last to last year me maine jo return diya usme se kuch rembursement mujhe lena tha.that time CA ne remburement ke liye peper diya to pata chala ki ye return some Mr.Aswani Kumar Singh jo ki GORAKHPUR ke hai usme jama ho raha hai.Apki Site pe Mera name hai Aur incomtax ki site pe Mr. AShwani ka nam hai,last week mere pas SBI Gorakhpur ke manager ka phone aya ki aap ka jo account SBI me hai uspe PAN no WRONG intry hai use sahi karaye maine jab apna no bataya to unka jawab tha ki isi no. ko leke yaha mr aswani aye hai account open karwane.jabki mere account me sabhi jagah yahi pan no. diya gaya hai ya mere jo bhi invest ment hai wo isi no. se open hai.
Aaj mai varanasi ke uti office gaya tha( Annapurna nagar kasi vidya pith varanasi) waha mujhse kaha gaya ki apko apna pan jama karna parega aur apko dushra issue hoga.mai ab tak jaha bhi koi bhi kam kiya hu wo sabhi isi no pe ho raha hai salary account,investment,return mai pichle returns ko kaise update kar sakta hu ? mujhe iske liye sujhaw de.aur pichle sabhi jagah inrolled no. ko kaise change karu.Who is the responsible for that ?

I have applied for pan card on 07/11/2008 though UTITSL RANCHI. applied for pan card number, application no.[protected], date of receipt=7/11/2008, pan service centre code: 2JHD 814 pan service centre name :RANCHI

i was apply pan card in Dec 2006, i got pan no. through internet AKLPD5751E but i was not received pan card, after inquiry they said"this card dispatch from here all mistake by delivery company" then i asked them what i do? they said me apply for recalling.therefore i recalling this card i fill the form in June 2007, they dispatched it with name mistake "Deore Balasaheb Deore", i send it back for correction "Kapil Balasaheb Deore" but from your staff dispatched new one card BBJPK3263N, and it was also not send to me. finally i have not got any card i complaint to income tax office they said me give your any pan card, but i have not any pan card, then what i give them. please help me. which document you want i give but give me one car and cancel other one.

I have applied online Pan aplication on 13th July-09.
Now i get mail from [protected]@nsdl.co.in <[protected]@nsdl.co.in> for following problem.

"This is with reference to your PAN Application made vide
Acknowledgement no. [protected]. In this context, please note that we
have observed following discrepancy(ies) in your application."


1) Name in Proof of Address does not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in application.
2) Name in Proof of Identity does not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in application.

Please help to rectify this problem.

actually my father pancard was lost in rail.but i have the photo copy this pancard.plz tell me the procedure for issue the duplicate pancard.
