I am nirmala from alagawadi, karnataka. I am invested in pacl ltd expired date was completed but still not able to claim my invested amount from pcal ltd pacl office are closed in hubli i don't how to claim where to claim. One thing i want to say i was searched in google and there i found like as below given details

Note:- there is no option available on the official website "https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in" neither to rectify our deficiencies nor to know about our deficiencies in the uploaded applications as why i didn't get refunds.

I submitted application for refund but after enquiry it is showing that your application could not be processed at this stage and you await notification. Kindly please help me.

May be it is because i tick land alloted, i tick it because in my certificate there mentioned area of land so i thought land may be alloted kindly help me in claiming refund

PACL INDIA LIMITED an amount of Rs.50, 000/- was invested on 20/12/2007 the same was supposed to be honored on 20/12/2014 but till date the same is neglected by the company

Why its showing eligible refund amount as 0?

My self monika kushwaha i have invested in pacl india limited through an agent. Consideration amount was 37500 which was completed in 2015. I have not to get refund yet. So many times have submitted form as my agent suggested. I was not aware of all the technical things. I was working as my agent told me. 5 years has been passed its too much time.

Respected higher authorities and pacl team,

I understand the rbi guidelines and all : -

I planned for opening my demat account also and be a part of the sebi family but this such thing made me step back and this will help the new generation not to show their utmost good faith with the bank. I am not complaining i am requesting as your services are fantastic but if this would work it will help not help us to maintain good relation with the bank and use this same account in further also.

So please help me out to share with me what all the documents you required and what is the criteria. Great thanks for your favorable response.

Waiting for your prompt reply i called support also update on play store and twitter and other aspects where i can escalate till waiting from your kind reply as my last hope will end here... I don't know that my utmost faith will be the same as in the past.

No help has been done from the last few months till i escalate that's is the reason to drop a mail to higher authority also. Till pending from the back-end team track my records call several times to them.

@grievance team, please look into this. The subject is just a problem showing it is just a little frustration i know there is so many senior authorities are there i not blaming any individual just to aware you please help me, in this case, pending for a long time.

I was registered pacl claim application. But now enquiry statement showing (Your application could not be processed further as you have declared "yes" for land allotted). Video showing like that only that a reason i was click "yes". But i not get any land.
This is not only my request almost investors did same mistake
Plz suggest how to correct that and plz re found the our amount.
I hope your taking this complaint seriously and i am waiting your answer

My certificate no 3032277 is reflecting the registration number of another individual.
As against my registration number o[censored][protected], the enquiry screen is showing the registration number u[protected] of another individual netra pal. Even the claim amount is different!
How do i have this rectified? Please help.
