Now recently i got a message to file in sebi. Am trying to file but am filling the registration form in that am getting a msg that, this pacl number does not exist as per our recirds. Now what we have do, please reply for this message as soon as possible.

In reference to claim application, while submitting claim application my grandfather entered 100000rs instead of 200000rs and submitted the application, actual claim amount should be 200000rs. I successfully registered after receiving the opt. Below is the message received for registration.

# is otp for sebi pacl claim registration process of certificate number #₹₹ and is valid for 10 mins. (Generated at 30/03/2019 01:01:56)

Removed the otp and registration number as it's confidential

After the page was re-loaded and when i tried to log in again it says that the registration number does not exist in the record. Then why did i get the above from sebi

I have valid certificate, receipts and also received msg to register which was done.

Kindly escalate the same as the due date is very near and very disappointing

Dear sir,

I am rupinder and would like to address the error in uploading the pacl certificate and receipt. When i upload the certificate and receipt in the system
After entering the receipt number and receipt date, the date is automatically changes 1 day before what has been entered. For example, my first receipt date is 9th jan 2012 and and when it finishes to upload the date changes to 8th jan 2012.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

I am regularly trying to submit my claim for the refund as per the orders of the supreme court but your sofware is not working properly and i have registered already and partially uploded the data but your software at the link sebipaclrefung.co.in says not registered, some time do not upload the data so time is again and asian wasted.
