I have purchased a LG 42'' LED tv from pantaloon retail( India)ltd ,bhubaneswar(odisha) branch.on dt 29-01-12.but on[protected] i found that there is a malfunction on the screen.then i lodged a complaint online.the service engineer said the control panel is completely damaged n recommended to replace thro the dealer(ezone,bbsr)then after we visited the dealer demanding a new piece but they refused stubbornly.At the time of purchase,they were following here n there but at the time of complaint ,their attitude was damncare.buying such an expensive.

I have purchased a LG LED TV, model no-LG42LV5500 from Pantloon India, Bhubaneswar, odisha, a unit of Future group on dated 28/01/2012.On dated 1/08/2012 my tv got some problem on the screen.i have lodged a complain future group they simply refused to attained the call, then i lodged a complain to LG through online no-RNA[protected] dated-02/08/12.A service engineer came and atended the call on the same day and replyed the picture tube was damaged and they will replaced the picture tube.They denied to replaced the model.
But it is very very sad thing that once while at the time of purchasing sales people of future group and LG run behind us, after that we run for them.

Still now my complain was not closed.

    The executive at T24 outlet in Pantaloon passes wrong information to many customers that on recharging the amount that we get on purchase bill will only get credited to our T24 account if we have a minimum balance of Rs. 40

    Everytime they force us to recharge additionally Rs. 50 -100 by cash, so that the free balance can be availed. I enquired one day from T24 customer care no. they told that this is not the case. They told free balance is not dependent on the minimum balance we have on our sim card.

    Even I checked that once I had Rs. 0 main balance, still I got the free balance.

    Please ask them to stop this fraud way of raising T24's sale.

      Garments was purchased from Pantaloons,Durgapur on[protected] for amounting to Rs.1013/- and my Axis Bank credit card bearing no. [protected] was placed for payment but after swab the card, the cashier told me that it is not acted upon so make the payment by cash or through other cards. Accordingly, I gave him my Axis Bank debit card bearing no [protected] and the payment was successfully done.

      But within a very short time I got a SMS from Axis Bank to my Mobile Phone No. [protected] that "Rs. 1012=79 was spent on your Axis Bank Credit Card no. 5180 on[protected] at Pantaloons".

      So, I would pray your honor to look into the matter so that the amount so debited wrongly, may be refunded and the Axis bank may restrain from auto-debit from my account. It may be noted that a complain in writing has already been submitted to the said pantaloons on[protected].

        i had visited the central store on ganesh khind road, after reading advertisement on times of india, that there is a flat 50% off offer on brand BIBA. when i went to the store there was only 20% discount when i selected an item from BIBA. Product discription- Style KW366, commodity set, MRP 1899. I went to Customer Service desk and met Apeksha Dave and Abhisek Kumar Tiwary, for the same issue. but both of them said i will not get flat 50% off offer on BIBA brand and it is a common practice by Central of not doing so.

            This is regarding a serious accident that happened in lift of Big Bazaar, Kharvela Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
            The accident happened with my father, (age- 63 yrs), a reputed Doctor and my mother (age- 56 yrs).
            They were stuck in the lift(inside the premises of Big Bazaar) for 1.5 hrs, and no one responded for more than 30 minutes after repeated alarms.
            After 40 mins, some Big Bazaar maintenance(or what, I am not sure) came but no one was able to rescue them.
            I, daughter of Dr. B.K. Das called Forum Mart Mall but they said it is not their responsibility,it is responsibility of Big Bazaar.
            Then I called East Zone Office of Big Bazaar and they said they will escalate this to higher authorities.
            My Mom, being a high BP patient had fainted and Dad also almost fainted.
            They are undergoing lot of physical/ emotional pain after this unfortunate incident.
            No one came to offer a glass of water after they were rescued from the lift after 1 hr and 30 mins.
            I don't know how Forum mart got a Mall status and how Big Bazaar doesn't have a accident mitigation Plan.
            I want action to be taken against Ankur Kapoor(store manager) and the Maintenance Team who were in duty for the physical/emotional/health loss of my parents.

            I found an employee of Pantaloon , INDORE abusing and assualting women and girls unecessarly.
            He was peeping through Trial Rooms
            I think Pantaloon has started business of using abusive language with the cutomers.

