I have taken policies from PACL through an PACL agent. issued by PACL in May. 2010, March 2013, Sep 2013, Jan 2014 to Rahamat Ali And Nurjahan Begum Time of maturity of this policy was 6, 7, 5, 7 year nd was registered for a plot on the basis of monthly deposit Rs. 294, 7500, 7500, 15000.
Kindly advise to recover my money as the policies have been matured to get refund.

I had invested₹.1.00lakh (₹.50000/_) each in two receipts under payment plan and Term C3/7 year on 26.4.2010and the expiry date of agreement will be on26.4.2017. The CSC Name _Kollam district, kerala State, code no.210. since the said centre had been winded up and, as such I am running from pillar to post to get information on the matter.

Under this set of circumstances, l shall be glad if you could please get the matter examined and let me know as to whom shall I approach to get information on this matter so that I can get back the money without much troubles. Soliciting an early response in the matter via e_mail.

Date of maturity was on 12/09/2013. After the maturity date expired SUBMIT ALL DOUCMENTS BUE NOW I went to the 'customer service centre' address provided in the agreement. When i reached on the location I found the lock on the gate of the office. Then i consulted nearby local people and i got to knew that the concerned office was closed. I feel something wrong regarding the company. Then I tried to contact PACL but the contact information provided in the official website was of no use. Now im not able to understand what to do and how to proceed further. so im here to complain regarding my problems. I want my amount (after maturity) back to me. Here i'm providing the details of the agreement. I hope the concerned authority will solve my problems.

I was open my PACL India account no. U[protected] in Banswara (Raj.) on dated 10.02.2011, some months before PACL India office work in Banswara, but at present time no office in Banswara, and nobody give me response is my quay. My husband had registered a plot with registration number U[protected]. As per the agreement the plot was to be allotted by 19/01/2017. As per the agreement we had been paying the amount but we have not received any communication till date. Kindly allot the land in his name at the earliest or refund an amount of 58200 as mentioned in the agreement at the earliest. Thank you.

I was paying monthly installment of 600 on PACL India Ltd company as a insurance bond of four years but after more than 2 years of its completion I have not received my money till date, many times I go to the company's office for enquiry but they pled me by saying that issue was no upheld by the supreme court and the payment could be made them so please make sure my money would hand over to me

Even though my bond number 850838 dated on 12/01/2011 got maturity on 12/07/2016, i have not received any maturity benefits from your company.
So please explain the right status of my bond.

Hi my self Sithara i am from kerala, kozhikode distt. I invested money in PACL group from june 2009 to December 2012, total amount is Rs.40, 000/- and maturity will be on December 2014.But now we heard SEBI has sealed all PACL branches and their accounts so i want to know how we get our money back and when because this is only investment we have we lower middle class so its important for us. Please guide what should we do now.

My self Shafiq Abbas Naik, door no 50, 2nd floor, risaldar street, Banglore, my policy no.is U[protected], my policy is matured on 27/12/2014, but still I did not received any amount, and I was opened my account in Shivaji Nagar Banglore branch, now there is no office in that place, can you tell me, where we can contact & when we are reciving our moturity amount.

My plan matured in October, 2014 but the amount not released by the company
Neither company nor agent respond any communication i.e. letters or calls.
How to submit claim as per SEBI NORMS. My agreement no. U[protected] and last installment was made in April, 2014. But waiting for maturity amount.
