Hi, I purchased a T-shirt worth rupees 499, from your store located in TGIP, Noida sector 18, NCR, India. But the salesman(at the billing counter) deducted 599 from my card. Then he void that sale and made another transaction for 499. He told me that the deducted money will be back to my account in within 3-4 days. Its been 27 days from the sale made on March 12, 2015, and i didn't get my money back. Kindly look into this matter, It will be grateful. I have also attached the billing details with this mail, made on that day. Attachments: falsy_sale.jsp | contains the billing for 599 and void sale slip for 599 invoice.jpg | contains invoice and sale slip for 499. Looking forward for the solution as soon as possible.     Hi, I did shopping in Pantaloons at city centre – 2, New town, Rajarhat in Kolkata on 4th April 2015 and used my AXIS Bank debit card to pay the bill. But the counter guy swiped it twice reciting transaction failure for first swipe but i have received messages from Axis Bank 2 times for the same transaction. I came to know this only when i checked the mini statement of my account, it was clearly showing the amount has been paid to pantaloons twice. When i raised my concern to Pantaloons customer service, they were saying I will get the deducted amount back in my account within 48 hours however i haven’t received it yet. Can anyone tell me what should i do to get my money back? I had really a very bad experience at Pantaloons and the counter guys are horrible. Thank You

      Hi team,

      I recently had purchased few clothes from pantaloon, where they had given me the trial shirt stating the packaed one has same size and didnt allow me to trail it when I return home and checked it was not coming to my size and when I went to return the product on the same day they said returns happen only on weekday and on on weekend. When I went during weekday they simply deny to take the clothes back. The behaviour was not good. The store manager himself was arrogant and non co-operative. I have two shirts new and are of no use now due to pantaloon pathetic services.

      Hi,

      I had returned my all clothes but still no one has revert back. it was pantaloon employees mistake who falsely informed he is the floor manager and had asked me to return without having any exchange but he was not the floor manager at all. his name might be santosh. he was arrogant and not at all worried about how would customer feel because of his bad behaviour. I have not heard anything back form the pantaloon staff yet but i proactively had gone and return the 3 clothes hoping will get the call from them .my clothes are still with pantaloon and are of cost Rs.3500.

        I bought a Tresmode 3000 rupees shoes (I don't know model name). In the first use itself, the sole came off. The salesman said we can only repair and not exchange it. It was within 1 month's time. Now after 5 months of having purchased it, the same problem occurred. Now the salesman said, I am quoting his direct words, he said, "Mam, you should have exchanged it the first time instead of getting it repaired. You should have fought with the salesman that you don't want repair but a replacement. Now we cannot do anything. May be repair it if possible." He had the audacity to say you should have fought and got it exchanged/replaced. Its a complete case of cheating. And for the record, I had a 15 minute discussion asking him to simply exchange it but he refused. This is Pantaloons outlet in Phoenix Market City, Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Kindly help. I want my refund of 3000 rupees or a complete replacement or simple be allowed to buy some other footwear form same company.

          I had purchased a garment from Pantaloons, Gopalan Innovation Mall Bangalore on 5th of Feb 2015 for an amount of Rs 1260. On swiping my debit card, an amount of Rs 1260 was debited twice from my Kotak Bank account but the transaction seemed unsuccessful.             Hi Customer Care, I bought one pair of Red Tape (4898) shoes on 27th Jan from Pantaloons, SB Road, Pune. After I took them home, I noticed some foul smell is coming from the shoes. Upon finding this, next day on 28th Jan, I visited the store and complained regarding the issue. But as per the store, smell is not a defect and they cannot do anything on this issue. Please advise.                   Hi There, I am a Pantaloons privileged customer (also green card) & my card payback number is: [protected]. A week back i bought multiple items and when yesterday my wife went there to change 1 dress (Jinny & Johnny) which is as per their policy can be done they told me the dress is not from their mall. Then I checked the Bill and came to know the price in the tag of the T-Shirt is 699 and they have charged me in the bill 1099. So the staff & the customer support team did not accept their mistake and said this is not the bill for the T-Shirt you want to change and therefore we can not change. The T-Shirt still have the tag pantaloons tag attached to it. As I am a frequent buyer from the Pantaloons & as I believe them did not check the bill. Thats my mistake! But should a mall like Pantaloons do like this with their customers. Should they cheat and stoop to such a level to earn money? Lot of questions? And when my wife went there the staff : they are just bluffing and no one is ready to take the responsibility...I am sure they do it as a regular practice- cheating their customer - false amount. Are they working on a some kind of Racket Model. Thats why they were not responding. And I came to know about this cheating because went their to change a dress. Dont know how much they have cheated me till now! I have bought items of Lacs of rupees from Pantaloons. I request to the Pantaloons higher management to look n to my case.                     Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Dhiraj Bhaumik and my phone number is [protected]. I currently hold a membership card of Pantaloons (Payback Card). My Payback no. is [protected]. On one particular purchase at Kolkata Pantaloons (South City Mall), I had forgotten to carry my Payback card and couldn't get the points on the purchase added immediately. I was told that I could show the bills at any other Pantaloons outlet and get the same incorporated in my name. However, when I asked for the same to be done at the Pantaloons outlet in Dehradun (Pacific Mall), I was refused. This has been a significant loss to me since my purchase amount was of Rs. 2064. Besides, it strikes me as absurd because I hold membership cards for similar franchises like Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle, and I have never faced problem with the same. I would like to know what I can do for the redressal of my complaint.

