Issue 1:
I have purchesed 1 mutual funds from paisabazaar.com on 30th april 2018 and the amount of rs 5381 has been deducted from my account but still its showing transaction is in process even after 15 days of time (Transaction reference number[protected] when asked their executive said money will be refunded to me its been now 15 days and i haven't got my money back yet.

Issue 2:
Raised the redemption request for folio[protected] twice or thrice of rupees 3000. But no response.

I have called to customer care for my complaint resolution, i have fired lots of e-mail, still not at all response from their end. Akanksha, lucky they are always unreachable and there is no way i able to contact them.

    I have purchased an two sip from paisabazaar.com and the amount of rs 5000 has been deducted from my account but no sip has been created even after one month of time. When asked their executive said money will be refunded to me its been now 15 days and i haven't got my money back after 1.5 months yet.

    Everytime i call them they told me regarding other problems like account no and all.

    Very concerning issue of me, i have invested my 10000 in paisabazaar. And it looks like, now i have to take consumer court help in this.

    I'm still awaiting my refund back and even after one month nobody is ready to call me back. they have also asked about my account statements but still not got the reply after that.

    I have talked your team 100 times
    Still they are unable to refund my money. Money is only 5000 and I'm curious if the amount was in lakh.

    They asked my bank statement and I gave them and they again called me to give cancel check bcoz IFSC. Code was not there in statement as they said it.
    And what I can sure about is IFSC code is always included in any bank statement.

    Again I gave them canceled check

    But still they r not able to refund my money

    How can this happen?

    It's a big name firm and these type of activities is happening under it. Feel shame for that.

    I hope not anyone can be misguided like me.

    Mr. Lucky in your team was one of them to misguided me at all the stages I called to customer care.

    I hope I get my refund

    Otherwise will file a case very soon
    Still no reply from the company.

      I had visited paisabazar.com site for inquiry of loan. The websites asks for personal contact number and mail id.

      It stats that this information let them help to reach me. I did not received any call from the site or other partners but after that day i have been receiving lots of promotional messages from financial sector.

      Paisabazar.com site claims that we "your information is shared to the bank you apply to". If i have not applied to any bank why am i receiving so many messages.

        I have purchased an sip from paisa bazaar and the amount of rs 500 has been deducted from my account but no sip has been created when asked their executive said money will be refunded to me its been now 15 days and i haven't got my money yet when i told them i'll go to consumer court to their executive keshav told me they have not deducted any money from my account even when it is clearly showing in my bank statement that money has been debited from paisa bazaar.

          Even after getting confirmation from the company that they will now process my mutual funds and deduct any future sip as i am opting out of investing,
          Every month they deduct money from my personal account.

          After constant phone calls and emails, in which they assure me that they will not deduct any sip related to mutual funds, still they deduct the amount.

          This has been happening from the past 2 months and wonder how will they stop.

          Will recommend everyone not to use paisa bazaar for mutual funds.

            A team member from mutual fund cust care of paisabazaar.com black mailing me to open sip into it. If i will not do this they will down my credit score. And also they are un athorizedly sending the mandate request for my bank account. The are behaving very silly and illigally also. Please do some action against this. I will go to consumer forum with physically complain also.

            I just did a stupid mistake that i create an account into paisabazar.com and registrered my detail. But after that i continueslly getting calls for open the sip.

            I attached to screen shot of my mobile in first they are continueously calling me for black mailing. And in second they did send me a message regarding to Mandating my bank account without my permission.
            I have buy a sip of icici prudential mutual fund and invested . They online made my investment from my account.money debited by paisabazaar but when I withdraw my money it was not came in my account after redemption. I called in customer support but they are misguided me from last 2 months. Totally Fraud

              Paisa bazaar is not a reliable brand. Their customer services are worst.

              Experience credit services is not a trusted one. They're into our financial details though we don't permit them to do so.

              They've published my credit report on behalf of bank bazaar though it's not requested for by me. Original complaint to experian was to stop generating monthly reports for the paisabaazar. They've provided a confirmation too that now they'll not generate my credit reports. But the irony is that theyve not only published my report for the paisabazaar site but they dared to publish it for bankbazaar too.

              Serious threat from such irresponsible companies.

              This is very critical issue. It involves great financial risk when someone get into your financial information and that's what these financial portals are doing nowadays.

              I've not used bank bazaar portal neither did i provide any details to them and yet they've generated my credit report. That's free but that's not the case, the issue is that how did they manage to get into my financial data. My god, i'm shocked when i see their email telling me that there's a free credit report ready for you. Shocking, isn't it!!! They're not a reliable source so don't feed your personal and financial information on their site.

              I've got an issue with experian who was generating my credit reports since last few months and that was for paisa bazaar and i've told them to stop it right away. I got their confirmation too that they'll stop it but look here now they've generated my credit reports not only for the paisa bazaar but they've done it for bank bazaar too. Shocking. They have done it without my request or consent. This is a serious breach in to the financial information.

              Bank bazaar customer services are worst. They're telling that it's experian who has generated the report but they're speechless when i asked them that i've received it from bankbazaar email dl. They've no answer to it.

              Don't trust this experian credit report services and paisabazaar and bankbazaar portals. They're dangerous to our personal and financial information. They can generate our credit reports without our consent so what else they can't do.

              Their customer support is worst so if we trapped in such issues then they'll not be able to support is in resolving the issues. They're worst in customer service.

              What the ### of that..how many time i gave you request of cancel of my ecs.how many times...now its enough.i am totally frustreted now.dont rack my brain now..i just simply ask to you now last time will you cancel it now or not.otherwise i will go in court.

