My name is G.Nagajyothi I had deposited RS.181800/- And my Registration date is
23.08.2010 and maturity date is -23.02.2016.

PACL is taking a lot more time than what they had promised at the time of bond creation.

I was told that I will receive my money, with interest by March or April, 2016.

It's been two years since the last date and I am yet to receive my principle + interest amount.

Would appreciate your assistance in helping me get my hard earned money (+ interest ) back.

When the company become closed all the customers rushed to our house demanding for their investment or they blackmailed us if we won't give their money they going to attend suicide, I lost my father in 1993, we doesn't have proper income to run our day to day life, please do the needful and give a solution for this problem.

I deposited rs 10000 in 2006. The agent from the company promised to give 4 times the amount after 10 years that is in 2016. But there was no revert about the amount. Neither i got the my deposited amount nor the bonus one. Its almost 2 years delay from the promised date and there is no update about my money and not even about the agent to whom i have given the money. It will be helpful if you look after it.

Expiry date of these policies are 22/02/2018. i want to get my policies returns ASAP. I have opened these policies in ludhiana branch. but for few reason i had to shift Uttam nagar east new delhi. I checked in ludhiana with this company regarding transfer my policies to new delhi. As per them, they did transfer my policy account information to delhi branch and also they gave me an address of delhi branch wherein i can checked the same. in May 2015 i visited to delhi branch located in tagore garden at that point of time the company was there however after compleating the policy period which was for six years i visited again to the same branch for withdrawal procedure but the company was not there.

Please info me the details of refund procedure of pacl. My maturity amount was rs 1, 89, 000/- in 2014. I am wating for money since 2014. Both pacl and sebi cheated me. Sebi is processing for refund only 2500/- category. This means heavy amounts category person is not possible to refund before their death. Very very very poor administration in our country. There is no good leader in our country to take step to return the money to poor people. All poor people have been cheated through pacl and sebi. Poor people never forgive your crime.
