Sir,

I was unable to upload all my pacl documents since the website was not responding at all. I have 2 certificates but was able to parially register some of my documents. Few documents have not been given to me by my agent.

Please let me know the alternative method of submitting all my documents.

The deadline of 31st july 2019 was too short and your website was not responding at all.

I have to take breaks and again reload the same. Atleast the time o[censored]ploading should be extended.

    I have registered in the website about 2months. Today (31.07.2019) while uploading receipt the site hanged. (9pm)

    When tried again today 31.07.2019 10.30 pm, it asked me to register again.

    When i tried register it was saying "this pacl does not exist in our record"

    we had informed to the nodal officer through mail but till not get feedback by nodal officer.

    so, please us and resolve the matter.

      I'm trying to submit my pacl documents from 5 pm today but there is error in site, today is last date of submitting. I'm worried to loose my refund of 66000

U[protected] bu there is a problum at the time of doc uploading the site showing the notification "plz ragistered the number" "this number dose not exist in our record" so plz advise me how to cliam for my pacl refund when the site was not respoding and the last date for claim was 31.7.2019.

        My mother submitted original policy to the agent. Now agent losted that certificate.
        We have only payment receipt.
        How can we get duplicate PACL Certificate.
        Without certificate we can not register for refund.

          I came to know that july31-2019 is the last date for submitting the refund form on august 1st week.. Kindly help me in directing on how to submit my details and claim my refund amount.               After successful registration of refund when i upload photo, pan & bank detail it will not getting uploaded. No error message is showing.
              Image uploaded successfully and after that when click on ok it will not upload.

                    As i am trying to upload docs in the pacl website, i have been asked to register first, but i have already been registered to the portal.
                    Now it seems that registration and also uploading docs is a problem,
                    It is causing me a huge loss. Around 80000 i am supposed to get refund. But i am facing some issues while logging in. I am trying to do the same thing since 3- 4 days

                    Even if i have registered earlier, portal says register the pacl number.

                              While I am trying to register to claim PACL india limited it is showing allaready registered.i am cheated by the company after paying 5 installments of 12500 of total Indian RS 62500 .

                                I had registered my certificate numbers (Three). And, it was successful. But, when i was trying to login now to upload documents, it is not working.

                                When i am trying to login it shows "please register this pacl number."

                                When i try for re registration "this pacl number does not exist as per our records."

                                What should we do??

                                  I am trying to register my pacl policy registration no but unable to register.
                                  Its saying "This PACL number does not exist as per our record."

                                  So kindly suggest me what should I do? As 31 July 2019 is the last date for submission.
                                  Kindly reply as soon as possible.

                                    I have tried filling up pacl refund form. On the last page where i am required to upload all the receipts and certificate, i am able to upload only one receipt. Following which i am unable to add further receipts. The deadline for form completion is approaching. I have a total of 25 receipts to be uploaded. Kindly guide me how to proceed — should i submit form with just one receipt?

                                      I tried to register for the claim refund with pacl, but i am unable to login the page and complete the refund process i am getting error message as ur account already exits but i do not create any account previously. Do the need full to me to resolve this issue and to submit my claim for refund.

                                        I am ramu maurya, and i have pacl certificate which i have to get refund of.
                                        Sebi is providing refund for all the certificates.
                                        When i open the site and try to enter then only it shows the pacl registration number does not exist. I checked online for solutions and i got a solution where it was written to mail the stuff to [protected]@sebi.gov.in pdf and registration number. But they didn't respond to the mail.
                                        I tried contacting the customer care,[protected], its shows the line is busy. I tried it after six and it says you must fall between some 10 to 6.
                                        I don't know what to do in a situation like this where my registration number is not being accepted and i can't feel the refund form.
                                        If anyone has any solution what must be done then and let me know as soon as possible because the last date of submission of the online form is 31st july 2019.