                Pathetic piece of customer service from mutual fund department of paisa bazaar. Amazon voucher was promised to me but was not delivered and after talking to the customer support team, they are just tossing my case from one to another and noone is ready to take ownership and the supervisor as well as the executives are not willing to help at all, this was the worst experience from you and i’m going to cancel all my 4 accounts with you all.

                    I had purchased the sip from mutualfund. Paisabazaar.com last few months back. But amount is not deducted from my account, then i had redeemed my investment amount. After that i have the received the cheque. I have submitted this cheque to my bank account. But cheque is return due to account number is incomplete. Then i called to paisabazar customer care number [protected] they told me we this issue as earliest. One completed but till date my problem is not resolve. I called many times they said we arranging call back our executive talk to you. But till day i did not received any call from paisa bazar side.
                    Requested you to please help on this issue.

                        I am litterally fade up calling your call centre just asking to attain pick up from my address below ecs mandate form, nobody turn up to solve my query every day new new people calling and i have to explain whole story to them. I have purchased mutual fund in august and some are in november but till date there is no sip deducted from my account, earlier your executives called me to send ecs mandate form that time i send but your office saying they did not receive so understand how serious you guys are saying simply we did not recieve, so again i am asking to please resolve my query at the earliest or else i will file case complaint in customer forum.

                              Purchased an fd for sriram transport dated 14.08.2017. Till date not received any document. At every followup, they are telling 10 days. One person sanjay who was at my back for 2 months to get the transactions done has stopped taking my calls, even his collegues have started lying that he is taking lunch will call back, he is out of office etc. I am given assurance that within 30 minutes i will receive the call but all in vein. I am not sure if the company was supposed to be working like this. 4 months for an simple fd document is fraudulent and nothing else. I need this message to go to higher management so that they can be aware how their fraud employees like sanjay, kanika, jessica, kunal tiwari are cheating people of their hard earned money.

                                Hi,

                                I am parth khot. I have purchased reliance small cap fund mutual fund from paisa bazar.com. At that time of purchase i have completed all the formalities which were required. Along with that i have submitted mandate form and all those things which were required by you. Date was 22-aug-2017.

                                During that time your team was doing follow up with me like mad. At that time i have informed that make sure my amount gets deducted form my bank account automatically from september onwards.

                                Today i have checked and found no amount has deducted till date. When i call your customer care i am listening various astonishing things from your employees, that mandate took one month and all.

                                This is very unprofessional behavior i am facing from paisabazar team. I am sending continuous follow up mails to mr. Rohit singh, he don't even bothered to reply me back.

                                Being a account manager it is responsibility of mr. Rohit singh to reply my emails or at least resolve the issue which i am facing.
                                Totally third class service.. always promise to help but never does..
                                Always say will call back.. but never call back..
                                No transparency of product and service..
                                My bad luck that I stuck with this kind of service provider..

                                  I had applied for sbi credit card and given all my personal info to this site.
                                  After receiving my card a week later i got a call for card verification.
                                  It was a lady saying that this is a verification call to check whether you have received your card or not. And to confuse the customer she started talking about voucher of 10k, and cash limit.
                                  To confuse the customer she used all the info which i shared to the application site and just in the flow she asked about my card valid through date and card number.
                                  The way she talked you will never suspect them that they are not from bank, as she told she is calling from sbi.
                                  I am not going to trust it any more.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had invested in sip via paisabazaar.com. Thereafter i had stopped the sip.
                                    My investor id is : pb2405874

                                    The sip did stop for 3-4 months and now all of a sudden this site is again debiting from my account to the funds.

                                    I complained against it.. They fail to respond to mails calls and keep call on hold for long period and then say that you will be answered back, which is never don.

                                    I want to take legal action against the company can somebody advise?

                                      I had checked my cibil score previous month after i login in paisabazaar. They claim for providing free cibil report. But actually my cibil score got reduced after getting through the process. Even i am frequently getting calls from them regarding cibil reports. Now i am afraid if my score gets further reduced due to their calls frequently.
                                      I feel that people should not check their cibil score on their website even though they claim it as free report. Be aware!

                                        Writing of this email is to resolve my issue which is pending from 4-5 days. My transaction is pending from from 16th of july and not reflecting and dates for transaction from my bank account for mutual fund according to bank mandate is not changed. I have received an email for failed in processing the transaction.

                                        This is to inform you that your mutual fund department are unprofessional.

                                        Firstly your call center handle the call which do not have any kind of ticketing tool, i need to explain the incident every time i have to call.

                                        Secondly no records of customer complaint. No tracking of complaint is detected.

                                        Thirdly they commit to arrange a call from mutual fund department which i never received.

                                        Fourthly and most severe condition from mutul department. I call directly to mutual fund department and they handle the call so unprofessionaly, without putting my call on hold they ask manish sharma executive of your department to handle the call and his voice was audible i would like to phrase his statement "do not pick calls from old customer and put the call on hold, it will hang up".

                                        Lastly i tried to call mutual fund department from another number, i asked to talk to manish sharma or pramod. Executive always hung the phone by saying that manish busy on another call.

                                        I am very disappointment from such behavior and shall expect to resolve my issue asap. Find my details below.

                                        Paisa bazaar called me up one day and suggested me to take Standard Chartered card . I applied for the same and bank representative collected my documents but after that neither bank is responding nor paisa bazaar.

                                        Very disappointing experience so please be aware of such calls.
