This is with reference to Invoice number[protected]. I have purchsed one LG LED TV on 02/10/2011 from the following out let.

I checked with the sales team out there and requested them quite a few times to deliver the TV on the same day. The team refused to do so stating that they do not have stock in their branch. Same response came to me from the manager. (They did not even try to check with the ware house if they can actually do the delivery on the same day). With the TV i happened to win a 101 Movie dvd set as a complimentary gift. Upon checking with the folks @ the branch they told me that they cannot give the DVD pack then since they have already commited to other customers. They told me that I will get the DVD pack with the delivery of the TV after confirming that the dvd stock is available at the warehouse. After all the assurances,I made the payment and the guys at the store promised me that the warehouse guys will call me by 11 AM and i will get the delivery by 1 PM on 03/10/2011.

On 03/03/2011, I waited till 1 AM nobody called me. When i checked with the store they told me that they will check and get back. At 2:30 I got a call from the ware house that I will get the delivery by 6PM. @ 6 PM I did not see anyone. I called up the maanager ( who sounded pretty annoyed) said the same thing (he will check). Eventually after the long wait I received the goods @ 8:45 PM in the night. When I asked about the insatllation, those people told me that I will receive a call from LG next day for the installation and demo. On top of that I did not even receive the complimentary dvd pack as well. I tried to check with the store about the DVD pack on all the three numbers listed above. Nobody picked the call for my convineince (they are supposed to be open at leat till PM).

    Dear Sir,
    We like to draw your attention that I am an avid shopper of M/s. Pantaloons India Limited. I am staying in Kolkata and generally shops in your Camac Street unit. My Green card No is [protected] and I frequent at your shop every month. Last month I have done some shopping. The material has appeared defective in regard to dis-colouration & thread.

    On 19.09.2011, I have approached your Camac Street unit. Your representative have told me that this is not a defectiveness. After this they deliberately ignored my problem & asked me that why I have used those garments. I am really shocked after hearing that because people buy garments to use that. I was humiliated by your stuff. They do not know how to talk with the customers. On the same day I visited Westside also, but really I am impressed with their behavior. I should appreciate their treatment for customers. I do not know the name of those people talked to be but they are the staff of the camac street branch. I purchased dress material from your "BIBA" & "ETHNIC" collection. You can came to know details from one of your "BIBA" stuff named Mr. Roshan.

    In view of above, this issue should not be neglected and I request you for your advice to change the same and resolve the issue at the earliest and I also want to know that what action has been taken against them for their ill behavior.

        Hi,

        I bought One shoe rack, one Nilkamal Almirah and one wardrobe from Ishanya Mall Home town Pune.

        Nilkamal one door was broken which I was informed will be replaced by next day. Shoe rack glass was broken, I am following up and every time I get a reply that in ten minutes they will call back which never happens, Wardrobe is not in stock may take another month to deliver : (

        Their customer feedback email bounced back. Phone no is picked by one Mr. Ajit who is tough guy and don't give any other contact name or number, but he says politely that he can't help as he is from fitting department and he has sent the fitting person in time and if furniture was delivered broken it was not his department fault. He assures me that someone from furniture department will call me back and I keep on waiting.

        It was my first experience with Home town and I will prefer to keep it last one.

          Dear Sir,

          Selected Egger Flooring from Home Town Thane. Paid advance of Rs. 5000 on 25 /08/2011 and the next day a person came and inspected the place and took measurement for the same and conveyed to us the exact no. of boxes that will be needed for the flooring. Paid by Credit card in full on 26/08/2011 with a promise that delivery and installation will be done on Monday 29/08/2011. We were told the installation person will get along the corner pieces and the doorway flooring laminate and the cost for the same will be collected by the instaling technician.

          We waited on Monday and nobody turned up. The installation person came today Tuesday 30/08/2011 and told us that we will have to pay additional amount for removing the previous flooring. We were not informed about these charges by the person that came to take the measurements.

          We are now told that the person installing will finish installing and get the border some other day and fix them to the flooring.

          My contention is that we were not informed of any of these conditions and this amount to not providing the complete information which amounts to cheating.

          Please help to penalise such fradulent vendors who can also cheat the general public at large as this is a retail chain for Furnitutre.

            My WALLET WAS STOLEN AND SUBSEQUENTLY Vijay Bank DEBIT CARD WAS SWIPED AT PANTALOON STORE AMBIENCE MALL VASANT KUNJ BY SOME UNIDENTIFIED PERSON FOR RS. 13,490/- ON 30.06.2011.

