I have applied online Pan aplication on 13th July-09.
Now i get mail from [protected]@nsdl.co.in <[protected]@nsdl.co.in> for following problem.

"This is with reference to your PAN Application made vide
Acknowledgement no. [protected]. In this context, please note that we

My PAN CARD No AIZPT0940R Was generated on 06/06/2009. But till date I did not received it. Please do the desired at the earliest....

I had applied twice for the duplicate PAN CARD.But i don't know for what ever reason.I didn't get it.

First time, i had applied through online on 17/03/09

actually my father pancard was lost in rail.but i have the photo copy this pancard.plz tell me the procedure for issue the duplicate pancard....
