Hello paisabazaar,
I am getting frequent phone calles andsms from paisabazar daily. Daily i am getting more than 20 messages and phone calls regarding insurance mediclam. Please stop sending messages to my mobile. I am very much disappointed with you. For every 10 mins i am getting messages from your side. Even my network could not identify and block the messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. If i need any credit cards or loans i will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly please help me.

I applied Personal loan in paisabazaar . i got POD card on 22nd jul 2019.
But already i had one rbl card. so that i cannot withdraw money through POD card. I already told to executive that i had one rbl card then why you sent this without any use.
Please close card.

    Every day i received many sms from paisabazaar. I check the full website but not found any page where user can unsubscribe from email and sms alerts.

      I'm Keep getting frequent SMSs from paisabazar credit score montly, credit card calls, Insurance calls etc. daily I am getting more than 50+ messages from different credit sectors. please stop sending messages to my mobile. i am very Much disappointed with you. for every 10 mins I am getting messages from your side. even my network could not identify and block the messages. Please stop these unwanted communications. You don't even seems have Unsubscribe option or I can not remove my account. . if I need any credit cards or loans I will definitely contact paisa bazar only.         The product was sold to me with the promise that i need to the card fees i. E. Rs 500+gst annually and 13% interest on the amount withdrawn.
        To my surprise pod facility charges 2% processing fees on amount disbursed.

        I got the shock of my life when the interest changed to 18%. It is very opaque structure they follow. Nobody has a clue about the product and only interested in upselling. I believe this business model of theirs will cease to exist very soon with consumers getting aware of these cheats. Stay away!

            Paisabazaar people filed personal loan application without my concern. I don't know from where get my personal details and registered me on their site without knowing me. This is really pathetic as you don't have any right to use someones details and directly apply any where in bank this is called as fraud which you people are you doing so stop irritating people.

                First of all, pathetic services provided by paisa bazaar. Secondly they did not follow any deadline... I submit my docs for pl however after 1 week, no response. Word 'hasslefree' is missing i[censored] compare to their actual services..2 banks initially give me offer of 11 to 12 percent for 1 year however idfc include agreement charge, security charge, policy charge etc for 3 yr, so i denied them straightaway. Then yes bank call me n collect docs howevrr after 1 long week, no response recd yet. They always try to fool you instead of helping you. I have waste lots of time... Manish bisht.. I have sent email to customer support but no use. Customer support is useless not even a single response. I even send message on facebook requesting for the same and there also no reply.                   I am really frustrated with sms from paisabazaar.com. I have never subscribed for its sms. My mobile number is also dnd enabled. I also checked the option to unsubscribe in its website but couldn't find a way to do so. Why don't this losers put a mechanism to unsubscribe from it marketing related communication? I have tried several means but my compliant hasn't been resolved.

                      I have purchased few sip from paisa bazar in december 2018 wherein i have experienced lot of hassle in setting e mandate and when finally i have got success in setting my sip, suddenly my deduction stopped in march 2019.. When i inquired from paisabazzar they said my emandate was on adhar which is not valid now and will be stopped, they made me purchase the stocks again and my earlier set up sip got deducted in april and new scheduled sip was also due.. This is absolutely not acceptable from paisabazzar.. Now they do not have any reasons for this not they are putting up any email towards same.. I am very disappointed and will surely escalate this matter to the top level in paisabazar

                        I had purchased a health policy from executive of paisa bazaar. He told me that opd charges will be covered under this policy. But when i went to hospital they refused to cover to cover the opd charges. Also executive who issued the policy is not picking calls. At the time of issuing policy he called me almost every hour now not even picked call for whole day. I have all recordings and proofs of executive making false commitments. And i am going to file case against paisabazaar team

                          They used my personal details like pan card number and filed a personal loan application with kotak bank which rejected the application for loan and hence affected my financial health. I have never requested for any loan with paisbazar and they applied for loan without my concern. This company uses pan card numbers for generating cibil reports but at last they ended up using my credentials stored im their data base.

                                R/sir i have taken a personal loan from hdfc bank chandmari guwahati. Loan a/c no.65749527. My laon assistant name rupum mobile no.[protected].
                                My loan against issued two insurance. Without my permission. 1. Rs.5669/- for sarv suraksha.
                                2. Rs.5798/- for credit proction.
                                My already have three insurance. So i don't take any insurance. Why mr. Rupum issued two insurance without my permission. So i request to you that cancel my insurance and return my amt to my account. And take action against rupum. His is lier. Thanking you

                                I don't like ur policy, because of your company my profile rejected from all bank and it is auto apply to so many companies plz delet my information to all bank and don't decrease my credit score plz

                                  I have taken loan from paisabazzar representative sanjeev tomer (Mobile no [protected]). He processed my loan and infromed me that i will get amazon voucher wirth 1200 after making first emi payments. I have already made payment on march 05. However i have not received anything till now.

                                  Please issue my voucher. I have all proof available with me and escalate on social media if you not resolve it.

                                  Just to update you that I have called that sales executive once again and he informed me that vouvher is already issued from our end and it seems that it is pending with credit team.

                                  I am unabke to understand the process. I think he is lying once again. Please resolve this issue. I am also updating you with latest information that I received from that sales rep

                                  What's about your 2 working days?
                                  The cut-off time mentioned here is 3 pm but the customer care executive says its 1 pm. The website/app guys are fooling the customer is all the possible means they send the statement after 4-5 working days whereas if you buy from any other distributor they have the policy of arranging your statement through AMC by the next day.
