I bought 2 Fastrack Bags from Pantaloons-Kalyan T Metro Junction Mall.After I reached home I found out that I have not received warranty cards from any of the both bags.I found it when I reached Home so I am writing this to you I could have complained at the store itself but I am busy these day, so kindly help me with my problems.

    Right now I am in New Jersey -USA other wise I would have complaint at the store itself. My husband got an INDIGO NATION Bermuda from Pantaloon this year. He was wearing it for the second time and I just put my hand in this pocket to get something but I got a scratch on my hand. i was hurt bad. i observed that some wire is coming out from the outer design of the pocket just to give a sturdy look to the pocket. How can you put such dangerous thing in clothes for no reason. i found such wires in all the front/back pocket. We shop so much from Pantaloons but I think we need to stop now. Please reply! I need explanation. Photos attached.

      Dear Sir, we brought a Lavie brand of hand bag from Pantaloons Store in TGIP Mall Noida last month for 2163 after discount. with in a month period of time one side of carrying handle came out from the bag and leather above the Gips are cracking . please guide me can i get my hand bag repaired or replaced. whoom should i contact.

        I bought two shorts from Chembur - ALL store last week(Mumbai), 25 aug'14. And today, ie, 2 july 2014 the sale has started. now the whole store is on discount, and shorts in particular 30% off. Last week i paid 3000 rs, but now the discounts are available. NOBODY IN THE STORE TOLD US ABOUT THE SALE COMMENCING IN ONE WEEK. On asking the manager, he said that he is new and the staff also, whereas the lady who sold me the shorts has been there for more than six months. I bought another shorts in Jan and she was there. This is pure cheating. In order to meet the store targets these people sell items which are coming on discounts in less than 10 days!!! this is very bad, and a formal complaint needs to be registered, hence I am writing it, so that others are not cheated like me... I would like to discourage people from buying from the Chembur Store of ALL. they say that intimations are given only one evening in advance, , , , , then my question is---- HOW IS IT ADVERTISED IN THE NEWS PAPER??? BECAUSE NEWS PAPER PEOPLE TAKE ADS IN ADVANCE.

          Today i purchased the shoes o[censored]mbro from brandfactory, it was cost of 2600 they give discount of 30%, but in discounted itmes they added the vat of 14%, it became 2300 for me..:( and the same shoes i can get outside at mrp of 1600 only without any discount. They are totally fraud and chetars..

          I have even worse experience. Today I purchased some cloths from Brand Factory Bangalore Bannerghatta road. I purchased for over 5k cloths and for each of them they have charged a 5.5 vat on the discounted rate. To my worse i even had two cloths of MRP 349 RS each on which there is no discount at all but they have charged as usual 5.5 % Vat on those as well. How can they even charge VAT over MRP ???. This is pure cheating and for sure needs to be taken to court

              I am a regular loyal Pantaloons customer and everytime I visit from United States I shop in Civil Lines, Nagpur Pantaloons store. I was in the Empress Mall, Nagpur Pantaloons and first they lost my Father Premchand Agarwals Memebrship card. Then there was a missing item in my shopping bag. Unfortunately I lost the bill. They told us they will send us card back or a new card back. It is more than a month. My parents recently visited the store they said they cannot help much and gave some card to contact. This never happened to me in the Civil Lines store. I find it suspicious that are they playing with Membership points. The customer service is very poor. The membership is on my fathers name Shri Premchand Agarwal, Kanti Niwas, Indora, Nagpur 17. His Cell is[protected]. I would really appreciate if this can be looked into.

                I have purchased some materials on 2nd April 2014 and against which i earned a gift Voucher worth Rs 500/- which can be redeemed on purchase value on or above Rs 1499/- and the validity of the same was upto 16th May'2014. My wife has purchased a shirt worth Rs 1699/- and applied the coupon and paid Rs 1199/- in cash on 6th May 2014. Unfortunately the shirt ahs not fitted me and i have visited the store on 11th May 2014 to exchange the Shirt. The customer service person has informed me that if i exchange the shirt they will give me Rs 1199/- only which i have paid at time of purchase the shirt. The Gift Voucher which i have redeemed has nil value. They told me that they cant give me discount twice but i cant understand that if the Customer service person is illiterate. I am not asking them to give me discount twice. i ask them to exchange the same with another material valued at Rs 1899/- by paying Rs 200/- in cash. They denied me to do such. Please advise.

