I applied for PAN card change for some major corrections, Pan card - BOEPG4395F; Order no. KA-[protected]CR I had sent all the required documents via post. However, they repeatedly send e-mails requesting for SCAN COPY of documents. I don't understand since all the necessary documents were sent to your office in hard copy and I don't have any scanned copies.
