These stupids keep sending sms everyday 5 to 10 times, i have complained the same to DND thru do not disturb app, since I forget i live in india were they put law for everything but nothing will be followed and obeyed. do we have any option to stop these stupids keep sending the sms, I found similar complaints by many person but they still doing the same. any one of you have any idea how to top this craps...

Thanks for your reply, do you think we don't any other work and keep emailing to peoples who send unwanted sms to us. there are 10000 of compaines doing the sms marketing, if everyone requested to send email from mobile user to stop this, is that practical solution, dont you peoples have sense not to send marketing msg to peoples who enrolled in Do no disturb, I suggest you the better way . send circular and advice to you marketing team, vendors, dept not to sms or call the numbers listed in do no disturb list, ask them to check every week or once i a month, which makes sense.

1. Answer how you going to stop this. i can block the sms by third party applications, my intention is why you do this and not obey the rules of TRAI who advised not to disturb the numbers in do not disturb.

2. Adding another image, today i received the same sms thrice. keep you apologies aside and find solution to stop this. next time i may drop email to trai directly.

I'd applied for a loan through paisabazaar, I had asked to cancel it because of their 'amazing service' their employees doesn't have etiquette/ethics. They don't even know how to treat/talk with their customers. Now a guy named anubhava called[protected] me asking why I am not interested, he was rude was harassing! Please don't use paisabazaar

    Hello Paisabazaar,

    I am getting frequent sms daily from paisabazar. I am getting more than 10 to 20 messages daily from different credit sectors. please stop sending messages to my mobile. In every 20 or 30 minutes I am getting SMS. I am really very disappointed. I have blocked more than 200 credit sector but in every time sms coming from a new name. Even my network sometime could not identify to block the messages. Therefore, This is my kind request to stop the promotional messages. if I need any credit cards or loans in future, I will definitely contact paisabazar. My mobile number is [protected]. I have also send an email to your customer care with a request to stop the sms. Kindly help me.

          Have been receiving sms for personal loan approved every half an hour daily since the last 10 days. I had submitted a request to delete my account from your data base to which i got a reply that i can delete the account myself by going to the faq section but i could not find the proper link to delete the account.
          I again sent a mail but still there is no action taken.
          Now this has become very very irritating. Please stop spamming patrons who are forced to delete the account from your data base

          Many times i called to customer care and told them to deregister my number. Till date i daily receiving spam sms from paisabazar... really pathetic website and support.

          I don't understand why you people forcing to buy garbage policy even customer dont interested.
          Daily spam SMS asking about loan or Credit score or insurance. i have sent email to paisabazaar twice complaining about sms, but i am still receiving the sms.

                I get loads of emails and at least 2 to 3 calls asking for loans everyday!!!, this is a nightmare for any working person, i would be expecting call for certain things like my food delivery person (But i get a call from you), i would be expecting a call from courier delivery service (But i get a call from you), i would be expecting a call from important things which happens in my life (I dont expect you to call me asking for loan like a gazillion times). If i need loan i will apply and i will give you a call, one of the main reason i used to visit your site is because i wanted to know my credit score not to get spammed, i understand calling me once in a month asking for something which i really dont want makes sense, but what you guys are doing is way beyond acceptable even after my dnd is activated you guys call me, i dont know how this happens, and realising your system might not be effective enough to know if some one has activated dnd or not, i told your tele callers to block my number in your system, so i could live a normal life, telling them actually worse, i started getting more calls than normal, please i request you not to spam my email or phone

                            Company is providing very slow and poor services one you start investing by using their application even you can say that money stucked. They are totally irresponsible for their customer. If you want to cancel your funds or redeem your funds they can took for year to cancel the sip.

                                Guys please don't buy any POD card cum loan from them, I had a horrible experience from this guys. I have written more then 10 mails, but they have called 3 times. And they will promise you, to resolve the issue within 24 hours working days. It is a big fat lie..

                                I had taken a loan of 100000, and paid back immediately. Whatever interest charges were there, i had paid back. But still Amount pops up saying this month interest. Wheres they have clearly said, that there will be no-pre closure charges.

                                  I have been receiving SMS for personal loan approved every half an hour daily since the last 10 days. I had submitted a request to delete my account from your data base to which I got a reply that I can delete the account myself by going to the FAQ section but I could not find the proper link to delete the account.
                                  I again sent a mail but still there is no action taken.
                                  Now this has become very very irritating. Please stop spamming patrons who are forced to delete the account from your data base

                                  I have transferred 12000 to saving accounts through POD. but amount is debited from RBL card but not credited to my account. i have raised a issue with POD past one month. but still now i didn't received refund. and now RBL charging overdue fees for not paying that amount
                                  I received a call from Paisa Bazar to talk about investment plan policy. A person discuss with policy.after the discussion I told him I will be discuss my brother. he laughed on my self. It is about my kiding.

                                    I have taken money about 130000 from rbl paisa on demand credit card on dated 02.01.2019 for 36 month period and interest rate is 13%.

                                    But we have not received any sms and email from emi convert related.
                                    I have called customer care about this issue, they told me that you will receive within 72 hours. But we have not received yet.

                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                      paisa baazar is sharing mobile number with fake telemarketers

                                      Today, i got a call from tele marketer selling personal loan claiming to be HDFC bank employee.

                                      when asked they confirmed that they got list of mobile numbers and personal details from baazar, what ever information i entered during signup with paisa baazar, i was shocked to realize that all the information is shared with tele marketer and multiple tele marketers confirmed this that they got my information from paisa baazar,...

                                      I have applied for immediate loan of 1.5 lac loan on paisabazaar web on 04 dec 18. They offered me pod scheme and collected all the required documents. But till now no loan sanctioned. Sent tooo many emails. Custm. Care even not attending my calls and giving me blank calls when i opted for call back. It is very irritating. My application no. #ccs94j9o5r. Please cancel it as i don't need loan now and my purpose is solved by citi bank.
