I have paid the premium amount of rs. 240 for 25 months without fail now i need to close the policy and need a refund of rs. 6000.

Please help me to get the refund asap

With reference to my investment document no. U[protected] dated 15/12/2010 for the payment of Rs.600/month as an investment scheme. The chit fund company came out to be a cheater one and now we are following with our agent for the money paid amounting to Rs.30, 000.

We want our money back as its our hard-earned investment and these people have no right to cheat us.

My mother invested in pacl ltd expired date was completed. She was illiterate and no knowledge about it. Agent was avoiding her calls. Since one year before but still not able to claim my invested amount from pcal ltd pacl office are closed in chennai. She don't how to claim where to claim. One thing i want to say i was searched in google and there i found like as below given details but now only search it show last date feb 18

I subscribed investment plan in pacl ltd by subscribing every month rs.1000/- from oct 2009 till june 2014 for total investment amount of rs.59000/-. I am unable to reach pacl ltd in chennai to get my refund. Pls help me to get me back by hard earned money as i am presently in financial constraints. My registration no. U[protected] issued on 26.08.2009 and expired on 26.02.2015. After the expiry date several attempts made by me to contact thier office but in vain. Hence, i am approaching the forum to guide and help me to get my money back.

Sir, i bought a two policy reg no: u[protected] and u[protected]. S. No: xt39a 4840694 and 4840695. Both are issued on 04/08/2005. Hitherto i didn't receive any acknowledgement from company's side. One policy worth 50000 estimates mature amount would be 185335 at the expired date in 04/08/2015. Yet i didn't receive a single rupee. Please take a necessary step to get back my money.

I am invested in pacl ltd expired date was completed since one year before but still not able to claim my invested amount from pcal ltd pacl office are closed in hubli i don't how to claim where to claim. One thing i want to say i was searched in google and there i found like as below given details

The last date for the receipt of claim applications in respect of the refund process initiated by the justice (Retd.) r. M. Lodha committee (In the matter of pacl ltd.) (“committee”) vide press release dated january 02, 2018 was march 31, 2018. The claim applications submitted are currently under process and any details/ documents, if required, shall be notified to the investors via sms on their registered mobile number. Any subsequent process for seeking claims from investors, if and when initiated by the committee, shall be notified.

We invest a large amount in pacl but no surity to refund the money. Please refund our money. I am umesh chand from distt bijnor up. I have invest large amount in pacl through a gaent. I have all documents. Our term policy will be complete in 2020 but we have no surity that my money will be refund or not. I am very scared about it. I am a farmer and this is my whole life investment. Please help us and tell me how can i get my invest money.

I have 5 policies with pacl, 1 in my name, 2 in my fathers name, 1 in my mothers name and 1 in my brother in laws name. All the policies are matured year ago. Many false promises were given by the agent who dragged us here. No initiate was taken by either pacl or agent for returning the money.
