I submitted an application for a refund but after enquiry, it's showing as in below comment. I'm worried now as the last date for any complaints to arise is july 31st - 2020.

We are happy to your notice on our previous complaint. But today we are come with a new one. We paid pacl instalment of 320 per month from 2008 to 2013. But we get only 639.00 rupees only.
