Paisa bazaar assured me clearance of an hdfc card payment of rs 1210, alongwith a fee payment of ₹1800 to them.
Neither paisa bazaars toll free number works, nor do they give actionable reply on email and they have allowed hdfc to. Inflate payable amount to more than 20 times the initial value by not helping me out. Now the amount stands at 21k+.
Paisa bazaar has allowed hdfc to impose unjust payments on me, the very reason i ceased to be an hdfc client in the first place.
Paisa bazaar in cahoots with hdfc are skirting technicalities of their own rules to extort money from me.
I want immediate resolution of matter on the promises made by paisa bazaar, failing which i will be forced to taked a painstaking and lengthy legal action, for which i will hold paisa bazaar liable.