            Security & Health Hazard — negligence

            I am staying in evereshine 39 bldg 204 uranus Hsg co-op scty in Thakur village kandivali (E)the land opp our bldg beloning to fire bridage the place has grown wild and people use it as open toilet and for anti social activities which is posing a security risks also breeding ground for mosquitios so health hazard for our bldg member.Kindly get the place cleaned or levelled so that these activities are not continued .our society has logded compliant to the respective authority but without any response .

                    Sir,
                    I bought a crosstrainer exercise bike from Kakurgachi Pantaloon showroom. The brand name is Fitking - K610 model. During the sell Pantaloon promised that I will get a lifetime service for the product.
                    Now the tension belt is damaged and I reached out to Pataloon Kankurgachi showroom after trying for 3 days (no body even bothered to pickup the phone for 3 days).

                    They told me that they don't deal with the brand any more and for any service I need to connect with Newtown Home Town showroom. He also gave me a contact number which is invalid.

                    I reached out to east zonal office and talked to them on the problem. They told me that I need to talk to the store. After a lot of discussion they promised me that somebody from their Home Town deptt will call me back, which never happened.

                    The person I talked to is Mr. Rajib.

                    Again another instance of extremely bad service and cheating from Future group.

                      Dear all,

                      I had bought a dress worth 4000/- , discounted price 2000/- after promise and commitment by the manager that he would alter it to my size. After making payment their take on the deal has changed.
                      Despite visiting the place for four times still my problem remains unsolved...they are not stitching it to my Size !!!!

                      Their Excuse is that they do not replace after payment made!!!! The shop being new, they are unaware for the illogical reasons they make can heavily hurt their brand image and name.
                      After visiting Four times, giving them ample time for alterations, Pantaloons has miserably failed to meet the customer requirement. I feel like i am fooled by them.

                      The question remains that change in behavior from Pantaloons after making payment is justifiable ?.
                      The dress purchased is Silk pink colored Indian outfit. My fit was Small, however it was a bit tight on shoulders, so the manager over their requested me to buy the Medium size and he then will perfectly match to the Small size fit .
                      On this commitment i made a payment of 2000/-, soon after it was made they did made changes in the dress but the fitting still remained a issue and the dress in totality looked clumsy and too loose to wear for me. Now if i tight it it will torn as the material is very delicate silk.So after so many endeavours i asked for a replace.

                      So on the fourth visit to Pantaloons i requested them to replace the same. After denial from Pantaloons, initiating a hot discussion , all said and done they are adamant saying it is not possible to replace under Pantaloons policy.!!!!!

                      Every time the common man is fooled by such transactions and deals!!!!
                      Please help me for the same. I have made mind not to compromise on my size fit.

                        I wish to draw the following facts for your kind information and necessary action:-

                        I was employed with M/s Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. For the period 24/02/2010 to 07/07/2011 at their uday sankar hr.I had submitted all the relevant papers on 30/10/2011 for the withdrawal of my PF dues to the H.R officer for processing, he told me that my PF will be submitted in my account on 17th march 2012. Since I was not getting the settlement I had enquired at their Mumbai office who told me that the papers had not been submitted on at your Kandivili office. This way around ten months have elapsed but I have not got my settlement money .I have also inform Sandhya kumar(HR Head)To get my rightful dues . she told me she will call back and replied soon but when she didn’t inform me then I will call her but she does not pick up the phone. I have been going through this harrassment for such a long time I haven’t got my PF submitted date .Now I request the concerned to please look into the matter.My PF No. is MH/38491/MH/38491/67633,

                        You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the applicable pension amount at the earliest.

                          I have purchased A sweater from Brand Factory ,Hyderabad.

                          The MRP of the Sweater was Rs.1699 and the Discounted Price was Rs.999 .
                          Rightly , I have to give Rs 999 to them , instead they Have Charged me VAT on the Discounted Price(5.5%) so my total bill
                          became Rs.1045 . How can Anybody charge VAT on Discounted price.This is pure Cheating and fraud.
                          Action must be taken against these big stores so that a good examples must be set for others.