            I CONTACTED STORE MANAGER AND HE INFORMED ME THAT THE CARD WAS SWIPED BUT GOODS WERE NOT HANDED OVER TO THE UNIDENTIFIED PERSON AND HE RAN AWAY WHEN SALES MAN ASKED FOR THE IDENTIFICATION.

            I COLLECT MY PAN CARD AND TORN OFF DEBIT CARD FROM THE AFORESAID STORE. I AKED STORE MANAGER THAT HOW I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK AS THE GOODS WERE NOT HANDED OVER TO THAT FELLOW.

            HE AKED ME TO WAIT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. AS PER HIS STATEMENT THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER THE CONFIRMATION FROM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. HE TOOK MY BANK DETAILS ALSO FOR REFUND OF MONEY.

            I WAITED FOR SEVEN DAYS AND AGAIN CONTACTED STORES MANAGER TELEPHONICALLY. HE INFORMED ME THAT THE BANK HAS CHARGED BACK THE AMOUNT THEREFORE IT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. AFTERWARDS I CONTACTED MY BANKER FOR THE CREDIT OF RS. 13,490/-.

                  Saturday(4th June 2011) I went to shop at Brand factory Marathalli. To my surprise lot of defected pieces(in ladies section), I shown to the sales people there, but they don’t have any answer and they least bother also. There was a offer on Lee cooper shirts BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, I bought a pair of shirts. But in the billing counter he is not accepting it, I argued for 10 minutes then he send someone to enquire then he accepted it. I bought a belt also which was 20% discount on MRP but in counter they missed to less 20% discount, I could not notice in the counter as there was rush.

                  They say plenty of offers but in the counter they literally cheat the customers. On every item customer has to remember all the offers. How can a customer remember all the offer if he bought around 10 items.

                  I decided not to go Brand factory, they do unethical business. Customers are literally cheated by them.

                    I bought a top worth Rs.890 from GIP Noida on 1st april 2011. Next day, I left for Ambala. I noticed that this cream colored top had two tiny holes in the front.The cash memo no. is T23/34259 n time was ;18.44.25 pm.

                      i have purchased a Hitachi AC (model no - RAT222HRD-QUADRICOOL TM 2.0TR WA ) from e-zone shipra mall, ghaziabad a unit of pantaloon retail india limited. With the AC i got a stabilizer of 4 KV where as to run a 2 ton AC 5 KV stabilizer is required. I am following up with them from last 2 weeks and every time they ask me to wait. Infact one of their executive named Sanjay & Amit suggested me to sell this stabulizer in to the market and E-Zone will provide me a 2% cash discount. I don't know how a brand like pantaloon offer such kind o[censored]n-ethical offer to their customer. i have soend money for buying a AC and at this pint of time i just can't use my AC. It's a fraud againt the customer and playing with their emotions. I donno weather Hitachi is responsible or Pantaloon Retail.... I just want to replace my stabilizer asap hence please suggest the right way of complaining agaunst such issues.

                                  This is to bring to very kind notice the level of service and extent of cheating happening at Pantaloon stores.

                                  I had bought a pair of sunglasses of the brand IDEE(ITEM CODE-[protected]) of Rs 1280 vide bill no. T13/13923 on 27.02.2009(Bill Timing 21:32:31) from the Pantaloon store in Treasure Island mall in Indore.

                                  The following were the issues with goggles within 6 months.
                                  1. The glaze paint finish on the ear handles started wearing off like dead skin after about 6 months.
                                  2. The lower end of the frame falling near the left cheek developed a crackish look after about 7months of purchase
                                  3. Within 9 months of purchase, the frame, near the crackish look broke.

                                  I approached the category team Lead, Mithun, he asked me for the bill and assured that the same will be replaced if appropriate bill against the purchase of the same is presented. At first I could find the same at my place. I finally found the bill and returned back to the store team on 08.01.2010, well within 1 year's guarantee period in case of irreparable damage. The same was received with original bill by Mr Shishupal Rajput, against Alteration Memo No. 12020 dated 08.01.2010 with the commitment of getting the same replaced within 15 days since it was an irreparable manufacturing defect.

