before diwali i had a purchase of Rs.6395.00 from you store located at Gulmahor park, satellite, Ahmedabad. at the time of billing you bill desk not informed me from where and when i have to collect the vouchers. they also informed me that you can use vouchers only after 27th of Oct. still i am not in receipt of any vouchers. last week again i visited your same store and i represent the same thing to your customer desk. after one day he told me that now it is not possible to issue vouchers. i don't understand how your bill desk is explaining your scheme or offers to customer. if required i can provide same bill for that offer. i am very sorry to say that the experience in Pantaloon for this regard is not very good to me. your early action will caret more interest to visit again and again.     sir i bought 2 suits from pantaloons at surya treasure island mall bhilai, but when I went back to return it as the size was not fit, i already declared at the counter that my bill is misplaced and i don't have green card the person at the counter allowed me to exchange the suits but when i came back at counter after selecting suit a new person came at the counter and he refused to do so, then i went to customer care center their also the persons didn't put any effort and behaved in a very irrelevant manner. firstly they told us that since bill is not their we cannot exchange it, but when i told that already declared that at counter and the man at the man at the counter allowed us, then they refused by saying that since this had been bought during sale therefore it cannot be exchanged.my question is that why weren't we told about this before or during time of purchasing, I wasted 2 hrs of mine at pantaloons, moreover the sales person at the time of selling told us that you can exchanged it within 3 months . So sir it is our humble request to kindly look into this matter and suggest us what to do.

    I bought a bare leisure shorts on 27/04/2014 and today 29/04/2014 i wore it after washing only to find that the short just burst open from the back side.

        Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I have visited your Nagerbazar, Kolkata stire at Diamond Plaza. At Ajile counter in Sorts there was a signage (Buy 1 for Rs. 499/- and 2 for 899/-). Accordingly I have selected 2 sorts ( 1 with a tag of Rs. 599/- and other one with a tag of Rs. 499/-) and went to billing counter. On billing it was showing Rs. 1, 098/- and after that I got the news that offer is not valid on Sorts with Price Tag of Rs. 599/- (although those are also being displayed in the same stand. I spent around half an hour you Customer Care Mr. Sanjoy and Ajile Counter in-charge (Mr. Sujoy Dutta Cell no. [protected]) could not solve the issue, even after telling him that I will make a complaint against you. Mr. Sujoy Dutta boldly written his name and contact no. and asked me that you are free to put up a complaint. I left store taking sorts with price tag of Rs. 499/- (vide receipt no. 002685 at 14.16 hours on 26/10/2014. I can never experienced this sort of event in my life. I have faced him two times in the same manners. Now I have started saying my friends and colleagues that not to go to the Cross River Pantaloon outlets because of this reason and I am quite happy that it is working now.             I am Regular customer of Brand Factory.I have purchase one shirt of cool colors brand last Saturday dated 18/10/2014. When I wear this I found it is defected piece, having small whole on one side of shirt which is sold by Ahmedabad Brand factory 10 Acres mall.which is highly costed.I want to exchange this piece of shirt.otherwise I will never go to Brand Factory. It is cheating to sell waste material to customer during festive season.

                I bought 2 Knighthood shirts on 12th Oct, 2014. It was clearly written saying buy1 and get1. But to my surprise they just gave 30% discount. I didn't notice that as I was in rush to reach home and when I asked them in the next week, they said that they never had buy1 and get1 discount in the past 1 year on that brand. Unfortunately I didnot had any evidence to prove them. It was my bad as I didn't notice the bill on the same day itself and hence I had to return back. So I suggest you to have a look at your bill before you leave that place.

                  We procured gift vouchers – denominations 250 X 15 totalling
                  to INR 3750/= from the Pantaloons outlet @ Inorbit Mall, Hitec City Hyderabad
                  on Thursday Oct 16th 2014. For
                  the purchase I was not issued any bill and when I
                  asked for the bill I was told that my credit card charge slip is the only bill
                  I will receive.


                  I am not sure how anyone can suggest a charge slip (image of
                  attached for your kind ref ) to be a proof of purchase …where in the details of
                  purchase is NOT captured anywhere on the slip. FYI the vouchers were
                  procured for use in my company and I am unable to get the funds reimbursed due to
                  non-availability of the BILL/PROOF for this purchase.

                    This is regarding a loss of a credit note of Rs 1118/- issued from a Pantaloon Outlet. Phoenix market city, Pune. I had a credit note of 1599 and i made a purchase out of it of Rs 530 and the balance was received as credit note. However by mistake i threw out the credit note and kept the original bill. I am holding a privilege green card of pantaloons and i regularly shop at the pantaloons outlet. I have all the details of the credit note even then i am not being issued a duplicate credit note. You have all the details to issue a duplicate credit note but the same is not being issued. My question is if you know i have not used it then why you are not issuing a duplicate credit note. This is clear robbing of my hard earned money. If you cannot issue a duplicate credit note then return my money back as i have not taken any item from your store. I feel I should be provided a copy the credit note and I should be allowed to redeem the amount. Kindly request your assistance in this matter and also what about my hard earned money?

