                                    Though my mother's policy has expired, No response about the refund amount whereas they gave a acknowledgement receipt for the original documents submitted, i would like to know when she will get the money where as the original documents submitted on 07/07/2014, at PACL limited, Anna salai, Chennai. She is need of the money for Surgery, so we need information related this problem when we get the money back. She had 2 policies with PACL INDIA LIMITED .