                  This is a very serious complaint about this brand factory outlet which is a retail chain shop of pantaloons retail india.
                  Actually my friend went to this shop on 30th April 2014 to get her jeans excahnged which she purchased on 29th april and she was carrying a (converse polo t shirt) worth Rs, 650 which she purchased from BF itself couple of weeks ago to gift someone along with she purchased 2 formal shirt in her cousins presence. now on 30th of april she went to the shop to get her jeans exchanged worth rs 4500, and she was carrying thesame polo t shirt to gift his nephew so she kept the t shirt in her big ladies purse and this polo t shirt was on offer buy one get one on the day of purchase, so the cashier billed the amount of the original tshirt and by mistake forgot to remove the alarm of free tshirt, and on 30th april when she went again with the polo t shirt keeping in mind that she has to gift it to her nephew while exiting the alarm beeped up and store keeper and manager slogged allegations of burglary on my friend although it was there lacunae in the system and there mistake, and harassed her completely by torturing her for 2 hrs, my friend also claim to pay 30 times of that amount of tshirt if the management team can prove it by looking at the CCTV footage and recordings, there team kept on searching for hours but they did not find any footage or evidence which was really impossible bcoz we belong to a very decent and respectable family background and this malafide act of the BF has not only tarnished its image but insulted that women which is very difficult for her to get out of this mental taruma.subsequently BF confiscated the tshirt forcefully for which she already paid.though they know that the charges are completely wrong and proved on camera footage but to prove themselves right they kept the polo t shirt, which is entirely abominable and absurd.
                  we don't want tshirt at tall but i will urge and appeal to the team of BF to throw light in this regard and owe a serious apology for the misdeed that they have done to that lady, and if they are reluctant to do so i would request all the viewers not to visit B[censored]ntil this problem get resolved, otherwise you can also go through the same hardship that lady is going through.
                  she is a innocent lady from a reputed family appealing for justice and apology, her day was bad that this unfortunate incidence happend with her(mob-[protected])

                    this is to bring to your notice that i resident of noida, sector 62 bought a jealous 21 black jeans of rs 1300 or so.. and it decoloured after 1st wash! This is the 2nd time that i have a complain against jealous 21.. I hope you'll certainly take an action.. Either give my money back or else another brand jeans in same cost this is all i want... last time i ignored.. but there is a limit..                       Hi, I made shopping for more than 4500 twice during the offer period from my axis bank debit card but have not received any cash back .Details as below : 1 transaction for amount INR 5829, Pantaloons, GIP, Noida card # **** **** ****3012 2 transaction for amount INR 5248, Pantaloons, GIP, Noida card # **** **** ****3012. According to the offer I should have got 5 % cash back for the purchases made, I am afraid I haven't received. Request the concerned department to look into issue.