In the first case I faced the color bleeding..that is not at all expected from branded garments. and the other concern is regarding bubble-formation on clothes.                         I bought one OPIUM sun glasses from pantaloons on 1 June 2014 and in 3 months some spots appeared on its glasses. I have the warranty card also and no where it is written that we do not replace if there are spots. It is written if there are scratches we do not replace them but my complaint is not for scratches. I went to pantaloons in Gopalan Innovation Mall, J.P Nagar 3rd phase, Bangalore for dealing with my problem. The guy took my sunglasses for inspection to show to his manager and when i called back he said that it can not be replaced. I called the manager but the manager is so rude and irresponsible that he does not even pick up my call. I do not know who made him manager. I am going to suggest all my friends to never shop from pantaloons. Please look after my problem seriously other wise I may raise a case in consumer forum. I hope you guys read these problems and get back to the complaints.

                          Dear Consumer Forum, My Axis Bank Platinum credit card no is [protected]. On 17.08.14, I made a purchase from Pantaloons (Diamond Plaza / Nagerbazar / Kolkata outlet) of amount Rs 6751/-through my above referred axis bank credit card and this was subjected to AXIS bank cash back benifit of 5 %. Before making the transaction, I confirmed with Pantaloons also and they said cash back is valid through axis bank credit card. But even after receipt of two subsequent statements from Axis Bank against my credit card, I saw this cash back is not credited. I took this up with Pantaloons & they are not able to provide me a resolution on the same as of now. Axis Bank has also denied the cash back telling that offer is not valid in this period. I feel myself deprived by Pantaloons as they are bluffing and doing false marketing propaganda in everywhere just to attract customer.                             With grave seriousness, I regretfully inform you about the mal quality product of Pantaloon Pvt. Ltd. I purchased shirt from Retail Invoice Pantaloon, Near Law Garden, Ahmadabad of Rs 629 on 15 Th august 2014 of BARE LEISURE company. In the first plain water wash following all the washing care procedure given by the company, the shirt was found spotted, wear and tear and wasted all lusture looking old and worn-out product. My request to you is that being the esteemed and fair customer of Pantaloon Pvt. Ltd., I will surely receive my money refunded or exchange of my shirt with new one. I am sure the solution will be given without much toil and harassment, considering the customer satisfaction a prime concern.                               User Nancy Vishvam Rastogi on Aug 12, 2014 hi i have purchased a kurti of akriti brand recently during the sale period and its colour get fades in first wash whenever i have purchased clothes from pantaloons i always get disappointed .I think purchasing during the sale period doesn't mean the stuff you provide will not be of good quality.Pantaloon never provided good quality stuff according to price they take.Now you tell me what to do with that kurti as i am unable to wear it i am very much disappointed with pantaloons as a brand and in future i will not recommend any one to buy any thing from there. This is the complaint which i have posted and is not resolved yet

I had purchased clothes worth 5500 last week on 18th Oct and the bill desk of Pantaloons asked me to use axis bank card as there was 5 % cash back i checked with the bank but the offer is not valid... just bluff people.. One of the sales executive at the store told me that there is a great offer for you and we are offering free cash back cards.. On the cash counter we came to know there was no such card available...                                     Dear Rearder, I purchased a garment from Pantaloons store, I could remember of janakpuri store only as I visit only three stores in Delhi, SAKET, SOUTH EXTENSION & JANAKPURI from GLOBAL DESI BRAND. after wearing it only once, it started throwing out thread and bobling. Now, when I went to the nearest store, Janakpuri for the return with my CARD DETAILS, 5*, TAG, they said we are not able to locate the billing of this in the system and as 50% discount is going on we can not return this now. this is really disheartening as I was really satisfied with pantaloons and regular customer.

                                    South x part 2 pantaloons denied to exchange the jeans they said u wash dis jeans bt I didn't actually 1st tym I didnt try the jeans I m not comfortable coz that was 26 nd I wear 28 nd most important thing there have many jeans lyk 28 bt that not 28 bigger size when I wear that's why I choose 26 this tym bt than the man said who has pagdi means a sardaar ji we can't change coz u wash dis product bt why did I wash coz I only wear for half an hour not full day coz that was to tight your pantaloons service is vry bad must say vry bad no one to brief the product no one say about any discount they all do gosip nd yes the manager said if don't want the jeans so just keep it here we r not changing the jeans then so I don't want jeans that's why I submit my jeans in your store without my any exchange product or even they didn't give my money back vry bad service pantaloons I must say vry bad service

                                      To, The managing director, Pantaloon, Viviana mall-Thane Pin- 400606 Thane Respected sir/mam, Garments was purchased from Pantaloons, Thane viviana mall on 12-July-2014 for amounting to Rs.2251/- and my Bank of India DEBIT card bearing no. Xxxxxxxx was placed for payment but after swab the card, the cashier told me that card is declined.cashier asked me for another transaction.and he tried for second time. and second time the transaction was successfull and the amount was again debited. But within a very short time I got a two SMS from Bank of India to my Mobile Phone No. Xxxxxxxx that "Rs. 2251 was debited on your Bank of India Card no. I checked the account statement and found two entries. Kindly look in to this issue as soon as possible and please revert back. Meghan Lad.
