I have paid premium in PACL India Limited under plot purchase scheme. For the last 5 years, Hyderabad Branch was closed now. We are unable to get back our deposited money. The premium registration detail as follows.

This company took money throught the fraudlent scheme of "land investment scheme". This company has cheated around 49000 caror in all over indai. I want my all money back and the directors of this company need to be hang till death.

I'm Bharat Mane, I was invested total 60K in PACL ltd in last 7 yrs back. I was invested yearly 10K installment plan & my policy maturity period is completed in 2016, but still i hv not received single rupees from PACL. All offices, branches of PACL was shut down at this moment and I am afraid about my money. So please help about the government decision about this situation. I m confused about whom to talk regarding my money... Please helpme with the information regarding pacl india and the status when they are returning customers money...
I have also made my relatives as customer of these firm so there is lots of pressure on me... So please refund my policy investmets as early as posible...!

I have a policy your company. My policy sr no - 0582534, policy start date - 01/05/2010, exp date - 30/04/2017, fd date over, but till date i not receive cheqe/cash, your agent tell me : company have not money, after few month company will payment.

That's not my problem company have money or not money. My policy date over i want my payment.
