I have paid for the pan card but as i will be unable to send the documents to delhi i mailed them regarding the refund of 499rs. It has been 4 days yet they have not given any response. Even the government website charges only 100rs. Plus the delivery charges for courier of the documents needed to the company will cost me around 200rs. It is a time consuming and risky as well to produce my personal documents to a private company.

My issue has not been solved yet i am trying to contact the company everyday but neither my call has been answered or my mail has been replied with. Such an bad experience. Please resolve the issue for me as soon as possible.

    And as required sent my application by post to their address

          I have applied for name correct in PAN card via Online, I have done all the update and the payment also got confirmed and 499rs got deducted from my card, The problem is I have given my client office address for the communication but address to be changed to my residential address, I could not find the edit option after the payment done .

          Kindly check and cancel my request and help me to get my refund amount ( 499 rs ) back.

              I want to talk about my pan card services. I haven't received my duplicate pan card as of yet because i got an error for the i'd proof. I wanted to ask you can i attach my pending document to the mail.? Kindly call me back on [protected] or let me know how shall i sent you the pending i'd proof. Speed post will take a few days. As it is urgent for me i am asking you to give me some other option like attaching the document file through mail. Kindly give me a call regarding this. Otherwise i am gonna tweet about it.

                I have applied for duplicate pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund.

                I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

                I have sent a cancellation mail but no response yet.

                Sir, i have for the pan card in your site and i have made the payment thorugh netbanking but i want to cancel the application fornsome reason. Pleased refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for hard copy of the application form for which it be easier for me to apply with agent and also donnot have enough time to go to speed post or to the courier serivice.                     I have applied for pan card and submitted with correct details but after i downloaded pdf name was changed on the PDF, i have sent a mail for name change but they have given contact number which is not working, i have sent a mail again for refund of my money 500/- but they are giving any response from this mail [protected]@panind.com.

                      I have submitted all the documents and also the fees of 500 for pan card three to four months back still i havent received any thing no information at all. I had to provide all of my personal and important documents to them i'm afraid if they will misuse it in any way. Also the fees of 500 i had to send in order to make the registration. Please provide me with the solution

                        For this i have done the payment 499 and after the payment they are asking for documents, now i don't have enough documents to proceed it further. Even though i can't edit my application after payment

                            I had applied for the duplicate pan under lost & found category on the date of 5th sep 2019, and as per policy it should be reached to me within 15-20 days while they took 1.5 month and the courier reached to my office address on saturday which is a non working day for all o[censored]s and the field executive wrote anything what ever he found convenient for him. Now i want to be re delivered but they are making fool to me since last 3 month and it's very irritating when you pay more than enough charges and you do not get right services and treatment on time. Unfortunately my last date was 4th of oct in the organisation, and once again they are asking for my self attested copy of address on which it has to be delivered, and it's my office address i am just fed up to make them understand that no company will produce any kind of address proof for their ex. Employees. I asked them if they can deliver it to my home address and they agreed they took the self attested documents and now again they are making a lot of excuses. I am fed up from their excuses and services. I think in last 3 month i have sent 50+ mails to them but... Of no results. : (

                              The application payment portal deducted money on 10 dec 2019 but said the application is not accepted and directed to the same page again and i paid again it displayed the same message. The page said money will be refunded both the times and they didn't refund yet. Why do they even deduct money if the application is not accepted. I've spent rs 212. Please refund the money.

                                I tried to contact your costomercare is not responding.. I am wasting my time for this. I am going to applying the pan card by askshaya centre. So pls cance the pan application.

                                And let me know on what basis you are collecting 499 for a pan application. After payment only we can know that it is deducting 499 for pan application.
                                Pls mention your website that it cost 499... Otherwise people may mistaken and repeat the same mistake again
                                Hope you will clear it today. Everybody applying pan for emergency purposes...

                                  I have applied for PAN card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-But i found out that i can apply in NSDL at Rs.110/-. I have paid around Rs.400/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application and i need a refund. I have attached a payment confirmation.

                                  I just want to cancel my pan card application and i want refund of full amount i paid.

                                    I want my refund for Rs.499. please refund me you charges are very high compared to govt. website's changes.
                                    i want my complete refund.you didnt told me that you will charge for Rs.499.
                                    if you do not refund me i will go to consumer forum or i will file an FIR against you because you fraudly deducted my 499.
                                    i will take every necessary and legal action which is required for my refund.

                                      Myself arya. P i have applied for pan card through panind and have paid around 499/- rupees as application fee. I have also sent my id proof along with my application form. Its been one month and they did not send me any verification about this. I don't have any complaint about money but i have a complaint about their poor services. Please do needful action against them. If they can't provide me with a pan card service i better get a refund.

                                      I'll be very thankful to you for this.

                                        I apply for pan card on panind on monday dec. 2 2019 but i am not received any type of message and mail or call i pay 500 rs form my debit card
