नमस्ते ।सभी pacl में निवेश करने वालों से मेरी अपील है कि मित्रों यह एक धोखेबाज कंपनी है।सभी लोगों के पैसे हङपना चाहती है।दिन प्रति दिन नये बहाने बना रही है।हम सभी 5 करोड निवेशकों को अपने हक की लडाई के लिए एकजुट होकर संघर्ष करना पडेगा।मेरे भी पालनपुर ( गुजरात) शाखा में 180000/maturity amount रूका हुआ है।U[protected] &U[protected]...ये sep.2014 मे matured ho gya था।सभी निवेशकों से मेरी अपील है कि सभी एकजुट होकर इस धोखेबाज कंपनी के विरुद्ध न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की जाय।समय निकल जाने पर कुछ नहीं होगा। from Manohar lal bishnoi ; Sanchore Rajasthan.my cont.no.[protected]. I am Abdul rab Shaikh From Mumbai My Policy have been matured in jan 2014 & OCt 2014 but Money have not been refunded till date. Dear Sir, I Kulbir Singh s/o Sh. Mani Ram, VPO Shahpur, District Hisar, Haryana deposited Buy Back Registration No. U[protected] on dated 07.01.2014 in PACL Branch Hisar, By back Registration No. U[protected] on dated 21.02.2015 in PACL Hisar Branch. maturity amount is Rs 22, 000/- & 96250 is still awaited more than one and half year. I requested that kindly paid my maturity amount alongwith penal interest as per direction of SEBI order. I also stated that my mother and my brother also invested in your company and documents have been deposited in your Hisar Branch, but your branch manager is refused that payment order can not be received in Branch. please intimate me for payment on my cell no. Dear Sir, my mother Bilchina Minz has invested 10000.00 on 26/11/2008 in PACL india limited. muturity amount is Rs 22807.00 and still we did not get the many back after SEBI order. Registration No - U[protected]. Bilchina Minz has expried and Emmanuel Tirkey is mentioned as nominee name in the PACL certificate. kindly help us to get the money back.

Hello, I and my sister had investment policies with PACL limited and the policy is over a year back. But still we didn't receive the final settlement and no proper response from the agent. Also I heard a fraud case is filled against this company and I am not aware of it and agent didn't inform anything. Below are the policy details for 5 years plan. b[protected] Soniga A S -- 600 -- 2008 yr -- 5 yrs Policy monthly amount Paid is RS 600 and year of start is 2008 b[protected] Soniga A S 480 Policy monthly amount Paid is RS 480 and year of start is 2008 u[protected] Banu A S Policy monthly amount Paid is RS 1000 and year of start is 2010 Kindly let me know when will we get the settlement of this investment plan.
