest as per direction of SEBI order. I also stated that my mother and my brother also invested in your company and documents have been deposited in your Hisar Branch, but your branch manager is refused that payment order can not be received in Branch. please intimate me for payment on my cell no.