                      Hi. I have purchased Lee Cooper Jeans from Pantaloons from DB City Bhopal. When I wore it first time the fabric got tiered seems either to be a manufacturing defect or degraded fabric used. The detail of invoice is 14/21238, 1298 in Aug 2014. I travel frequently that’s why unable to exchange immediately. When I went to Pantaloons DB city Bhopal in my next visit in Dec 2014 they deny to exchange stating that the exchange policy term is 3 month. I just want to state that if a customer is travelling and not able to exchange then is there not any flexibility to exchange? Secondly if you have the policy for 3 month exchange then do not sell degraded/ substandard product as it create a bad image of the company. This type of apparel quality and customer service is not expected from pantaloons. If you can’t provide good quality and service then at least you should not sell degraded quality product as it affect customer. I already raised the complaint on 28 Dec 2014 follow up on 30 Dec 2014 with pantaloons but no response received. Regards, Sana [protected]

                        1. Apparently having a green card is not sufficient to qualify for the sales offered at pantaloons, one must have a 3star and above. We were denied the sale option and instead suggested that We buy items worth a certain amount so that we would qualify to become 3 star customers. We agreed to this mindless logic, however when our green card was checked for details on points they told us since we hadn't shopped in the last 8 months they had decided to lapse our points. Way to go customer service! 2. In any case we were then advised to ask a fellow customer whether we could use their card to do our shopping, a nice lady agreed to it. We did our shopping, got the discount and when we tried to pay the total amount using pantaloon gift vouchers again we were refused since the constraints on the voucher said we can't use them on sale items. 3. We decided to shop for shoes in the women's section, which were full tickets items and not on sale so as to use our gift vouchers. When we reach the counter we find that these worthless gift vouchers can only be used on apparels. Please tell me when gift vouchers are essentially exchanged in the full amount for cash, why do you have infinite limitations and constraints on them, instead of encouraging he customers you are discouraging them. This has been by far the worst shopping experience I have had, terribly disappointed in the pantaloons brand!

                            I went to pantaloons saharaganj mall hazratganj lucknow at 9pm to buy some kurtis but did not. So as i was on the exit door the RIFD (security system) starts to beep the security guard asked me to step aside all the male staff of the store collected over there, it was harassing and humiliating as all of them started declaring me a shop lifter, without seeing the cctv. A lady guard asked me to come in some room for checking. I refused and rejected and asked them to call the police but all the male staff started abusing and forcefully stopped us at the exit of the mall. They kept harassing us me my mother and my brother who came along with me as the already set me aside for 10-15 minutes they could have seen the cctv or collected some evidence to prove me a culprit.i was not running but they were overpowering us. There was a bald man who stopped our car at the exit parking of the mall. I want to ask you that what kind of staff you have in your store who does not have the respect for women .They were not only manner less but cheap in every aspect. Is this quality and orientation you provide to your staff towards your customer. Kindly get your security system checked. I am sorry to say that if you cannot reply and take some satisfactory action we are planning to some legal action.

