I am a customer of pacl my registration no. is:- U[protected] name:- Rohit Sharma. My policy is matured on july 2014 and my agent submitted completed documentation. But the maturity amount yet not received till date, please help me. My Mob No:-[protected]

My policy has been matured on may 2014, i have approached many times PACL office, but no reply. then i have filled the case in local police station and through embassy complaints, unfortunately no action has been taken from the officials.

Dear all, I am Suresh.A The above mentioned company has cheated us of Rs.12500/-(Rs75000/- ) of policy no : U[protected]. Policy no :U[protected] policy premium piad Rs-5000/- (Rs. 250000/-). Though my mother's policy has expired, No response about the refund amount whereas they gave a acknowledgement receipt for the original documents submitted, i would like to know when she will get the money where as the original documents submitted on 07/07/2014, at PACL limited, Anna salai, Chennai. She is need of the money for Surgery, so we need information related this problem when we get the money back. She had 2 policies with PACL INDIA LIMITED .