                        I am the owner of Pantaloons Green Card with Payback no. [protected]. I am using this card since over 4 - 5 years now or maybe more, but every few months I keep having problems of card being deactivated/invalid/not working/degraded. Several times I have gone to the customer care service centre at Pantaloons Phoenix Mills, Lower Parel to try and resolve this problem. But everytime I am given an excuse by rude and unhelpful staff that my points are not enough and hence my card is degraded. On arguing I am expected to show them bills of more than 6 months prior, which obviously I have not saved. This is atleast the 5th time that my card has got degraded / made invalid. I fail to understand on what basis this has happened and I demand a written reply as to what is the problem with my card. I have dealt with Ms. Sakina and Mr. Sanjay at the Lower Parel Phoenix Mill Pantaloons store and 2 more other people. The staff keeps changing every few months, so nobody takes responsibility of my card problems. I am a regular shopper at Pantaloons and on an average I spend atleast Rs. 40K - 50K at Pantaloons. Also as of 07/2013 I was a 7 star green card number and the 7 star green card is in my position. Now my card is showing invalid. It is a very tedious task to argue every few months with different people to get an issue sorted, which ideally shouldn't be in the first place. On speaking with the Payback Senior Supervisor, I have been informed that there is no issue or problem from the Payback side and that the card has been made invalid by Future Group. Before writing this email I had contacted Payback at [protected]. They directed me to Future Group number [protected]. The lady there directed me to another number 61775200 and they said they cannot help. It is very surprising that such a big organization as FUTURE GROUPs Pantaloons has such poor customer care facilities. It is absolutely unfair for a customer to have to go through so much of inconvenience. I have shopped at Pantaloons every 2 months or so. My last shopping invoice details are as stated below: 03/01/2014 Rs. 2618/- Receipt No. 0011081 16/01/2014 Rs. 1384/- Receipt No. 0001912 In addition to Pantaloons, I also regularly shop at Foodhall for all my grocery requirements and also shop at Jabong / Myntra / KOOVS. I do not save invoice of all shopping, else I would be happy to share all the information with you of my annual purchases. However, my online purchase history can be made available. Inspite of regularly shopping, please explain to me why my card has been made invalid, not the first time but every few months. It seems like a gimmick to not let the customer avail the green card discount at the store, considering that I shop so regularly. I have been having a continuous problem with the Pantaloons/Payback system by which they handle customers and I am on the verge of writing this complain on consumer forum and social media. I am sure a lot of customers are facing the same problem with you. I am writing this email as an official complaint against your service and I demand a written explanation and solution to the same at the earliest. I need all my points to be credited for my purchases Online, at Foodhall and at Pantaloons and my 7 star green card membership to be made valid. Look into the matter and inform me how the same is going to be resolved.

                            I had purchased a pair of Red Tape shoes from Brand Factory, Rockline Mall Jalahalli Cross, on 03/11/2013. Bill No: [protected] Net Bill Amount: Rs. 1714.00/- The problem now is that the shoes are damaged as there is a cut in the backside of the shoe after just 3 months o[censored]se. While buying the shoes, the I was told by the salesman that the footwear has 6 months of warranty. However there is no mention of that anywhere in the bill or the box. So keeping that in mind, I visited the store for the same reason to get the shoes replaced. But when I visited the store, I was in for a worst customer support. When I went there on Tuesday (04/03/2014), I was asked to leave my shoes there in the store & I was promised that I would receive a communication via phone by the next day i.e, 05/03/2014. I waited for the whole day for the communication from the store, however I was not contacted by anyone. Since I have an important appointment tomorrow (06/03/2014) for which I had to be dressed in formals, I went back to the store personally to check on the issue. But when I visited the store, I was told by the store salesmen that the shoe can be replaced only within 3 months of purchase & after 3 months it can only be serviced (Service meaning to get the shoe stitched at the place where there is a cut). Please note that it is just 4 months since I have purchased the shoe. Even after a prolonged debate I was not obliged even a tad bit from the salesmen as to what best can be done to get this issue resolved. I was shocked to receive such a cheap service from such a but chain of retail store. If this is the kind of customer service the store is offering for the customers, I would hesitate to visit this store again in future. My concern now is that I want this damaged shoe to be replaced since it is still under warranty. Also, I would like to lodge a complaint against Brand Factory for their third rate customer support. Because of them I have had to take the pain to travel to the store which is around 10 kms from my house for 2 consecutive days. Because of this I have wasted my money on fuel & more that I have had to waste my precious time. Please look into the matter seriously & do the needful. Hope I get a resolution for this soon.                               On 31/01/2014 i visited the Pantaloons store at South Ex part - 2, New Delhi - 49 and selected a few garments. One of the garments was offered as Buy 1 Get 1 Free bearing price tag of 799.00 MRP. The other was MRP 599.00 buy 1 get 1 free. However as per bill the 2 garments of MRP 799 were billed full amount.I paid the full amount by my credit card. On calculating individual garments after discount there was a overcharge of Rs.200 to me. Also the retailer has charged me excess amount showing as VAT for discounted items We have been cheated of our hard earned money. Overcharged and then grievance was not addressed at the store. I am sure that these guys have programmed their invoicing software in a manner that they overcharge the customers. When you enquire about the overcharging, they have only 1 reply : Its the systems fault. How on earth are they relying on such a system if they are not reliable. I have never seen a case of invoice being undercharged

