support is already solving my problem with my account
This is to bring in notice that Parimatch has not given my withdrawals of 17900 INR dated 09/04/2023 and mentioned in my Account as successful, on conversation with them they are only giving false assurance about it that it will be done in * days but that * days had never come. Some of the support team is saying that money has been paid and requested Bank Statement, even after submitting bank statement they are saying we can't help on this. I would like to lodge complain against them for the same, I want my money back.
I have been using this bookmaker for a while now, but I have to say that I have been disappointed with the mobile version of their website. I have encountered several issues with the functionality of the site, including slow loading times and difficulty placing bets.
Payment has done to Parimatch but not yet credited on my wallet
I have already done 30 mail to parimatch from 28/04/23 but till my 2000 money has not been settled in Parimatch wallet. It is very harassing to me. My money has been deducted from my account to parimatch account. I have already given all my payment details to their customer support team, but till now no money has been credited to my account.

I placed an deposited[protected] amount is successfully debited my account from day 1 onwards till today they replied mail only one thing amount will be credited as soon as possible..
Now coming to chat process one agent telling tranction failed amount will refund with in 5 days one agent says payment request sent to billing department i don't what i will do i connect my bank they are saying money successfully transferred to benfishery account in i am asking parimatch support i want benfisher statement then send me still can you please provide immediate response and resolution to.me

They didn't take any steps they only playing with customer
In general, my experience o[censored]sing this bookmaker has been positive, however, I am having some difficulties with withdrawing funds to the card. It says that my payment has already been processed by the system, but the money has not been received on the card yet, although it's been a day already.

The payment has stuck in the banking system, everything is alright now, there has been no more such delays.
Parimatch has debited my money rs. 89114 without any reason and I have enquired about this with parimatch and they are saying rule no. 88.4 was not followed and I have asked for proofs but they are not responding properly. So people please don't use parimatch they will loot your money or they will apply restrictions on your account if you start earn. Please look into this issue and do the needful
I'm having problems processing my bets, such as incorrect calculations or system errors. I hope that they will return the funds that I wanted to bet on a different result.

Parimatch Not deposit from 8 April to till date and Screenshot and bank statement also sent so many mails to parimatch but not responsible for this I am Really Old member on the platform fraud activity coming on parimatch...

My complaint against parimatch against withdrwal my amount. Date 23/04/2023 i was create a request for withdrwal amount debited in my pm wallet and not credited yet in my ac. I would send bank statement also. But there time they have no respose
I had made a withdrawal of Rs16577 on 10th of April. I have emailed parimatch customer care for several times then one final day they have given one reference number to check with bank people.Then bank bank people asked me following details.
1. Last 4 digits of your Account, Debit card Or Credit card used for making transaction.
2. Transaction Date and Amount.
3. Date and Amount refunded by the Merchant.
4. Mode of refund (NEFT/IMPS/UPI etc.) used by the Merchant.

5. Refund reference number and invoice number, if any available, sending sender bank details
6. Merchant confirmation mentioning account details to which refund was processed.
After I mailed parimatch people to send these details they are not responding.
I withdraw 15000 INR on 23/03/2023 but after 1 month passed didn't get that ammount. Now parimatch support team told me that they already sent my money but I show them my bank account statement from 1 month there is not any single transaction of 15000 rupees. PARIMATCH support team also sent me 2 different different transaction I'd for one single transaction....
Hi I made three withdrawals on[protected] amounting 75, 000/-, 35, 000/-, 30, 000/- respectively
They are showing in my app that it is successful
But it has not credited in my account
Their support system is saying to wait till 02/05
I fell to understand why are they creating so much problem for the customer
I want them to clear my matter as early as poosible