                          Today, I experienced the same. While I visited US POLO store in Sec 11 Dwarka- New Delhi store, these guys are openly charging additional VAT (5%) on the final discounted price. First they announce discount% of say 30-50%, Deduct from MRP as per label (inclusive of all taxes) & then further add 5% on the final amount. This is double charging in the name of VAT, which I seriously doubt they would be submitting the double charges to Govt of India. I felt CHEATED. They just say their system is down & issue manual invoices. Even did not submit the feedback register when asked for.
                          Same method of cheating as being practiced in adjoining Blackberry, Arrow & many more stores.

                          I finally made the purchase at Allen Solly in Sec12 Dwarka but the owner clearly said he would as well be doing the same from next time as this way of overcharging was openly being practiced in the adjoining showrooms. I am next going to submit this complaint to CVC & set these guys right.
                          HI, i bought one jeans from Brand Factory, Marathalli, Bangalore, Mrp.2399. MRP .maximum Retail price of any product including all the taxes, Brand factory offering 25% discount on MRP to their customers so the price will be 1799 after discount but they are charging 5% as VAT, so the price become 1889 . on the same product if you buy 2 jeans they offer 1 jeans free but they are not charging any VAT on this . hence both are the offers made by Brand Factory itself but why they are charging 5% extra as VAT which already included in the MRP. One more thing they are also hiking the price of the product and then they are giving discounts such kind of cheating are doing with the customers by Brand factory.


                          Please make a note of that if such kind of cheating will happen Then Brand Factory will loose their customers, and i request to all customers please post your complaints if you are being cheated by Brand Factory so that consumer forum will also get update of these issues

                          They also charged me 787/- instead of 750/- in BrandFactory, kukatpally, hyderabad. But I complained there and after half an hour of debate, they returned the access amount.
                          But I was really surprised that a lot of people were doing shopping but nobody had an issue!!! That's "Its OK" attitude spoiling our country.
                          Go and have a stand against the wrong practice.
                          I have even worse experience. Today I purchased some cloths from Brand Factory Bangalore Bannerghatta road. I purchased for over 5k cloths and for each of them they have charged a 5.5 vat on the discounted rate. To my worse i even had two cloths of MRP 349 RS each on which there is no discount at all but they have charged as usual 5.5 % Vat on those as well. How can they even charge VAT over MRP ???. This is pure cheating and for sure needs to be taken to court

                          I had a similar experience today. I bought 2 classic polo t shirts at 50% off from brand factory marathahalli, bangalore. The MRP was 1399/- each. But after billing, I had to pay 1476/- instead of 1399/- as they charged VAT extra even though the MRP tag clearly said inclusive of all taxes. I had made a similar purchase from another company of the same brand and same MRP but they did no force me to pay VAT. I feel cheated as a customer and would like the problem to be resolved.

                          Today, I experienced the same. While I visited Pantaloons, south city store Kolkata., these guys are openly charging additional VAT (5%) on the final discounted price. First they announce discount% of say 30-50%, Deduct from MRP as per label (inclusive of all taxes) & then further add 5% on the final amount. This is double charging in the name of VAT, which I seriously doubt they would be submitting the double charges to Govt of India. I felt CHEATED.
                          These guys are real cheaters. I bought 2 jeans from Brand Factory Trivandrum. The offer was BUY 1 GET 1 FREE. The MRP on the product was 2399.00 but these people charged GST on the MRP. When I asked about this to the manager he has no clue on why they are charging the GST on MRP. And another promotion was flat price of 899/- and when the bill was raised it was charged GST on it.

                            I had purchased 1 shirt and 2 t-shirts from the Pantaloon Outlet on S.B. Road, Pune on 22nd Dec 11. But since the size was small, I had gone to the outlet on 28th Dec 11 to get the t-shirts exchanged. I took me around 45 minutes to do this at 3 pm (when there was not much of a crowd in the outlet)

                            Reasons
                            1. Wrong credit note was made (for lesser amount)
                            2. All cashiers had gone for lunch at the same time, leaving behind 3 girls at the payment counter with no idea what they were supposed to do.
                            3. Too much time to get the credit note rectified.

                              THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED ON 2nd Dec 2011.

                              I entered the mall and the beep machine beeped, and i asked the security guard, he IGNORED IT.

