I have a policy your company. My policy sr no - 0582534, policy start date - 01/05/2010, exp date - 30/04/2017, fd date over, but till date i not receive cheqe/cash, your agent tell me : company have not money, after few month company will payment.

That's not my problem company have money or not money. My policy date over i want my payment.
If i don't receive money few days. Then after i get legal process....

We need to refund amounts. Many peoples insured in pacl india limited agents. But no one get the amount return. So pls we need insured amount to be refunded in a short period as soon....

Pacl india set the date to complete aggrement for 16_4_2016 and 2nd 17_4_2016 but still any process is not start for gives our money
We are middle class people we have huge problems we submitted ruppes for child future her fees but no any information give about us kindally doing something fast

My policy have matured and i am waiting for three years to get back my money... I already raised a complaint and lost 5000. Rs. They asked atm no. And said its processing fee and asking to deposit 5000. Rs again to claim amount... I don't know what to do his number is [protected].. Is this number belongs to your staff? Seniors in these company are only giving dates since more than a year... I m confused about whom to talk regarding my money... I have paid rs. 160 per month for the past 5 yrs to the pacl india ltd insurance company. They have assured to give back 14000 after the completion of 5 years. I am Mrs Waheeda Banu, I have deposited rupees 13500 rupees. But from last few months I couldn't deposit because here the branch is closed.
We were depositing 550rupees on 5th day of every month. And all of a sudden here office branch is closed. For two years we had been deposited money but now I couldn't. And the lady who was the mediator is refusing to pay our money back by telling that she can't help anymore. Kindly go through...
