        Dear sir,
        On 20 th april 2020 i baught crude lot of 20 th april 2020 by mistake on 5 paisa.com online platform. I was unware about expiry and closing time of market at 5 pm. Lot was baught at 4.35 pm ie. 25 minutes before expiry which can not be permitted by brocker. They didnt aware me about expiry or margin money on phone msg or mail and after two days giving me mtm bill of -288000/-aproximately. Closing price of crude april lot is 965 which i am ready to settle. Pls give me justice as there is my no mistake and brocker is fully responsible for the same.

              This is pradeep kumar, with register mobile no. [protected], every month i have to remind to deduce my sip monthly on time. They ignore or didnt call back me. My axis mf are supposed to deduced every month but not happen this month or last month was deducded only after my call. Also they have stopped my sip without informing me. I think they would also going to repeat same with my other sip in the future.

                    I am getting frequent calls from paisa bazar on daily basis from the loan sector from different Lan numbers as per True Caller Data. I am very much disappointed and annoyed with this harassment. Even my network could not identify and block the call. I would be grateful if you can please stop the promotional / harassment calls.                     Its been a very bad experience while dealing with your organization. I had applied for personal loan of rs. 3 lakh for 24 months on 01/01/2020 from hdfc bank. Your executive promised me that within a week or two loan will be dispersed then after waiting so long and making calls again and again i got frustrated and appeal for loan cancellation through customer care of paisa bazaar my executive mr.                             Hello paisabazaar,
                            I am getting frequent calls and sms from paisabazar daily. Daily i am getting more than 10 calls and messages from different credit sectors. Please stop sending messages to my mobile. I am very much disappointed with you. For every 10 mins i am getting messages from your side. Even my network could not identify and block the messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. If i need any credit cards or loans i will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly please help me.

                              I was wrongly charged Rs 899 by paisa bazaar executive saying they will help me in improving my cibil score. I did not get any help from them after making the payment and I myself closed my account directly with the Bank.
                              Now I am following Paisabazaar for refund of my amount however they are only telling I will receive a call back. They are not ready to refund my amount Rs 899 paid towards credit plus service.
