Am a pacl customer, i do not get successfully message in our mobile, and another members. What is reason? Another complaints, i am registered in pacl websitec, ste by step is ok and final submt ok, i did not get successfully message. And i cannot entered in website, user name and password is correct. If i get forgotten password but did not available otp number. Please advise what i can do?

Updated by Josemonjose In the process of claiming the refund from pacl india limited company. For this they are asking me to register my share details in the website address

When i am trying to apply pacl refund application through this website
But it gives a message

"this registration number does not exist in our records."

What is this message. So I cannot to registration.

        1. At the step of registration the registration number is continuously getting failed although my registration number is completely correct.
        2. Sometimes a server of website is completely low due to this costumer is not allowed for any activity and sometimes when server is good or luckily website opens then the speed is very poor in this particular website. I had faced this problem very often times.
        Please solve on of this major problems as soon as possiblem

          With regard, to the above my mother sarojini has surrendered policy documents on 31.10.2014 to the pacl office mangalore and got buy back acknowledgement number cz[protected]. Last week we came know about online submission of application for refund money and my mom told she has already surrendered policy documents in 2014 itsef. Hence i request you to please guide us on getting money back to her.

              I have submitted my refund application on last month but i have not attached the full amount receipts at the time of refund registration because i don't know need to submit the full receipts.                       Sebi notice that we will refund only the receipts having at hand... How it is possible keeping all paid receipts.
                      I have last due paid receipt. Please consider no of dues by submitting bond and last due receipt.

                            I have made payment of 57200 rs but the receipts have been misplaced by the agent and currently i have only the original bond and 1st receipts.
                            Kindly let me know how can i cliam the amount. How can upload the documents as the claim amount is rs 57500 which i have paid but i have only one receipt in hand.

                            I took a policy in Pacl on 18/8/2009 by which I had to Rs50000 in installments & was to get Rs82600 on maturity 18/8/2016. I paid 21 installments of Rs 1835/- out of 28 till 18/8/2014 but didn't pay 7 installments due to the lockout at the pacl offices. Sebi is going pay only amt paid. I should get maturity amt deducting 7 installments.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Myself shyamji lalta prasad kanojiya. I am not getting my bond & receipt and my policy number is u[protected]. But i received 2 receipts. I was continuously paying the amount of rs. 6435/- to the borivali branch..
                                      I am continuously in calling to pacl customer care number but no once is picking up the phonei. E[protected] i have also enclosed the calling detail as well as receipt..

                                        I am having only buy back letter only. Please send me copy of policy.

                                        I want to download my all installment receipts I have pacl bond paper of policy and some receipts so I want to download all papers

                                        and total claim for this policy is 13420 but i have filled wrong amount while applying online please check my policy manually and refund full amount 13420 to me.
