I am investors of pacl since 2003 and my amount pending from 2013 but not refund my money. Anybody tell me who help refund for refund my money from pacl. I am very tired and upset in this situation. After 3 year pacl or Sebi or govt not respond to client. When, and who take responsibility for refunding Payment's of Investors????? It's very painful everybody helpless.

I have taken a policy (Reg no. U[protected] in pacl mandaya(karnataka) branch and the policy has been matured on 7 March2016. I went to my registration office mandaya, karnataka branch for submitting the required to documents for maturity but that is sealed, so please help me to get the maturity amount...

Deposited installment for 3 consecutive yrs but the company is not refunding the amount .

Nonsense ! who is the blady MD of the company cheating the public saying that it is a govt authorized insurance co.but even govt of india has involved in cheating public legally in such a way else who will give first authorization for the co approval as "PACL INDIA LIMITED"and cheating the innocent people like this. We have paid the amount of 1 lakh and we must be getting our money by this march month but when we went to the branch in bangalore cunninham road we found that the company has been wind up 4 months back only i was shock dint know whome to contact and then when i checked all my papers of PACL i got a number who is a staff of PACL his name and no is AM SHIVARAJU & [protected]/[protected] and main officer of PACL is Deepak no is [protected]/[protected]. As we have saved all our HARD EARNED MONEY FOR OUR FUTURE SAVING purpose but if people cheat like this and if no govt supports public in such a case then whome should we report it to. I would give the cheaters of all PACL who involved in cheating public .. ALL MY CURSE WILL BE WITH THEM FOR EVER EVEN THEIR DEATH WONT BE A PROPER ONE INCLUDING THE SWEEPER OF THE PACL &%#&%^#$*%$#&%*$#..Kinldy let us know if any of them found any information in returning the public money. Even we would like to collect out HARD EARED MONEY.

Investment of 50000, expected maturity value about 93000. Maturity date 04 march 2016. But i did not recieved any communication of re payment yet.
I have told that re payment may take time and expected by oct 2015, and later end of january 2016. But still i didnt received any communication yet.

I have taken a policy in pacl india ltd in ramnad branch

And i have paid the regular premiums monthly rs480 and my policy was completed on 2014. After that i tried to contact that insurance company but the company is closed and no response still now i did`nt received my money yet from the respective company and there was no response from the company. If no reply from the insurance company side i take this issue to legal.

In my place SATARA Maharashtra there was an agent who asked us to invest in PACL, there were around 100 ppl including my self has invested in that, As the maturity date was over at 2014 itself, we didn't got any update about when we will be getting our money back, All who invested are very poor ( daily wages ppl), please give us a solution

But since few months there is no any information of agent and ur branch office..

I have enterd a contract with mangalore (karnataka) pucl branch, our term of policy was of 6 years, we paid 41 installments out of 72 with a montly installments of ₹ 920, and rest of installments we have witholded, expiry date of our agreement was on 28/february/2015, but we have not been repaid the sum of amount which we have invested, the brach office been closed since manydays, i sincerely request to repayment...

I have invested a sum of 100000/- in pacl india ltd 6 years ago.And according to their condition i will be paid a sum of 150000/- after 5 years.but as the contract has been completed(more than 6 years but i have not received even a single moneyi just wanted to know the status of the company.i have heard that company is in great loss.i have once called to their customer service and from that i have came to know that company will recover it...

Dear Sir,
My claim status with PACL was due on 13/11/2014, but i have not yet received my settlement due to me. This is a shame on the part of the company to involve in fraudulent practices and cheat the general public. There are many investors like me who have invested their hard earned money in this company and have been doomed. I request the authorities to take the necessary steps and the amount in full settlement that is due to me. Specially since we are retired senior citizens this is the least i can do and expect from the authorities concerned. I have furnished the necessary details below.
