This is regarding pacl refund claim process.

I have 4 receipts.

When i am uploading first receipt i am getting the error message

"total amount o[censored]ploaded receipts should not be greater than total claim amount."

This is totally useless and waste of time. Why sebi is doing like this. It looks like playing a game with people's money. I really hate this. These are people's money.

I was customer of Pacl, I Have registration certificate and only 5th receipt of installments. But I was deposited in more than 36 months instalments.

As the registration for refund is open, I was trying to register from last three days i.e., from 23rd Feb. But could not do the registration as the site always gives an error saying The service is unavailable or please contact the system admin.

Please take necessary actions and resolve this isuue ASAP.

As per Govt. order, many of the people having the bond are trying to receive the deposited amount. but some people they surrendered the bond and got the acknowledgement only, they not yet received the amount.P lease do favour for the people who are having only the acknowledgement to receive their amount.

Sir,
This is regarding pacl refund claim process.

I have 26 receipts.

When i am uploading first receipt i am getting the error message

""total amount o[censored]ploaded receipts should not be greater than total claim amount."

This is strange, 25 receipts and 13500 claim amount.
I am getting the mentioned error while entering first receipt.

Please do something, it seems that the sebi is delaying the time by giving some fake error messages like "8 digit ifsc code".

It already took (Wasted) more than a week. Now, it is started with uploading receipts wherein lesser amount than claim amount.

Please avoid doing like this. This is people's money.

This is really frustrating that I am getting error as Total amount o[censored]ploaded receipts should not be greater than total claim amount even I entered correct amount of first receipt while uploading. I can not understand about the useless website. Please solve this issue ASAP. This is really waste of time. No idea what strategy behind this of SEBI. I have attached screen shot.

I would like to know the procedure to claim for refund.

I was invester of pacl ltd. For refund we have to upload receipts and bond certificate. But out of 38 receipt, 1 receipt is missing.

So at the time o[censored]pload on https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in how many documents should be enter 37 or 38.

Also, each receipt is of 480/- so should i enter 480*38 or 480*37 in claim amount.

Let me know.

When i enter the IFSC code( i tripled checked IFSC code is correct) of the bank and try to enter the bank details, it does not accpect the bank name, i cannot proceed further if the bank name is not filled, i am not sure if there is any creteria where certian banks are accepected, mine is corporation bank

First off your website is [censored]in too slow not sure if you people have made that purposefully. The 2nd issue now is, it doesn't allow us to enter the bank details and I am unable to proceed to the 3rd page without entering the bank details. Please fix this on high priority.
