Applied for new PAN vide application no.[protected] on 02.01.2008 Coupon no.[protected] and allotted PAN AGJPN9072G,apply name-Sakshi naik and from internet I get the confirmation that my card has been despatched on 22.01.08 by post.but still date i have not recd same.thenafter i went over uti office but as per their information Pan card Dispatch to Dashisar(Mumbai-68)Post Office bearing Dispatch ID No.33631802 .Thenafter i went to post office but they also tell that they have not recd pancard from Uti office.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as well as inform me about the progress to my personal email ID mentioned.i you find in your office pls send me below mention address

i was apply pan card in Dec 2006, i got pan no. through internet AKLPD5751E but i was not received pan card, after inquiry they said"this card dispatch from here all mistake by delivery company" then i asked them what i do? they said me apply for recalling.therefore i recalling this card i fill the form in June 2007, they dispatched it with name mistake "Deore Balasaheb Deore", i send it back for correction "Kapil Balasaheb Deore" but from your staff dispatched new one card BBJPK3263N, and it was also not send to me. finally i have not got any card i complaint to income tax office they said me give your any pan card, but i have not any pan card, then what i give them. please help me. which document you want i give but give me one car and cancel other one.

It is illegal for person or company to have more than one PAN number. If caught Income Tax Department can take legal action or put financial penalty for having more than one PAN is Rs. 10, 000. You should apply for the surrender of additional PAN. You can apply for surrender of PAN Offline and Online both. https://panseva.com

I have applied online Pan aplication on 13th July-09.
Now i get mail from [protected]@nsdl.co.in <[protected]@nsdl.co.in> for following problem.

"This is with reference to your PAN Application made vide
Acknowledgement no. [protected]. In this context, please note that we
have observed following discrepancy(ies) in your application."

1) Name in Proof of Address does not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in application.
2) Name in Proof of Identity does not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in application.

Please help to rectify this problem.

Pancard — non availability

I got an sms saying that the courier could not deliver my pancard for what so ever reason, I called up at the given no. gave my correct address 2 days back till today I have not received my pancard i was trying to call the given no. today for atleast half an hour its coming constantly busy I have sms ed the fact also even then there is no response, there are already 121 complaints there so I really don't know what to expect, very frustrating
