My name is Sunil Mehta residence of Dombivali east. I have taken PACL policy in July 2008. My policy number is U[protected] which was already matured in July 2014. At the time of submission in Kalyan branch office executive told me that you will get your amount within three month. From November month i am going to every week to enquire about my cheque. But office executive response was not satisfactory sometime they told me that wait till April. Sometimes they don't give me response also and told me that call on customer care. I am get totally get frustrated my Son admission was not done this year as i have not got my maturity amount. I am thinking if i will not get the amt within 10 to 15 days i will file case against the company that becuase of company policy i am mental. Please help me any on this otherwise i will take action on it.

I want to Withdraw my Policy, Registration no: U[protected] Ghatkopar Branch (Mumbai), few Installments are pending but I don't want to continue with this policy because I heard there is some issues going on within PACL company and matter has taken up to the court. I want my money at any cost. The customer care people also not picking up my call. I don't known why our Indian Govt give permissions to fake companies.

We are not a that much of rich people. We need our money back otherwise.