                                  After 1 month of continuous follow up with the concerned sales person after the completion of 15days, I was told that they need the model no. of the goggles. Now since the glaze paint finish had got worn out, hence the model no. also got erased. After rigorous follow up for continuously for another 15 days, I was told that the pair of goggles presented does not match with the Itam Code on the Invoice. After insisting on speaking to the Floor Manager, Mr Gaurav, I was made to speak to him after quite a few calls. Mr Gaurav(Cell No [protected]). When he colud not resolve the issue, I insisted on speaking to the store Manager who was Mr Deepesh(Cell No [protected]). Mr Deepesh's hole and sole solution to the grievance that was registered was to APPROACH THE SERVICE CENTRE and that they are not responsible for the same and the warranty period has now lapsed!!!!

                                  Now my point is
                                  1. Why should a customer go through all this rigorous process of getting a simple grievance resolved??
                                  2. Why is a customer given so many lame excuses if the store management team does not want to replace the defective product??
                                  3. Why is the customer asked to approach the service for a pair of goggles when the store management is in reality reluctant to change the product??
                                  4. WHY DOES FUTURE GROUP SELL SUCH LOW QUALITY PRODUCT AND LATER FALLS SHORT ON THE COMMITMENT LEVEL IN CASE OF QUALITY ISSUES????
                                  5. WHY CAN'T EMPLOYEES OF FUTURE GROUP DELIVER THE LEVEL OF COMMITMENT AS VISIONED BY MR BIYANI??

                                  Also to bring to your notice, I have stopped visiting your store and have made sure to stop all my family members, friends, relatives and acquaintances who also used to frequent your store.

                                  Request you to resolve this issue. This is pending for ten months now!!!

                                  PS: the aforementioned adduced facts and point of contention can be checked, on the number of calls received and registered from my mobile number as mentioned in the signature, at your customer grievance call centre. When nothing was done, I sent a mail complaining on the same on 6th Oct to their mail ID [protected]@pantaloon.com as given by the Customer Service desk.

                                  Request you to take strict action against such cases of cheating in the name of Guarantee and then harassing customers. I hereby claim Rs 50000 for undergoing physical stress in going to the store at least 7-8 times and for the time of follw up on phone calls I had to do.

                                  I had a very poor expeience in Pentaloons Bhubaneswar. I Purchased a white metal necklace fo Rs 3400. The staff assured that it had lifetime replacement guarantee. Contrary to this the necklace broke when it was tried for the first time itself. Today when I visited teh store, teh staff contented breakages are not covered under warranty. The staff was extremely unpolite and arrogant. This has left a bitter experience and poor impression of products being sold in Pentaloon. The promises ae falling short of fulfillment and staf[censored]nprofessionalism is something which can be let a pass in India only. Had this happened in a western country, the store would have been too eager to more than compensate and furthur assuage teh harm

                                    Hi

                                    I bought 3 jwellery items from Pantaloons, Cosmos Mall and that service provider asked me to collect jwellery boxes after two days. I called them up and asked the time to collect the boxes she said any time but till now they are given stupid excuses. I have to gift those items so i want it packed properly and this thing i already told them when i was buying those items and they assured me that they`ll provide proper boxes but now they are not providing.

                                      very good evening.my name is pratik chinchore.i worked in Pantaloon's big bazar as a cashier.i have resign from there 28 nov 2009. i have already submitted my pf form to my HR mrs. shikha in our store.i have submitted my form on date 5th dec 2009.she told me that we have done all our process.than after some times when i met her she told me that your form has submitted in pf office in february by head office.and it will take 6 months for clearing.in september 2010 first week. my father talked with pf officers and they told them that form of january are in process so your settelment would come to you in september last week.but it is still pending.so i wants to know my a/c status.
                                      pls do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      I was with this company in 2006. I left the job on month of dec. 2007. Company HR had said we forwarded amt. to pf office but i don't get any response from your office.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that i had left my job working for the above mentioned company. i left it in Aug 2003, applied for my PF, cheque got returned due my Bank AC closed, again applied for reissue of Cheque but there was no reply of the same, I personally visited Mumbai Office twice to submit the details, but the response i received was my details are not with the Accounts ( Cash ) section.
                                        I heartly request u to please resolve this as soon asap, as i am in need of money.

                                        once i spoke to hr regarding my pf, he said it will take 9 month for my pf, have applied two times and i failed getting my money back, i left my pf. PANTALOON, FUTURE GROUP, i was workig for store it is worst company in doning settlement and they suck our blood and they take work from us. for our settlement we have to go and follow up repetedly.
