I have paisa on demand credit card from rbl bank. I tried to transfer the amount from my card to my bank account five times. All the time the amount is being cut from card and not deposited in my account. Talking to rbl bank they revered it after 8 to 10 days, it has become tedious job. Rbl bank executives are unable to answer why it's not deposited into my account.

    Applied for personal three weeks back. Not yet disbursed. Very slow service. You should know value of your customer. Unsatisfied with the service you provide. Kindly get back as early as possible. Otherwise i will take a leagal action.
    They do not give any gurranty that your query will be resolved.
    No follow ups at all. They don't take any action.

        I made a trial investment rs.1000 on the 9th july 2018 and now even after 2 months that investment is not reflecting in my investment dashboard. Every time when i called the agents mentioned it will be reflecting in 48 hours but all promises in vain and since last one month the compaint ticket 15462 which i raised i also unresolved. Transaction number, bank statement and all required documents has been submitted several times but all in vain. This company and their customer service is an absolute torture for brain. Still i feel sorry for their sales department who senselessly keep on calling with their investment offers n advice and cunningly escape when asked about the complaint raised. Can the regulatory bodies do something to put an end such unprofessional companies.

          I applied for credit card through paisabazaar and i got a rbl credit credit card from them. I transferred my credit limit of 35000 to my personal account through paisa on demand portal, the payment got failed and i got a message stating the payment got failed and i can avail for refund. I immediately followed up with rbl and pod team where rbl team told that it will 7-10 working days to refund. I again followed up yesterday with rbl to check the status and they have updated that the refund process is done from their end on 31st aug-18, pod team had updated rbl that they will do the refund with in 2 to 3 working days. Considering this, i should have got my refund on 04-sep-18. I again called pod to check the status and they told me it will take another 7 working days.

          I really have no clue what is happening. I asked for a call back and it did not happen from pod. Today i called pod again and the executive who spoke to me doesn't even understand what my issue was and he started explaining me about new loan which was very irritating. Later he told that he will arrange a call back. Its been 11 days since my transaction was failed and there is no progress.

            login issue

            I m unable to login my Paisabazaar A/c. I tried calling customer care number 12-14 times. But only two times i got chance to talk to customer care executive. But they didn't resove my problem. I mailed them 5-7 times but still no solution yesterday i whatsapp them all problem they assured me that within 24 hour they will solve my problem
            but till now no solution

            Such a worst service.

When i was redeem money it is not deposit in my bank after that they sent to me check but i found on the cheque my name is ok but with the name account number is not ok, they missed one digit.                 I intimated paisa bazar that, please stop sending all messages related to credit report & credit statement emails coming in to my mobile number and email id, especially from experian, paisabazaar or any of your partners as i am getting messages and credit report very frequently and this needs to be stopped as soon as possible with immediate effect.                   Worst mutual fund service ever.

                  I had requested for a redemption of 3 mutual funds on 2nd june and still didn't receive the amount. After 20 days of follow up they said bank account number was incorrect, however i have deposited from the same account number while doing the investment. I think you are telling this wrong account number to every customer who asks to withdraw the money.

                  I have asked for a bank account change for 4 of my funds on june 20th but till now it's not been changed. I have submitted all of my documents as required. Whenever i call you say please wait for 5-6 days. I have been following up since 2 months now and still no results.

                  I have contacted over emails, calls and even whatsapp still no reply. For every call the wait time is 30 minutes.

                  It has been a mental harrassment for me as i have to take time from my busy schedule to follow up since 2 months. I am totally upset with the service and i will file a official case soon.

                  Worst Mutual fund service ever.

                  My account with Number: [protected]

                  I had requested for a redemption of 3 mutual funds on 2nd June and still didn't receive the amount. After 20 days of follow up they said bank account number was incorrect, however I have deposited from the same account number while doing the investment. I think you are telling this wrong account number to every customer who asks to withdraw the money.

                      I was searching for personal loan, web site shows 10.75 rate of interest 2 min approval. Hence I tried registering, but when I speak to customer care executive, they are say website is just a marketing strategy and will not provide the 10.75 rate of interest.

                      I want to Lodge a complaint against paisabaazar in consumer Court.