                              I spent some time in the mall and selected few items and told the sales boy that i will go to the ATM and get the cash and come back, while I WAS going OUT, the detecting machine again 'Beeped" and I was insulted and the guards and the staff starting starring at me as though i am a thief, and took my bag check it fully, and found NOTHING.

                              With this incident I felt insulted and staff did not even to bother to "Apologize" but I want to fight against this mall for unnecessarily checking me and INSULTING A CUSTOMER???

                              How should i take it forward???

                              Help me, I am feeling very frustrated....how can this happen to a valuable customer because of nonsense machine "beeping"

                              this incident happened wit me twice in big bazaar ...but i screwed all security guards after checking me thoroughly...both the time i produced proper bill and showed stuff what i brought bt its so embarrassing to get checked in front of everyone for doing nothing...future group wake up and change all those outdated machines first or else you will lose customers like me, i have decided never to visit big bazaar again in my life...

                                I want to log a complain against Pantaloon Phoenix Market City-Viman Nagar,Pune

                                We purchased some goods from Pantaloon worth Rs.3072/- on 29-Oct-2011(Tr no:-9366) and in favor of which we received recharge of Rs.125/- for T24.We submitted the T24 recharge receipt to the T24 counter situated inside Pataloon.The person named Aslam told us that the recharge will happen within 30 min.But it was not done.Its been 4 days and T24 recharge is still not done.Since then we have called them almost 7-8 times but we are getting holding reply that it will be done in 30 min.

                                Today we called to Zonal Office-MIDC-Mumbai at number +[protected].But they said its Big Bazaar's customer care dept not for pantaloon.Please note we took this number from

                                  Had purchased lee cooper dress from brand factory a company by future group. The product was in tatters within 2 months of purchase. I went back to outlet for complaint nd exchange, they agreed that the product seem to have the manufacturing defect. Yet didn't exchange citing they can only exchange within 7 days. Had spent over 700 for the dress and it lasted jut like a roadside non branded product. A cheating company both future group and lee cooper

                                  BRAND FACTORY — affording my prize

                                  sir actually i have informed from the mail australian lotterry of 500$. ibelong to poor family am a indian .kindly afford my prize.
                                  I purchased a trouser, a tee and two shoes from Brand factory outlet, Thane, Mumbai. I want to file a complaint for one of the shoes. This shoe is of some Tracer brand and MRP on the shoe was INR 1699/-. I purchased it under discounted price of 399+VAT+charges(50) on 17th August, 2014 . After two days o[censored]se(20th August and 21st August), the sole of this shoe now is completely destroyed and I realized that it is made up of cardboard type of material and it is breaking into pieces. Now today it is of no use in just two days. You can see the pics attached herewith. Other shoe is yet to be used!!

                                  Waiting for strict action please.

                                    On Sep 26, 2011 I had purchased a jeans and a top for my wife as her birthday gift hoping to make it surprise but thanks to Pantaloon it proved to be a disaster. The jeans was loose for her since we were travelling and I wanted to take her along this time we made it on Oct 19, 2011 back again to get the same exchanged as we were glad to know that the company had an exchange period of 30 days. On purchase I had applied for a green card too which is yet to be received till date. When we went to exchange it to our surprise it was refused for being exchanged saying that it has been worn once. Actully it was just tried and no where was it mentioned that exchange policy that it has to be in a saleable condition. After spending 5000 Rs.. now we are left with a dress that cannot be worn. Nice way for future bazzar to earn money. Can we have some hope of getting a solution or is it money gone down the drain.

                                      As per central 1 previous HR, the documents what all she asked me i had submitted along with my PF forms infact after submitting all my documents i had asked for acknowledgement or P.F number but they told u dont worry you dont require these things because we are doing this from company all you have to do is just follow up after 5 or 6 months in case if you dont get your PF infact they had given me Mr. Uday mobile number who use to sit in zonel office in jayanagar. So i have done the same as per previous HR instruction....

                                      After a telephonic conversation with Mr.Harish (Hr Bangalore Central 1) i came to know that Mr.Uday & Previous HR have Quit the job & their is no data for previous employee's
                                      Now i dont know what should i do because i have done exactly same what i have been asked to do....


                                      Requesting you to plz check what have happened & plz arrange to release my PF ASAP....... Because its a quiet long time i have been waiting for.
