Hi,

I am ramesh. My loan request number is [protected]. I have requested for a small personal loan of 1lakh rupees on 11.12.19.

I spoke with an agent name dhananjay on 11.12.19 and discussed about the loan terms and condition. He promised me he will get back to me in 24hrs but he didnt call. So i myself called again and spoke with another agent divya and gave my details once again to her. She promised me that she will process my request and get back to me. Next day dhananjay called me and asked for some more details. I answered him that i already spoke with divya because you didnt call me. He said he will speak with divya and he will take care of my loan request. The drama conitinued for 3-4 days. After some days a guy came to my house to collect my documents. 2days later same guy came to collect 5 cheques. Next day a guy called and said he is coming for house verification, but ge never turned up. Next day again one guy called and said he is coming for house verification but he also didnt come. I got frustrated. 2 days later i got a call from arti (Contact:[protected]) and she is from kotak. She also did a fake promise that she will take care of my loan request. On friday she said one person will definitely come in 24hrs for house verification. Guess what! Friday gone, saturday gone, sunday they may not be working. Few days later a guy came for house verification. I called arti from kotak to let her know but she didnt answer. May be she was busy so i sent her text message informing sbout house verification. I called her few hours later and she said in 24 hrs loan amount will get credited. After 48 hrs i called paisabazaar and spoke with an # supervisor himanshu who just wanted to get rid of the call so he promised that supervisor of divya will call me in 24hrs. But i got no call back from arti, divya, himanshu, supervisor of divya, etc. Today on 24.12.19 i called paisabazaar again and ask the agent to transfer call to # supervisor himanshu but the agent kept me on hold and then said transfer system is not working so there is a call back arranged. Again the same promise they made that i will get a call back in 24hrs.

I hope you understand that when a middle class person request for an urgent loan that means its really urgent.

Its 20th day today and still nobody knows when i will get the loan amount credited.

      I am getting frequent sms from paisabazar laod sms etc daily. Daily i am getting more than 20 messages from different credit sectors. Please stop sending messages to my mobile. I am very much disappointed with you. For every 10 mins i am getting messages from your side. Even my network could not identify and block the messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. If i need any credit cards or loans i will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly please help me.

          I am ajay kumar sharma, your old customer. Recently i inquired about personal loans through your website. I got a call from your representative name "vikas singh", their mobile number is "[protected]", he gave me the option of many banks, my deal is closed with idfc first bank. But when my loan was approved, my requirement was exhausted, so i declined that loan. But your representative mr. Vikas singh insisted me to take that loan, he told me that he has his monthly targets, if i reject this loan then his target gets affected, he proposed to me that if i take this loan he will provide me with an amazon voucher of worth 1, 000 rs. But when my loan was disbursed, he stopped calling me and also stopped picking up my phone.
          Your representative cheated me through his fake offer. I have a recording of our conversation, where he told me several times to give amazon vouchers. This is really bad, i didn’t expect this type of cheap activities from your representatives. I want action against this person “ vikas singh” and also i want my amazon voucher as promised by your representative. Please let me know what action you have decided against this mail.

            I was wrongly charged Rs 899 by paisa bazaar executive saying they will help me in improving my cibil score. I did not get any help from them after making the payment and I myself closed my account directly with the Bank.
            Now I am following Paisabazaar for refund of my amount however they are only telling I will receive a call back. They are not ready to refund my amount Rs 899 paid towards credit plus service.

              In april first week, 2019, i got a call from paisa bazar with an offer to close a loan with capital first. This loan of 1380 rs was escalated to 12000 by the company. The latter had claimed that i did not pay an emi where the fact stands that their collection agent ran away with the money. I was fighting capital first since 2012.
              However, to curb the issue and to improve my cibil score i payed them the money, that i should have not. Paisa bazar representatives lied to me that they would not only take care of the loan closure but also the credit report.
              I paid the loan in second week of april, capital first now idbi first submitted a report to cibil on april 30th that i did not pay my loan and the loan has been written off. It is now 6 months and my cibil is falling.
              When i contacted paisa bazar they did not pay a heed to my complain just assured me a call back that never came.
              I am still waiting the the bank reports to cibil that my dues are clear.

                  Have been receiving sms for personal loan approved every half an hour daily since the last 10 days. I had submitted a request to delete my account from your data base to which i got a reply that i can delete the account myself by going to the faq section but i could not find the proper link to delete the account.

                          One of their executives asked me for my registered number and after that he is not replying.
                          If there will be no customer satisfaction that you can't survive in the market.

                              Have tried the procedure to withdraw money and transfer to my registered bank account multiple times, however it takes me to the final transaction page and it goes blank saying "please do not refresh the page while we are processing" or says "transaction failed". I tried reaching the customer care number but their number is always busy. Tried reaching the rbl bank customer care who has tied up with paisa on demand credit card, and they have no relevant option to talk to the customer support executive.

                              Managed to contact paizabazaar through whatsapp, however the representative advised to check the credit limit and try again or check if the card is activated. Not being able to give me solution, finally told me to write an email and kept the phone in a hurry. I need help here please. Thanks

                              I m getting unwanted 20+ daily sms from paisabazar related to my credit score. Please stop sending message.
                              Stop spamming. On your website you clearly say you wont spam.But you do with all the sms that you send almost everyday. I dont need your sms to fill my inbox.I dont need your loan, even if i do I wont be contacting paisa bazaar.

It's just that please remove my details, paisa bazaar different agents calls enquires multiple time for which my cibil score gets impacted. I was not aware of this.                                   Seriously paisa bazaar is most faltu site in this world, once you visit it will sell your number and even will start sending daily messages to spoil your mood, i request people avoid paisabazaar, try direct banking or agents, i am really fed up blocking the messages, don't know how everytime they sends from a new id.

                                  This is why i took loans but completed avoided faltubazaar like sites, who totally works against dnd

                                    I applied loan and paid so many things it's about 20k just for 50k loan.
                                    Now after they started avoiding my call & text also.
                                    [protected] this is the agents no. Now she started avoiding my calls too.
                                    I've paid all my fees & 2 advance emi, commission fees to this account (Name-barani p - [protected])

                                    I don't need the loan now i just want back my 20 k amount right in my bank now

                                      I registered with paisabazaar to know about trading activities and gave my mobile number and email for contact details as they requested. They said that it will be used for information details, but after that i am receiving so many spam calls on daily basis. They keen on calling daily i am very much disturbed by this and u should stop this somehow soon.

                                        I had received a call from paisa bazzar agent to apply for credit card via them and they had told they would give 2000 vantage points on getting the card successfully. I got the card on april 6th 2019 and the vantage points is still not credited in my account. Every time i ask them, there response is same, which is "we are working on it and we will update you asap". But till today they issue is not resolved.

                                        Am receiving about minimum of two calls per day and I just can't tolerate the torcher that this bloody company gives me with the computer made recorded calls. Kindly save me from this disturbing thing as I never even visited paisabazaar even once.