                              This is in regard to the 1000 gift voucher that I got on purchase of 6000 during the Sharodia Saaj Utsav. I received 2 vouchers of Rs 500 each after I made a purchase of 6000. As an educated customer the so called terms and conditions are written at the back of the voucher, which of course we will have to adhere to. The voucher is valid till 30th November. So today I reached the pantaloons store located in Saket, select city walk, New Delhi. After picking up two garments valued above 3000, I was told I cannot redeem these vouchers against the garments chosen. As a customer I think I have full rights to get a genuine reason for y I cannot redeem the vouchers. The store cashier named Anshuman referred me to the customer service manager and told me that ur vouchers can be redeemed only by him, please proceed to the 1st floor and they will redeem ur vouchers. Already been harassed for 2 hours, I finally proceeded to the1st floor. Now in conversation with Ankush, the customer service manager present, he says it was very clearly stated to you verbally on which brands u can avail these vouchers. Which truly and obviously was not the case. Had they clearly wanted to state it . They would have actually written it in the terms and conditions mentioned at the back. I would like to quote his words here, "These vouchers can be redeemed only against petty brands." Wait a minute now what is petty brands, first off all I would like to know whether there is a listing of your store which decided which are petty brands and which are not petty brands. If so there sure must be a list, to which can I have a copy. Finally i[censored] have made the list. Under what criteria have u listed them as petty brands and which brands are not so petty, why they are not petty. To which of course I get no answer. The answer I got was we are not authorized to give u anything in writing . We don't have any list like this. Great news, I started wondering which all are petty brands . Now my next step was to find a person who is authorized to do something coz as a stupid customer I had already wasted close to 2.5 house with these non authorized person. I asked to please call the authorized person. Guess who is the authorized person and u r right whoa...it's the store manager. The question is where is the store manager. (Between each questioning Ankush the so called customer service manager is going away somewhere and wasting my 10 minutes ) Coming back to the store manager, guess what the store manager is on leave uff meeting till Friday the 28th of November and till then no one is authorized for anything. But but but the store is running the sales is happening but, no authorization for anything else. Finally the operation assistant mr. Abhishek Kumar arrives to yell at me that you can do whatever you want, you can go to the consumer court, we will see. These are the exact words but of course he will also not give me anything in writing. Now my simple question was that y I cannot redeem the vouchers I just want to know the reason and please give it to me in writing . They say u can see the email with all the rules and conditions . Now the customer who has the voucher does not have a copy of the terms and conditions, it's only to be with the cashier . They cannot give me a copy of the terms and conditions as well.they cannot give me the reason in writing. Now what am I left with the voucher ofcourse, which no such terms and conditions . This is not expected out of pantaloons and the kind of treatment they give there customers. They are cheating their customers in the name of vouchers, first of all they make you spend a little extra in lieu of vouchers and then they don't let u redeem the vouchers. To top it all they harass the customers and don't let them redeem the vouchers.

                                before diwali i had a purchase of Rs.6395.00 from you store located at Gulmahor park, satellite, Ahmedabad. at the time of billing you bill desk not informed me from where and when i have to collect the vouchers. they also informed me that you can use vouchers only after 27th of Oct. still i am not in receipt of any vouchers. last week again i visited your same store and i represent the same thing to your customer desk. after one day he told me that now it is not possible to issue vouchers. i don't understand how your bill desk is explaining your scheme or offers to customer. if required i can provide same bill for that offer. i am very sorry to say that the experience in Pantaloon for this regard is not very good to me. your early action will caret more interest to visit again and again.                                   sir i bought 2 suits from pantaloons at surya treasure island mall bhilai, but when I went back to return it as the size was not fit, i already declared at the counter that my bill is misplaced and i don't have green card the person at the counter allowed me to exchange the suits but when i came back at counter after selecting suit a new person came at the counter and he refused to do so, then i went to customer care center their also the persons didn't put any effort and behaved in a very irrelevant manner. firstly they told us that since bill is not their we cannot exchange it, but when i told that already declared that at counter and the man at the man at the counter allowed us, then they refused by saying that since this had been bought during sale therefore it cannot be exchanged.my question is that why weren't we told about this before or during time of purchasing, I wasted 2 hrs of mine at pantaloons, moreover the sales person at the time of selling told us that you can exchanged it within 3 months . So sir it is our humble request to kindly look into this matter and suggest us what to do.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I have visited your Nagerbazar, Kolkata stire at Diamond Plaza. At Ajile counter in Sorts there was a signage (Buy 1 for Rs. 499/- and 2 for 899/-). Accordingly I have selected 2 sorts ( 1 with a tag of Rs. 599/- and other one with a tag of Rs. 499/-) and went to billing counter. On billing it was showing Rs. 1, 098/- and after that I got the news that offer is not valid on Sorts with Price Tag of Rs. 599/- (although those are also being displayed in the same stand. I spent around half an hour you Customer Care Mr. Sanjoy and Ajile Counter in-charge (Mr. Sujoy Dutta Cell no. [protected]) could not solve the issue, even after telling him that I will make a complaint against you. Mr. Sujoy Dutta boldly written his name and contact no. and asked me that you are free to put up a complaint. I left store taking sorts with price tag of Rs. 499/- (vide receipt no. 002685 at 14.16 hours on 26/10/2014. I can never experienced this sort of event in my life.                                         Dear Sir, I am one of the regular customer holds pantaloon green card. The Manager of the above subjected outlet is not supportive and very irritating. I have faced him two times in the same manners. Now I have started saying my friends and colleagues that not to go to the Cross River Pantaloon outlets because of this reason and I am quite happy that it is working now.
