Amount 1000 not credited still now . Another payment I made on 26th MAY 2023 time 05:38 PM UTR number is[protected] amount 500 this also not credited please credit my amount to my parimatch match account
Limited availability and lack of information on Parimatch bookmaker
I had problems using the different payment methods at this bookmaker as not all methods were available in my area or I could not find information on how to use them.
Some of my bets on Parimatch in India have been cancelled due to system failures or unforeseen circumstances with the website functionality. I really hope that support will get back to me about this in some way.

Waiting for a reply from support, my issue has been resolved.
Deposits made and money deducted from my account but not credited to my account or refunded back
I made deposits of INR 31000 to Parimatch online site and the money got deducted from my accounts immediately but later on the fake Parimatch site shows the deposits as failed and they did not even redunded my money.
I chased them 1000 times but no resolution given !!

I have raised a withdrawal with Parimatch on 17.5.23 amounting to a small amount of 3k. But everyday, out of negligence, they are giving assurance of today and tomorrow. As per norms it is 48 hours, but now 72 hours have already passed and neither my bank account or betting account credited with the amount of 3k. It is still showing in processing and the agents are just ending the chat with an answer of it will be resolved soon.
Kindly look into the matter and help to resolve ASAP.
