Sir, i have applied change request for the pan card in your site and i have made the payment through debit card but its not showing actual amount before payment so i want to cancel the application. Pleased refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for hard copy of the application form for which it be easier for me to apply with agent and also do not have enough time to go to speed post or to the courier service. And amount is not showing before the payment, after payment only i got to know 499, which is huge for me, kindly cancel my request and refund my amount

    I just applied for pan card and the cost is very high compared to official website and i made a mistake with my details in the form and i request them to cancel and provide me refund on the day of application itself but, there respose to my mail is very slow, i just need my 499/- back and cancel my application as soon as possible.

      Dear sir / madam,

      I, mrs. Nirmala g a resident of no. 484, chaitra nilaya, kumbar street, k r puram, bangalore holding pan no. Aihpn5014a would like to inform you that i had applied online for change / correction in name of my pan card through your organisation bearing reference order id: ni-[protected]cr - payment id [protected] for rs. 499 dated 30/10/2019.

      Later, as suggested, hard copy of the application along with the copies of pan card & aadhar card was sent to panind services unit through blue dart couriers on[protected] vide consignment no. [protected] was received by one mr ganesh at panind.

      However, so far i have not received my new pan card duly corrected nor any information / message or call fror nsdl / it dept. / panind services. Once a madam had called me saying she is from panind and she need initialization letter and disconnected the call very urgently before i could understand and talk to her, ask for what she has called or any document is required.

      Therefore, i request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest and arrange for a new pan card with correction in my name and oblige.

        Sir, i had applied pancard through panind.com, which i was thought the government website, its been after 1 month also iam not getting my pancard, when i check my pancard status it show a message like this "application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications" but i have already snd the physical attachments through speed post

          This is a frawd company, no number works properly and even no one replies on mail. I request everyone to file a complaint with cyber crime cell of government and also with consumer forum court. We will together sack down this frawd company.
          I don't want such frawds should happen with other people like it happened with me. I was asking for refund from last 3 weeks but no on replies on mail.

            When i was trying to contact the customer care of panind, there was no one answering the phone displayed on the website and moreover the fee collected was rs.499/- for the issuing of pan card was very high compared with the income tax gov website. There the fee collected by gov authorities was only rs.101 and why this differentiation was on the private website.

              I have applied for the PAN card and paid online through PayPal but later got to know that they were charging too high. So I mailed regarding the cancellation of my application, Only once I got reply that only partial amount will be refunded and later I didn't even get any reply. I told them that I haven't even forwarded the documents and even the process haven't started yet, then how could they charge from me! After that I didn't get any reply and it's been more than 2 weeks. I am looking forward to file a complain to Cyber Crime Portal and even to Consumer Forum Court.

                I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait.

                I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

                        Just applied for my lost pan card on panind i provide all the required imformation later asked to pay 499 rs which i payed through debit card after that i recieved the otp and i entered it correctly but after deducting money from bank i stuck on a same page saying please enter a correct otp.                         I have applied for pan card through the website of panind. And they charged me Re.499 for that. The actual charge for applying pan card is just around 100 or 150. Why this website charging so big amount. Is it illegal or robbing the customers ?

                              I've filed for correction in pan fiapp0866c for which all the documents have been sent along with annexure a as required. I'm trying to take a follow-up on the same but unable to get in touch. Tried calling the numbers mentioned on-site but only to get disconnected after being in queue for several minutes.

                                  Hello i have applied for my pancard with all the documents, now i got message that they need more proof so i send my license scanned copy and again they are asking for valid proof, how can my licence and adhar is not valid?
                                  Very poor service.
                                  So i need either my money back that is 499rs (Even they asked this much and others only asks 150 or 200)
                                  Or give my pancard. Stop asking again and again for valid proofs, really dissatisfied by this company.

                                    I was applied for the correction in pan card and pyament also done by me some of rs.499, but some reason i was canceled to corrections, then i mailed on his given mail id for the cancelation and cotact to panind customer care employee and talked with her they said your payment recieved in your account within a week no one single money recieving in my account, i was try to contact on customer care no. But number is always busy. So what can i do pls advice to how can possible to refund from panind. Pls help

                                      I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so I want to cancel my application. And I need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and I only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                                      I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount I paid.

                                        I would like to inform you that i had made a payment for rs.499 towards new pan applied. I now want the payment to be reversed as i had mistook your website for government website. Also the amount for new pan application was not shown on your website. I came to know the amount after i made the payment.
                                        Kindly reverse the payment at the earliest.
