Am in the process of claiming the refund from pacl india limited company. For this they are asking me to register my share details in the below website address

When i am trying to apply pacl refund application through this website
But it gives a message

"this registration number does not exist in our records."

I have attached the screen shot of the error which i got for your reference. Please have look on to this and i would request you to kindly provide me a solution for this issue.

      Dear sir,

      I am rupinder and would like to address the error in uploading the pacl certificate and receipt. When i upload the certificate and receipt in the system
      After entering the receipt number and receipt date, the date is automatically changes 1 day before what has been entered. For example, my first receipt date is 9th jan 2012 and and when it finishes to upload the date changes to 8th jan 2012.

          Dear team, i had invested in pacl india limited in the year 2009. But somehow the company got closed but now i heard that we can get the amount refunded hence i went on online refund link provided by pacl but when i am trying to register for refund of pacl policy but my registration number[protected] shows as does not exist in pacl registration.           Last day of refund application is 30 april 2019. Kindly respond to me at the earliest possible.

            Iam claiming pacl refund through sebi pacl refund online but my registration number is shown as does not exist in pacl records though i have already account in it. My account is not logging in. Since server is also very slow and we have provided limited time we are facing more new problems kindly help me to log in.               I am regularly trying to submit my claim for the refund as per the orders of the supreme court but your sofware is not working properly and i have registered already and partially uploded the data but your software at the link sebipaclrefung.co.in says not registered, some time do not upload the data so time is again and asian wasted. Kindly do the needful.

                I have registered some pacl refund claim certificates to portal and when i have uploaded the documents, it says register the pacl id... Then after i tried to register it again says that this "id doesn't exist".

                How could that be possible when previously i uploaded the document for the same pacl id.

                Shall i send the claim amount details through mail

                Please advise.

                        I have lost the pacl certificate. My certificate was in bag & bag has been stoled. Please advise to get duplicate one.

                        Tried to get online but not able .It is of my mother who is not earning age of 55 yrs.

                        Request to help to get duplicate this is required to get the refund which is declared by SEBI. she cannot earn whatever penny she had was invested by her in PACL.

I already submitted the pacl refund form.but I made a mistake while filing the form...i click on the yes button in the section of land allotment option but the company only promises us to given the land. in reality the company doesn't allot any land..so please tell me how I correct my mistake because there is no option on the website...

                                    During the registration of the account i created a long password with letters, numbers and symbol. After registration when i try to login by entering password i was unable to enter the remaining password.

                                    So i try to change the password by clicking the "forgot my password"
                                    In that page i enter the registration number phone number and received a otp and enter the new password and clicked update.
                                    But nothing was happening only a message showing "oops something went wrong".

                                    Please resolve this problem as soon as possible
