Dear Rearder,
I purchased a garment from Pantaloons store, I could remember of janakpuri store only as I visit only three stores in Delhi, SAKET, SOUTH EXTENSION & JANAKPURI from GLOBAL DESI BRAND.
after wearing it only once, it started throwing out thread and bobling.
Now, when I went to the nearest store, Janakpuri for the return with my CARD DETAILS, 5*, TAG, they said we are not able to locate the billing of this in the system and as 50% discount is going on we can not return this now.
this is really disheartening as I was really satisfied with pantaloons and regular customer.