                      It's making fool of people to register

                        Hi There,

                        I have applied for paisa on demand with RBL bank credit card, Once i have received all the stuff then i will make a transaction of 20000 INR rupees at the time off the offer gives me limit of 116000 INR but i have made transation of 20000 INR on PODportal and convert into 6 EMI's with 15% of interest rate. After that i have on shock that the RBL telling me to convert your transaction with 16.75 5 of interest rate. I have mailed so many times to POD via my email [protected]@gmail.com but nobody get respond it. Today I have checked my POD account the transaction has been reflected but again another shock that the 6 EMI's converted with 20% rate of interest. There are lots of lies and confusion from starting to end, CAn anybody helps me so I can feel relaxed, Dont make customer fool, One more thing your POD customer support number is invalid and in mail nobody get respond to me.

                            I have requested a redemption of 3 mutual funds of IDFC, HDFC and SBI. First they mailed me stating to submit a cancellation cheque which I have submitted long back still I didn't receive my money. Now they are telling my bank details is wrong so I asked them please send me a bank account change form which they agreed to send but they are not sending. I have been trying to reach their customers care but with no help. I have also mailed them 8 times still no reply from them.

                              I am a mutual fund holder in your paisa bazar and my policy amount has been 1500rs deducted before 16 days ago and i have not yet received my folio no.
                              Your executive said that within 2 to 4 working days, you will be generating folio number but it has been 16 days now and i have not received my folio number.
                              I already 10 time mailed (Stop my sip-stop my sip) to your executive and refund my amount, but not any executive response me on my complain. Today i was talk to your executive and he told me (Sir please give 15 min for update) than your executive no call, no response about my complain. Paisabazar.com reply me against my complain that our executive called you withing 24 to 48 working hour and the same reply they give me last 16 days. Sir i am tired for do mailing to paisabazar.com for my sip close. Paisa bazar is a fraud company and poor service please don't go any one on paisabazar.com site. My 1500rs already debited and no feed back this site.

                              I am a mutual fund holder in your paisa bazar, My investor id is PB13680488 and my policy amount has been 1500rs deducted before 22 days ago and i have not yet received my folio no.
                              Your executive said that within 2 to 4 working days, you will be generating folio number but it has been 16 days now and i have not received my folio number.
                              I already 50 time mailed (Stop my sip-stop my sip) to your executive and refund my amount, but not any executive response me on my complain. Today i was talk to your executive and he told me (Sir please give 15 min for update) than your executive no call, no response about my complain. Paisabazar.com reply me against my complain that our executive called you withing 24 to 48 working hour and the same reply they give me last 22 days. Sir i am tired for do mailing to paisabazar.com for my sip close.
                              Please sir i am request you pleaseeeeeeee stop my SIP & refund my amount. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee yarrrrrrr pleaseeeeeeeee.

                                Earlier I have used Paisabazaar application to for Cibil score. Later I have uninstalled the Application. I am getting promotional messages to my number. I have requested [protected]@paisabazaar.com to remove my number and they replied it . But still now i am receiving their promotional messages to my registered mobile number. Please take an action on this. I have sent many times to [protected]@paisabazaar to remove my number from promotional messages, but still now I am getting messages

                                I have a sent mail to you just now and I hope this time you will take an action this. Every spam message related bank offers is having URL and it is directed to your pains bazaar site. Now I can understand how you are irritating human beings. Daily one message receving and I am blocking. How come you are that many SMS groups from service providers to fill your junk SMS

                                  Dear sir/ madam,
                                  Myself mr. Rohan bhagat. I was suggested by an paisabasaar customer care executive to open a zero balance account with axis bank. When i enquired about that zero balance account whether it can be converted to zero balance joint account then the executive told me that you just open the account now and then visit the branch afterwards you can convert this account to joint account while competing my kyc i just have to fill the form.
                                  But when i visited the axis bank branch i was told it's not possible. I want you to take some action against it as it was a kind of fraud advertising done by paisabazaar.

                                  Even earlier when I was suggested to open account with IDFC Bank the same thing happened. I was told the same thing and when asked with the bank they bank employee said I have to deposit 25000 for making it a joint account. I had to travel all the way from Dombivli to Thane.
                                  This type of information should not be provided by paisabazaar.

                                    My name is malay ghosh, have a mutual fund account (Registered mobile no [protected]) in paisabazaar, due to wrong bank account number entered by paisa bazaar in my profile, i am suffering a lot from last 6 month. I complained them repeatedly but they yet not solved my problem. For this i can't withdraw my mutual fund amount which is deposited through paisabazaar. They also issued wrong account number cheque, which also not corrected by them. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                    2 times i got reject by citi bank credit card they given me the reason that after checking with the other credit information company does not match with their criteria! So why I got msg form paisabazaar that you are eligible for these card, if you can’t fulfill it plz don’t sent me those link.
