Recently lost pan card so wanted reprint a pan card so i applied it in panind website by pay 107 rs but I got to know I got scammed.. please consider this complaint and refund my 107rs

      It's been a month and I have not yet received my pan card and I have not yet received any phone call or mail my order Id is OA-[protected]N. And they are not even picking up the phone or replying to my mail.

        I applied for PAN card change for some major corrections, Pan card - BOEPG4395F; Order no. KA-[protected]CR I had sent all the required documents via post. However, they repeatedly send e-mails requesting for SCAN COPY of documents. I don't understand since all the necessary documents were sent to your office in hard copy and I don't have any scanned copies.

                As required by panind for correction of Father's name spelling I had submitted aadhar card of self and my father via Indian speed post.Aadhar card alone is sufficient for correction of Father's name spelling as informed by thier own document list . After that voter id was demanded, I submitted that also.When only aadhar card is sufficient then why harassing customers by asking unnecessary documents.But instead of proceedings with correction panind executive are simply delaying the task .I now simply request that kindly initiate the refund of Rs 107/- and postal fee Rs45/- to me as soon as possible, I will get it corrected from somewhere else.

                            I have applied for duplicate pancard in month of December in 2021 and submit all documents on time i got mail also that I will get my copy within 4 week but your staff is not giving me proper answer about the physical copy of duplicate pancard its 4 month completed but I didn't get my copy of duplicate pancard and my work is stop due to this. It's humble request to you please send it as soon as possible. Otherwise I can file complaint against panind.

                              I have made payment of Rs.107 today at 13.08 pm from Airtel payments ac - to PU-WWWPAN of Rs. 107 Txn ID PH[protected].

                              But, I have not received acknowledgement for transaction or application status by email or sms. I see lot of consumer complaints against PANIND.

                              Attaching screenshot for reference If the issue is not resolved, I will take up with consumer forum for the grievance caused due to fraud.

                                      I have applied PAN Card on 24th of December however application went on hold due to DOB proof wrongly submitted old one.
                                      Have sent updated Aadhar copy Over the email as well as via courier. Sent hard and soft copy both. However no update from panind.
