Paisa bazaar assured me clearance of an hdfc card payment of rs 1210, alongwith a fee payment of ₹1800 to them.

Neither paisa bazaars toll free number works, nor do they give actionable reply on email and they have allowed hdfc to. Inflate payable amount to more than 20 times the initial value by not helping me out. Now the amount stands at 21k+.

Paisa bazaar has allowed hdfc to impose unjust payments on me, the very reason i ceased to be an hdfc client in the first place.

Paisa bazaar in cahoots with hdfc are skirting technicalities of their own rules to extort money from me.

I want immediate resolution of matter on the promises made by paisa bazaar, failing which i will be forced to taked a painstaking and lengthy legal action, for which i will hold paisa bazaar liable.

          Dear sir,
          On 20 th april 2020 i baught crude lot of 20 th april 2020 by mistake on 5 paisa.com online platform. I was unware about expiry and closing time of market at 5 pm. Lot was baught at 4.35 pm ie. 25 minutes before expiry which can not be permitted by brocker. They didnt aware me about expiry or margin money on phone msg or mail and after two days giving me mtm bill of -288000/-aproximately. Closing price of crude april lot is 965 which i am ready to settle. Pls give me justice as there is my no mistake and brocker is fully responsible for the same.

                This is pradeep kumar, with register mobile no. [protected], every month i have to remind to deduce my sip monthly on time. They ignore or didnt call back me. My axis mf are supposed to deduced every month but not happen this month or last month was deducded only after my call. Also they have stopped my sip without informing me. I think they would also going to repeat same with my other sip in the future.

                      I am getting frequent calls from paisa bazar on daily basis from the loan sector from different Lan numbers as per True Caller Data. I am very much disappointed and annoyed with this harassment. Even my network could not identify and block the call. I would be grateful if you can please stop the promotional / harassment calls. This is no way to treat a customer who has registered with you by providing all the details. I want to let you know that my data has been compromised without my consent to unwanted third party.
                      If i need any credit cards or loans i will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected] to which these calls have been made just because my credit score is good.
                      Please look in to this with ut-most seriousness and on top priority.

                        Its been a very bad experience while dealing with your organization. I had applied for personal loan of rs. 3 lakh for 24 months on 01/01/2020 from hdfc bank. Your executive promised me that within a week or two loan will be dispersed then after waiting so long and making calls again and again i got frustrated and appeal for loan cancellation through customer care of paisa bazaar my executive mr. Pradyuman told me that he had already send the email to hdfc bank regarding cancellation of loan. Still yesterday i received the sum of rupees 295078 in my bank account. So kindly close my loan and i will not be paying any single amount to bank if forced so i will be lodging fir against your act.

                            Hi,

                            I am ramesh. My loan request number is [protected]. I have requested for a small personal loan of 1lakh rupees on 11.12.19.

                            I spoke with an agent name dhananjay on 11.12.19 and discussed about the loan terms and condition. He promised me he will get back to me in 24hrs but he didnt call. So i myself called again and spoke with another agent divya and gave my details once again to her. She promised me that she will process my request and get back to me. Next day dhananjay called me and asked for some more details. I answered him that i already spoke with divya because you didnt call me. He said he will speak with divya and he will take care of my loan request. The drama conitinued for 3-4 days. After some days a guy came to my house to collect my documents. 2days later same guy came to collect 5 cheques. Next day a guy called and said he is coming for house verification, but ge never turned up. Next day again one guy called and said he is coming for house verification but he also didnt come. I got frustrated. 2 days later i got a call from arti (Contact:[protected]) and she is from kotak. She also did a fake promise that she will take care of my loan request. On friday she said one person will definitely come in 24hrs for house verification. Guess what! Friday gone, saturday gone, sunday they may not be working. Few days later a guy came for house verification. I called arti from kotak to let her know but she didnt answer. May be she was busy so i sent her text message informing sbout house verification. I called her few hours later and she said in 24 hrs loan amount will get credited. After 48 hrs i called paisabazaar and spoke with an # supervisor himanshu who just wanted to get rid of the call so he promised that supervisor of divya will call me in 24hrs. But i got no call back from arti, divya, himanshu, supervisor of divya, etc. Today on 24.12.19 i called paisabazaar again and ask the agent to transfer call to # supervisor himanshu but the agent kept me on hold and then said transfer system is not working so there is a call back arranged. Again the same promise they made that i will get a call back in 24hrs.

                            I hope you understand that when a middle class person request for an urgent loan that means its really urgent.

                            Its 20th day today and still nobody knows when i will get the loan amount credited.

                                  Hello paisabazaar,
                                  I am getting frequent calls and sms from paisabazar daily. Daily i am getting more than 10 calls and messages from different credit sectors. Please stop sending messages to my mobile. I am very much disappointed with you. For every 10 mins i am getting messages from your side. Even my network could not identify and block the messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. If i need any credit cards or loans i will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly please help me.