                                I bought an expensive dress costing 5000Rs. for my wife on June 1st 2013 at pantaloon showroom in Manthri Mall, Bangalore. . She used it after 6 months from date of purchase and during first wash itself dress completely de-coloured and it colour was completely changed. The customer service people did not help me either. I was told company exchange policy doesn't allow for exchange after 3months from date of purchase.. First of all i went to pantaloons just because i trusted that i would get a quality product for the price i pay but here i got a quality of cloth which is lower than the cloths sold on roadside footpath. I had worst experience with Pantaloons. Pls respond.

                                  The worst kind of service i have recieved is from pantaloons kolkata. Normally, i would not take out time to write a complaint in an online forum but i had to get it known to people who are minting money thru these malls by providing such servcie. The elevators not working for almost a month. If someone like my mother cannot ride an escalator, there is no other mode that you can take. You have to finish your shopping in he ground floor itself or go elsewhere. This is the attitude that they show. The biling computer always is down and the employees have no answer excpet that we cannot do anything. Their is no urge seen to help the customer. The attitude again portrays that either you wait or go take a walk, we get a lot of customers in a day.

                                  Dear store managers, trainers and the owner mr. Biyani - please know for a fact that it is because of customers like us that you are getting money in your accounts. If you do not give us good service, there is no dearth of malls and we can go anywhere to buy the same brands. But your overall reputation will be tarnished forever and you would lose how many customers, you may not even know. So, in your sincere welfare, look minutely into training your staff and not only line staff but also your managers. I might be one customer but i have family and friends who i will never allow to shop from your mall.

                                    I had shopped at pantaloon outlet at saket mall on 26th Oct with my family and purchased items worth around 30K. the first the agent at billling desk told, the green card we have is not at all valid you make another card, which is not the right way, if the card is expired or cancelled, it should be intimated and advise what is the status the points in it. we are a regular shopper at their outlet. Next once all billing completed, they directed to another desk stating you are going to get 1000 gift voucher for every purchase of 5000 and the same voucher can be redeemed same time it self if you shop another 15 thousand. but the agent at bill desk never told that you are going to get the voucher and the same can be redeemed today and we would have shopped accordingly. This way they are cheating customer from what they publised and actually doing is not the same, when we brought this matter with their floor manager, he not at all realising the mistake of their agents and sorry what it caused to the customers. by seeing the cold behaviour and unfriendly of their staff and manager, we have given the entire 5000 GV to their manager back and left the outlet. by this way we feel cheated and decided never ever visit their outlet and pass this message to my friends and relatives, since I am being in the service/airline industry from 20 years and a regular shopper at panthaloons/shoppers shot, Life style.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam I purchased a bare denim jeans for Rs. 1399.00 on 6.10.2013 from kolkata south city pantaloons and it was totally torn/ripped from backside.I just wore it for one day.The quality of the garment was not so good.                                         Pantaloons always has a way to cheat us. They display 20% discount but on the bill give only 10 or none. On asking for a refund they simply give a credit note and tell u to use it within 30 days. There was an offer saying that Shop for Rs 3000 and get a Rs 500 voucher. but after shopping, they didn’t give the voucher because of their stupid credit note, saying net bill is less than 3000 and that credit note cannot be used for any offer. The staff is also very rude and inconsiderate. Pantaloons is total disappointment. Never go there.
